We had no issues about anything. Mustafa made our stay even more comfortable with his approach. Small boutique hotel in the heart of this very pretty old town. It has a beautiful and peaceful hidden garden in the center. Rooms are small, but elegant, and we had a balcony to enjoy the peace of the garden late at night. Substantial breakfast with fresh vegetables, cheeses, eggs, olives, jams, bread, and croissants. Owners are so kind. Would highly recommend this gem.

It was a great experience to have stayed in this beautiful place. Great hosts and great service. Şebnem is a beautiful person. She changed our room in a couple hours upon our request on the second day of our vacation. Rooms are quiet clean and cozy furnished. 5 mins drive to two amazing beaches (akkum and akarca). We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and offered a stunning sea view that made each morning special. The inclusive breakfast was a real treat, with a diverse selection of delicious options. What truly set this hotel apart was the friendly, kind and helpful personnel, particularly Efe, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Tiny room...but that's in line with the price. There are very few choices for non-smokesr locally. The room was free from that left-over cigarette smell. The only one in the area we could find.

Very nice and helpful staff at this hotel. Hotel is only 1 minutes walk from the main town centre and only 5 minutes walk from the river/waterfront and the ferry terminal. Me and my partner spent a few days in this hotel in March, we were both very pleased. Staff is so lovely, Başak hanım cooks the best soups and reception team is super helpful! They always advised us and handed an umbrella when it stated to rain on our engagement day. Breakfasts are super tasty and location is phenomenal, only a few steps away from Izban station and ferry. The hotel is in ideal location. Staff speaks reasonable english. Breakfast is not very extraordinary rather its basic meal everyday. Yeah it was good place, especially location is so near to Basmane train station to Ephesus ancient city.

The hotel was dated and very basic. However, the price was very good and we were able to park right in front of the hotel in the city center (where parking is usually scarce).
