Where to stay in Phuket

The facilities and amenities were excellent, and the air conditioning was promptly fixed when it broke down in the middle of the night. The room we were given faced the beach directly, and the breakfast was superb. My whole family was very happy with our stay.

Comments online mentioned the rooms were damp, but I didn't really notice it. The air conditioning had a slightly strong musty smell, but after a while, my nose got used to it, haha! There is a steep slope to royal wing which is inconvenient for elderly as well as pushing the luggage. Housekeeping was slow. Room is still not cleaned at ard 3.30pm. Do not stay here if you can't stand the loud music.

A standard family-friendly hotel. Even though the Christmas prices were outrageous, it mostly met this mom's need to relax while traveling with kids. We didn't leave the hotel for two days and the kids were never bored, playing until they instantly fell asleep every night.

Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, and the location near the sea was perfect. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay!

The bungalow we booked was more like an interior courtyard, not the resort setting I had expected. The aircon was extremely noisy so they switched us to another room in their sister hotel (Peach Blossom) that was supposedly more expensive. That room was nice, but the walls were extremely thin and you could hear every conversation in the hall and neighboring rooms.

Had an amazing stay, loved our room on the high floor🥰 didn’t really enjoyed the breakfast so we booked room with breakfast but only tried its once. Overal staff was super nice and always ready to help or assist with any questions, they even let us do laundry for free but you should pay ofcourse haha 😛. Would I go back definitely. Thanks Team

After Aaron and I booked the wrong month at a local hotel, it was full. However, the owner was kind rnough to let us grab a small package we had sent to the hotel, and then we headed to the Pearl hotel. They arranged good housing for us. It was comfortable, in a nice location for local food, had great beds, and wonderful service. It was a godsend, and I am grateful. Us them when you can!

This hotel is truly a hidden gem. I cannot understand how it is classed as a 3 star property. It is luxury. This hotel is fantastic! The service exceeded my expectations, it’s impeccable! They really went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I’m here for the Vegetarian Festival, and the view was amazing. The air conditioning is top-notch, which is a must for someone like me who can’t go without cool air. I’ll definitely be back!
