Location: in the centre of Patong beach, 600 m from the sea, next to a large shopping centre Jungceylon/Jungle Ceylon, 270 m from the center of nightlife – Bangla road, 40 km from Phuket international airport.

Consists of a 6-storey building.

The hotel has 45 rooms.

Beach: public sandy beach in 600 m from the hotel (3 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Sun beds, umbrellas - for a fee. The length of the beach is 4 km away.

There was great service, and it's right within reach. The staff was efficient. Please do consider providing more amenities(especially if booking is for more than one night).

Pretty decent hotel, things look old but kept well. There were no towels hooks in my room, but after I complained, staff installed it next day, that's cool service.

Very good for the price

Paid extra for the suite for one week to make use of the large hot-tub. For 90% of my stay there was no hot water meaning I couldn't use the tub. The staff were apologetic and friendly and moved me on the last night of my stay so I could use the tub in another room. No discount was offered for the days I couldn't use the tub.

Rooms were clean. Bathroom amenities were less but workable. It is near the main road. 7ELEVEN is very near. Overall good.

Worst ever. I didn't even stay and wanted back my refund. They denied. The room is smelly.

Not recommended.
Room was okay but water pressure very low. Location is good (15 mins walk to Patong Beach, 7-Eleven nearby).
Reception not 24/7 and staff not helpful — tried calling multiple times at 7pm, no answer.
Overall, not worth it for the price.

This was really a terrible experience with constant issues it actually ruined my time

Promises were made on improvement and that never happened. They barely speak English
