Positives - staff/cleaners ... all lovely and as helpful as they could be.
Negatives - is only a 2 star at best. Rooms are dated with little to no maintenance, hotel is basically a ******* for gangs of single men who take over the common area blasting music all night with no control from staff. Fighting in the garden by groups of boys, no action taken, staff just didn't know what to do with them. If you're a single or small group of women or a family, this is NOT for you.
If you're single, like noise and paying for women's company, book this place!!

Good hotel with good swimming pool and bar.location is good to bars restaurants and beach .Room was double booked when l arrived but was upgraded to an apartment at no extra cost.Service was good .l Can recommend this hotel for a good stay

This hotel is a very good location in patong very close to junceylong shopping centre
The hotel staff were very polite and the food choices at the hotel are good and reasonable price
The down side is it’s nothing like the photos its in need of a refurbishment it’s very dated and no decent beds they were very hard
The furniture in rooms were old and broken and no elevator to higher floors
It’s a hotel more suited to back packers or single men it’s not for families and certainly not worth the high price

This hotel is a very good location to get to jungceylong shopping mall and bangla boxing stadium it’s about ten to 15 minute walk no hills The hotel it’s self was not as expected and at check-in we weren’t given the rooms we paid for and got separated to different floors as we all wanted ground floor and there’s no elevator if you have mobility problems if it says poolside it can still be first and 2nd floor which is not stated so don’t be fooled into thinking your getting all pool rooms The rooms were old and dated and the whole hotel could do with a refurbishment Very uncomfortable beds tv not working well in my room and very noisey frigein every room There was a lot of noise late at night which most nights went on till 5am due to men being there with there Thai girlfriends I wouldn’t recommend for families or anyone with children which we had with us But the staff were so polite and tried to help with any issues we had The food at the hotel was so cheap and very good choice and quality always hot and served on time Overall hotel not worth the expensive price for a budget hotel

I've stayed at various locations and different prices ranges throughout the Patong area and this by far is my favorite location. I would recommend the rooms by the poolside. The stay has been great, staff are friendly and professional, the food and bar area is great before going out, and the management ensured the visitors and property were taken care of. I'll be staying again and booking ahead before the rooms are filled again.

I stayed here for a week. 5 star service for 2 star prices. Everything is close. I really LOVED my stay here. Only had one issue and that was the cars on the road with loud exhausts as the hotel is right in the road

I am sure they have faked 5/5 reviews to make their rating higher than it should be.

My Experience here:
Scammed me put me in a different room than was advertised: disgusting bathroom, broken door, trash dirty room, furniture that looks nothing like the pictures and no hot water my entire stay!!!

When explaining to reception and showing them the room I paid for on Agoda they blamed the entire thing on me even though they clearly were falsely advertising!!

The lady who couldn’t speak English would just type into google translate: “This is your mistake” “These are the same rooms” “This is not the hotels problem”

When I tried to cancel booking they gave me the number of their ‘boss’ to sort it out with him. When I explained over the phone what has happened he just hung up on me…. as I had already paid online there was nothing I could do.

Absolutely 0 customer service I do not recommend booking here. At least book in person rather than online so you can see if you’re gonna get scammed. I warned you.

Too old rooms. Too noisy at night. For several days we've been there - we haven't any room service.
The only advantage is that owner gave us a motorbike for free, so we could get to many different beaches.

If you ever rent a room here, make sure you bring everything necessary like soap, toilet paper etc with you. In 5 days we didn't have any room service.
Our room was smelling disgusting, windows and floors are very dirty and oily! Blankets and linens full of yellowish stains!! There is also a water pump which is working very noisy 24/7! The bathroom is another nightmare : the door is broken so sometimes we were stuck there. No warm water. Worst sleep ever here! Cannot recommend to stay but the staff at the bar is very friendly
