The resort environment is pretty good. I was a bit worried at first because I saw a lot of negative reviews, but after checking in, the air conditioning wasn't cooling well on the first night. However, the engineering staff changed the filter the next day and completely fixed the issue. The soundproofing is excellent; even though there's a kids' pool and water slide right outside, there's no noise, it's very quiet. The breakfast selection is incredibly rich. The only minor issue was that the shower drain was a bit slow. I can understand why though; being so close to the beach, I brought back quite a bit of sand after swimming, so it makes sense why it might get clogged.

The family room on the seventh floor was generally good. It wasn't damp, had a nice view, and the overall cleanliness was decent, though a few small bugs are to be expected in a tropical region. The staff were very friendly. This family room was one of the few we could find at this price point. The water slide was great, but you need to wear beach socks to protect your feet. The only downside was that the bunk beds got quite hot in the late afternoon sun. Overall, it's a very good value-for-money family hotel.

The room wasn't the cleanest, dust and sand in the corners, shower sealent needed replacing urgently.
There is nothing going on after about 10pm, this suited us well as we went out every evening and it meant no loud music interrupting sleep.
Due to the doors of the rooms, soundproofing is poor, so if you have load neighbours expect to be disrupted.
The pool area is fantastic, warm water, plenty of sunbeds no matter the time, fresh towels for pool in room daily. No sunbed wars. Lifeguards were very vigilant.
We paid extra for a pool facing "swim up" type room. Pointless as you are not provided a lock for the sliding doors, so unless you're happy to leave your room open you need to go out of the front door and walk around.
When we rented a scooter, (which we highly recommend only 500 bhat a day!), we felt safe leaving it in the car park as the security guards were great.

Pros: Great for family trips, kids absolutely loved the various water activities.
The location is quite convenient, close to the beach, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.

Cons: The downsides were pretty obvious. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the cleanliness was just so-so – we even found ants 🐜. As for breakfast, it was standard, nothing particularly good or bad.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The swimming pool is spacious and fun, perfect for relaxing. It’s also conveniently located within walking distance to Kata Beach. The breakfast offers a great variety of options, and all the staff are friendly and welcoming.

My daughter especially enjoyed the Kids World—it kept her happily entertained—and the slides at the swimming pool were a big hit too! I also tried the spa, which was a wonderful experience and very affordable.

I was assigned a room on the sixth floor with an amazing view overlooking the entire pool. The room itself was clean and hygienic. The only downside was the restaurant, which was overcrowded and offered a rather average selection of dishes without anything particularly innovative. During peak times, I couldn't find a seat and my table was taken twice, which really soured my mood. It felt like people were aggressively taking over tables. Oh, and the flowers in the hotel were absolutely beautiful.

Facilities: The pool is very Instagrammable, but I didn't even get to use it. It's small and incredibly crowded. The outlets in the room are loose; you need to use a travel adapter first, then your charger, to avoid a bad connection.

Hygiene: On the first night, there were bloodstains on the sheets. I had to call someone to change them overnight (which they did promptly, to their credit). The daily room cleaning mostly consisted of emptying the trash and changing sheets; the sand on the floor wasn't properly dealt with, and I had to fix the clogged shower myself.

Environment: It's actually quite a distance from the beach. If you're looking for a beach-centric vacation, the location isn't particularly convenient.

Service: I didn't really experience any service...

Overall, I've been to Phuket four times and stayed in six hotels, and this one is just not worth it. The nearly 800 THB/night room rate is completely overpriced. I won't be returning.

Great place near Kata Beach for families and it offers fun slides options at the pool for kids to play all morning. Pools was packed and finding a chair for your stuffs can be challenging.
Breakfast was decent with no changes to the variety. Pancakes, cereal, hotdog, pork/chicken ham.
Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Had saw complains of noise issues but at the family room we booked, we had no issues with that. Maybe nearer to the pool, the noise can continue to the night.
The only downside was the front desk wasn't so friendly when we were checking in, I assume the lady is the manager of sorts speaking in a oddly demanding manner to ask my friend to pay for the extra person charge which I feel could have done so with much tactfulness or put on the website to explain properly. So, basically if your room is only for 2 pax, you have a 3rd pax you have to pay for the breakfast whether you are eating or not.
Having stayed there for 3 nights, we simply asked for 1 hour extension to our check out was met with a unfriendly reply of paying 300 baht for 1 hour. Where most hotels we been too are normally much more accommodating, they could learn a thing or 2 on customer service as this place felt more like a commercial hotel than a Resort. I would recommend other hotels before choosing this.

The stay was great! Loved being close to Kata Beach and the pool/slides/bar at the hotel were great. Included breakfast was busy but lots of options. Paid dinner buffet was average. Cleanliness in the room on arrival wasn’t the best, there were marks in the bathroom and what looked like mould on the sink. There were plates outside the room when we arrived also that stayed there for days. Otherwise the daily service in the room was great. Staff were very friendly!

The family room is spacious with bunk beds, easily accommodating four or five people. Breakfast is an open buffet, no room card needed, and the selection is decent enough to fill you up. There are plenty of 7-Elevens nearby. Good!
