The Nice Hotel

I was staying in this hotel on march 2025 . Very clean and comfortable . Absolutely closest to the beach . If you want to hotel only for rest and shower , it will be more than enough . Everyday was make up service . Also owner of the place very friendly and kind person, we called her “mama” . Thank you for your hospitality .

The hotel left a very mixed impression. On the one hand, quite good service - they tried to solve our problems, helped with the transfer and tickets for the speedboat, there were towels for the beach. But on the other hand - they settled us in a room that did not correspond to the booked category - a smaller square footage and no balcony, but at the same time there was a beautiful view of the garden. On the first night there was a downpour and the roof leaked, as a result, we slept with a basin, because it was dripping from the ceiling. The bed was positioned in such a way that it was impossible to open the refrigerator, it simply blocked it. All complaints were expressed at the reception, they immediately promised to move us, but we had to wait 2 days, because there were no free rooms. 2 days passed and we were moved to another room with a balcony, the room was much better, this is what we booked, BUT ... the air conditioner did not work in it ... we spent the night with a fan, during the next day the air conditioner was fixed. The next 3 days lived without incident. Breakfasts are monotonous, only scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, and watermelon as fruit.

For 2-3 nights it is quite suitable, there is 7eleven nearby, 5 minutes walk to the sea. The hotel is modest, but everything is clean, breakfasts are standard. The hotel has no territory. With a balcony - overlooking the parking lot, on the green territory of another hotel - no balcony. In general, everything was fine, for several nights. I really liked the location, not far from the center, but in a quiet alley

The hotel is in the very center of Patong Beach, in the courtyard. It is suitable for those who need to stay for 2-3 days. The rooms are clean, but the condition of the rooms is far from ideal. For this price, it is a normal option for those who only need a room to sleep for a couple of nights. I was lucky, in a single room with a view of the garden it was quiet, the air conditioner was not noisy, and in general everything was fine

The location is very close to the beach; less than a block away. It’s in a quiet side street. The staff were excellent; helpful, and spoke enough English to answer any of my questions. The breakfast was excellent - typical Canadian breakfast: 2 eggs, bacon, sausage, toast with jam, coffee, juice and watermelon. I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Phuket again

We spent a long time choosing a hotel for our vacation. We stayed here for 8 nights. We were attracted by the photos of the rooms - stylish and beautiful rooms, but we were alarmed by the reviews that the photos did not correspond to reality and the rooms were already a bit run down. We decided to take a risk and did not regret it. And now in more detail. 1 Yes, indeed, in real life the appearance of the rooms is not so beautiful and new. There are cracks on the walls, a shabby headboard, black stains on the bathroom mirror. 2 We took a more expensive room, where the wall between the room and the bathroom was glass. I came across the far right room, where the Wi-Fi was not super good, and the crackling of wires could be heard from the window. But overall, it didn't cause any inconvenience. 3 You can borrow beach towels every day. They are big terry ones. There are many old and faded ones, but quite decent, and when they are sorted out, they give new towels - these are, of course, cool. 4 The girls at the reception are very friendly, they speak English well, there were no problems with them. They work around the clock. 5 Every day the room is cleaned, new towels are brought (large and small), as well as 2 bottles of water in glass, coffee and sugar packets are renewed. The bathroom has shower gel, shampoo and soap. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, cups. 6 The hotel has its own small swimming pool and relaxation area where you can spend time during lunch, when it is very hot and the sun is scorching. 7 There is a place to put your things, which is very convenient. We dried our swimsuits on hangers by the window; there is no special place for this. 8 I understand that previously the road from the hotel to the sea was convenient and direct, but now you need to return to the second line and go around it. Less convenient, but not critical. 9 Opposite there are two establishments, Patong Corner and Orange, where you can have breakfast for 99 baht. I liked the first place more. 10 We were the only Russian speakers in the hotel. So if you are looking for such insulation, this is a great option. In general, the hotel is good, if you don’t find fault and don’t pay attention to minor shortcomings, your vacation will be at a high level.
