Location: on Patong beach, 800 m from the sea, 40 km from the airport of Phuket island and 16 km from the city centre.

Consists of one 5-storey building.

This place was a good stay. Rooms are clean and spacious. The receptionist and staff's are friendly, polite and very helpful. We were lucky to meet the owner Mrs Sadia who helped us get a better room. Any problems was quickly attended too and solved. The location is very convenient as there are plenty of shops and food to find. The beach is a 10 min walk or u could grab a tuktuk to any area. Definitely recommended.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend!

I had an amazing stay at Bellevue Ocean Patong in Thailand. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with Thai touches.

The location was ideal—close to attractions but still peaceful. I especially loved the helpful service from the staff, who went above and beyond.

I stayed at the Bellevue Ocean Pating Hotel last week, and the experience was excellent! The service was top-notch, the staff was friendly and attentive, and everything was well-maintained and clean. The ocean view was breathtaking, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. I truly enjoyed my time there—everything was just *bla boa*! (In the best way possible!)

The worst treated hotel I have ever encountered in Thailand. I made a reservation on their website, but I couldn't make a check because there were no rooms available. The two women at the reception showed a very aggressive and hostile attitude and shouted at me. The next day I went and asked if they should not take money from my credit card and if my reservation was canceled. Another woman shouted again and said something like "I don't know, talk to the manager on the phone." They are not helpful or welcoming at all. I never recommend this hotel. They act like you want to stay free at their hotel, the price is 1000 baht for per night at least

This is the first time I, my wife and sister visited Thailand. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Malin Plaza where you can eat variety of foods without walking and shop for essentials, including souvenirs. When we were first shown our booked room, honestly we were not pleased with overall state of the rooms, but the manager, Daeng, agreed to change rooms for us, which was so nice of her. There was some smell in each room and the rooms were really hot, but it all goes away after you turn on the AC for 10 min. There were two places for the breakfast and we were free to choose where we wanted to eat every day. There is a big clean pool on the 6th floor, which was unoccupied most times, but we never used it since the hotel is close to Patong beach. I'm not sure if this is common in 3-star hotels, but they didn't change sheets or towels the first two days. I asked Daeng to have them changed on the 3rd day and surely they were replaced with new fresh ones. Also, we gave 1000 baht for each room as deposit and Daeng exchanged them for our passports the day before checkout so we could spend it all without need of converting baht into usd before we left. Anyway, this place has mixed reviews, but I think it's worth its price. Just talk to Daeng when she is around. She is very helpful!
