Duangjitt Resort & Spa in Patong

Lovely gardens , nice clean swimming pool. The female receptionists were very polite and helpful in everything we needed. So were the cleaning room service .food was good but beverages not good. No fresh fruits in the smoothies and cocktails were like just drinking water with a splash of taste. The room we stayed was ok,not a new one but everyday maids came to clean. Breakfast was good for a 4star hotel. Not big and good variety of marmalades though but full of local food and soups. The noodle soup in the show cooking spot was fantastic and so did the stir fried noodles.

The hotel is located right at the edge of Patong Beach. It is a quiet property featuring a large garden with lovely walking paths. The rooms are comfortable and include a balcony, which is very convenient for washing and drying clothes. Additionally, the shower temperature is stable and easy to adjust. With three large swimming pools on-site, we can easily move to another one if the first becomes too crowded.

Duangjitt Resort and Spa is set on 32 acres of lush, tropical landscaped gardens. Nestled on the southern end of Patong Beach, with direct access to the sand. it is about 3.5 to 4 kilometers from the bustling heart of Patong (Bangla Road, Jungceylon Shopping Mall).
· Getting to Town:
· Tuk-Tuk/Taxi: A 10-15 minute ride. Cost is typically 200-400
· Walking: A long walk (45-60 mins) along the beach road

There are at least 6 swimming pools on the property, including separate pools for children and more serene adult-friendly areas
It offers a very large number of rooms . The bed in my room is king size.
There are multiple restaurants and bars.
Burasari Spa, on-site spa offering traditional Thai massages, treatments, and wellness packages in a tranquil setting.

In essence, Duangjitt Resort is a self-contained resort paradise on a massive scale. It's ideal for those who want the convenience of Patong Beach but prefer to retreat to a tranquil, spacious environment away from the crowds, and don't mind taking short rides to the central action.

We had one of our best holidays ever here. The atmosphere is calm, green, and relaxing — exactly what we needed.

But the best part was the incredible staff at the reception. A huge thank you to Som-oh, Cher, A-new, Jeena, and Eve.
They were unbelievably friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Every time we needed something, they handled it quickly and with so much kindness. They truly made us feel welcome and cared for.

Our room was clean and comfortable, the pools were fantastic, and the whole resort had a peaceful, tropical vibe.

A fantastic hotel experience. Has a bit of the old gem of a thailand from the past with beautiful grounds and perfect location. Love it.

It has been many years since I had almost 3 wonderful weeks in this big and beautiful place - which was also my first (and best) trip to Thailand. If I return (to Patong) then I will choose this hotel again.
