The area around the hotel is a wasteland. Parking is inconvenient. There's no indoor parking, and the street is blocked. The reception staff is unfriendly. I caught 15 flies in my room (based on the first floor). This is a hotel I wouldn't return to.

Hotel is nice. The staff made me pay extra because my booking said one guest and I was travelling with my girlfriend, even though the room was the same (a doubke room). The hotel is fine and the staff are very pleasant for the most part but the location is horrible. Generally feels like a sketchy neighborhood and there is nowhere in walking distance to have a nice meal, much less enjoy a pleasant stoll. We stayed as part of a private tour and will definitely be informing our travel agency of our opinion.

My experience was generally good here. While the place is a little worn out, they have gone through periods of remodeling that have beautified and modernized. Lots of good channels on the television. Good room service food for a reasonable price. Friendly staff all the way around. But the best part for me was the excellent breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.

I stayed here for 6 nights and it was lovely rooms are clean and staff really helpful only one problem spa staff not to helpful and the jacuzzi was not working. Was good food here and only 1.50 for room sevies will recommend this hotel xx

Excellent hotel in Alsancak very close to many points of interest like Passport, Bazaar and Basmane . I have stayed many times in this hotel and I will never regretted. Food was good and the place is relatively cheap and cheerful. Service they showed me friend a sea view room before and then put us in a box with a view of the neighbouring room. If you go to Izmir for volleyball this hotel might be a good choice as it’s connected to the Ataturk stadium. Also can walk to other places or the seaside. There’s also close to the metro or tram (i’m not sure how they call)

The room was cold, there was a lot of noise from the construction equipment, and we were disturbed because we were on the first floor at the front.

I always stay at this hotel when I go to Izmir, but this time the housekeeping was not good. They entered the room for cleaning purposes but did not touch the bed at all. The duvet on the double bed was for one person. There were soap residues on the toilet seat and they had forgotten the sponge used for cleaning in the sink. They did it very carelessly.

It was my accommodation in Izmir. The price-performance ratio is very good... The location is very good. There is a police station right next to it and it is safe... There is no parking problem after 19:00. You can park in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The location is good, there are delicious food nearby, and the price/performance ratio is high. It is old, the facilities are average, the carpet is very dirty, visible to the naked eye, and the pillow is very collapsed. I had neck and shoulder pain for the next few days. It's noisy because it's close to the main road and the windows don't have adequate soundproofing. There's dampness on the ceiling due to inadequate bathroom ventilation.
