For Indian or vegetarian travelers, I would not recommend taking the breakfast option as there are almost no suitable choices available. Another disappointing part of the stay was the check-in experience. Although my booking voucher clearly mentioned a welcome drink, it was not offered to us. The next day, while sitting near the reception, I saw the staff offering welcome drinks to foreign guests who were checking in. This felt discriminatory and left a very negative impression.
The staff seemed rude and had difficulty understanding English, which made communication frustrating.
Despite all these issues, the hotel’s location is definitely a plus. However, overall service and hospitality need significant improvement.
1. Room was not clean they give me a sofa bed ( share the pic ) which is very dirty.
2. Room was smell like hell.
3 Staff is not helpful they do not change out any cover on dirty sofa and not even a regret in the face.
Big NO to stay in this hotel fir next time.
However, the breakfast was a major letdown. The options were limited, and the quality was not up to par with what you'd expect. Additionally, the hotel itself feels quite dated and could use some serious renovations. The rooms were basic, and some of the amenities were not well-maintained.
If you're primarily looking for a convenient location and don't mind sacrificing quality in other areas, this hotel might suffice. But be prepared for a less-than-stellar breakfast and a hotel that's showing its age.
