I requested 6 pillows for 3 guests but received only 5. Breakfast was the worst I’ve experienced—very limited options. I had to take food outside for my kids.
The biggest issue was checkout confusion. I was verbally confirmed a 2:00 PM late checkout over the phone, but on the checkout day, the receptionist suddenly said checkout was at 12:00 PM. This caused unnecessary stress as we were traveling with a 6-year-old child.
When I went to the reception, the staff spoke loudly and in a disrespectful manner. I felt we were treated poorly because the booking was made through Trip.com.
We had planned to relax on our last day, but instead were left unsure what to do for 6 hours with a child. Very disappointing experience.

I am very satisfied with the hotel's service, including the beautiful reception staff.
The breakfast was a particular low point. The selection was repetitive daily, and the quality was poor—the eggs, for instance, were pre-fried and sat in a warmer. Furthermore, the staff began aggressively cleaning and removing food as early as 10:25 AM, making us feel rushed to finish.
This property seems best suited for families with young children who are content staying on-site and using the pool, as there is little else conveniently nearby.
