Phoenix Grand Hotel in Patong

i stayed 5 nights the bed was so hard and the blanket is just a bed sheet with cover and discolored to brownish i house cleaner to replace she said all the same, its suppose to be curtain blackout but not long enough so as soon as sun rise the room are so bright, i asked for room replacement but the staff so annoyed and gave me a lecture in phiosophy and claim no room avail so after few hours i went down to reception i told them am so tired being in 7 hrs flight and cant sleep i was so determined for a soloution so they gave me 2 rooms to choose (though previously said no rooms avail), the A/C works only in high and low the medium mode deactivated, there no slipper and no tea only ready made coffee with milk,the bathroom lighting not sufficient and no place to keep your soap but the floor, the sink water is cleaned (see attached foto), staff is friendly and breakfast is good.
