Nice enough hotel , rooms not exactly best quality but reasonably priced, they make offers in low season , location is not really popular , there is nothing to see around , but as a better price option is ok.
Anywhere you want to go , you need a taxy so expect to pay 200 bahts each way .
And most taxy drivers have problems finding the hotel but eventually they will arrive .

If you are looking for value-for-money then Lucky Patong Hotel would be a great choice. Fairly clean and well maintained rooms, great location and competitive pricing make this place well suited for those travelling on a budget. A bit noisy due to close proximity of bars, restaurants, traffic and so on, but if you are staying near Patong Beach and surrounding areas, a little noise is expected anyway.

Room was very dirty (bedsheet with rips in it, dirt smudges on pillow and sheets, garbage in the drawers, dust everywhere, and moldy shower curtain). The walls are very thin so you will hear the room nearby, the dinging elevator and the staff talking next to your room on their break. The elevator didn't work a few times. The staff were a bit rude and didn't really care about the guest. Location is not bad (right on the road) and walking distance to shops/restaurants.

Value for money hotel. 7 11 nearby , 1km from Patong Beach. Great service. Clan and spacious rooms. All basic amenities like electric kettle ,tv,mini fridge ,hot water were present.

Rooms were good for the price. They were quite too. Breakfast was outstanding. Housekeeping cleaned the room, refilled the toiletries and changed the towels everyday. The down sides are that the property is too far from the beach and the bathroom used to clog everything one I showered. Overall, a good experience.

Worst Hotel I took in patong. AC does t work room has really bad smell everything is disgusting. Dont book !!! Also this hotel and the blue water hotel are the same hotel if you book in one you can get a room in either.

I stayed here for a week. 5 star service for 2 star prices. Everything is close. I really LOVED my stay here. Only had one issue and that was the cars on the road with loud exhausts as the hotel is right in the road

I am sure they have faked 5/5 reviews to make their rating higher than it should be.

My Experience here:
Scammed me put me in a different room than was advertised: disgusting bathroom, broken door, trash dirty room, furniture that looks nothing like the pictures and no hot water my entire stay!!!

When explaining to reception and showing them the room I paid for on Agoda they blamed the entire thing on me even though they clearly were falsely advertising!!

The lady who couldn’t speak English would just type into google translate: “This is your mistake” “These are the same rooms” “This is not the hotels problem”

When I tried to cancel booking they gave me the number of their ‘boss’ to sort it out with him. When I explained over the phone what has happened he just hung up on me…. as I had already paid online there was nothing I could do.

Absolutely 0 customer service I do not recommend booking here. At least book in person rather than online so you can see if you’re gonna get scammed. I warned you.

Too old rooms. Too noisy at night. For several days we've been there - we haven't any room service.
The only advantage is that owner gave us a motorbike for free, so we could get to many different beaches.

If you ever rent a room here, make sure you bring everything necessary like soap, toilet paper etc with you. In 5 days we didn't have any room service.
Our room was smelling disgusting, windows and floors are very dirty and oily! Blankets and linens full of yellowish stains!! There is also a water pump which is working very noisy 24/7! The bathroom is another nightmare : the door is broken so sometimes we were stuck there. No warm water. Worst sleep ever here! Cannot recommend to stay but the staff at the bar is very friendly
