Very basic no towels need renovation coffee shop closed down the fridge need throwing away it smells and filthy

The dark skinned and fair skinned Myanmar male receptionist was very bad. They made faces and used bad words and even knocked on the door which was very bad. I do not recommend staying there. I was not impressed.

Good experience. Place close to the beach and bangla road. Easy to get food around the hotel

The pictures all looked great yet it had some bad reviews, so we thought we would test it ourselves. The TV on the wall didn’t work.
If you open the window there was a fence directly there with grass growing so zero view.
Looks like there had been an ants nest in the bathroom door which they had gotten rid of but hadn’t bothered to replace the door.
My friends premium room looked to have a smaller bed, the balcony faces the same fencing shown on picture, and there was no TV.

We had a great stay! A 2 minute walk from the main Bangla street, Friendly staff, clean room, everything you need. Staff was present at all hours to assist with anything needed. Sham was very knowledgeable about the area and offers great insight on what to do during your time in Patong.

This is definitely the worst part in my holiday, the hotel room is completely a mess and super smelly extremely dirty and very bad condition, ants ,geckos in bed , when I was trying to get in bed , this is not worth it for how much I paid, we stay another hotel the next following days in Phuket even cheaper and better than this one , fundamentally different experience,please read this before you intend to stay here this hotel,I guess hostel is even better than this

It is located right in the center of Patong, making it very convenient. It is close to night shows, the night market, and restaurants, which is great. I also liked that services such as motorbike rentals and laundry were available nearby.
