The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the location. The hotel is located in the middle of the university campus and transport is needed to go anywhere.

Great stay, very comfortable and clean, it's obvious that it's an older hotel but looks to be well taken care of. The water DOES have a weird smell to it sometimes but i don't think it has anything to with the hotel, it's just Izmir... I've stayed at many hotels in the area and even though the breakfast of anemon is not the best it's still more than enough and if i compare every aspect collectively...

The hotel is near the university, very quiet, the room is spacious and comfortable, the front desk service is very good, and the breakfast is very rich.

Very tired hotel, poor service and breakfast It is not an old hotel but it is looking very tired, especially carpet that is peeling across the whole common areas and in the rooms… we tripped on it several times; if it is not fixed people will soon trip and break arms or teeth… The cleaning system doesn’t work… the rooms are supposed to be cleaned after 1 pm which doesn’t really work, as we got back...

If you are driving by yourself, I highly recommend this hotel. It is very convenient to stop and rest along the way. The room was clean and modern, and the breakfast was average. There are delicious food and Carrefour supermarket in the small town about 3/4 kilometers away. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach. I didn't give it five points mainly because of the location of the hotel. I don't recommend...

The hotel rooms on the first floor are right next to the road, and there's a lot of noise at night, especially from motorcycles whizzing by. The rooms are small, stuffy, and the air conditioning controls are unreliable. It's similar to a Home Inn in China.

I would like to share some feedback regarding the breakfast. Unfortunately, the quality of the juices was not up to the mark, as they tasted old and had an unpleasant aftertaste. Additionally, there was a lack of variety in the breakfast offerings, which is unexpected for a 4-star hotel. I hope you will consider these points for improvement.

The location is in the center close to the beach, room service and reception is very good but the hotel is actually two stars, it doesn’t deserve 4 star. The bathroom is old rusty and the showers has mold even with hard working cleaning ladies the place will still need remodeling.

Location is awesome, rooms are old and requires maintenance. Breakfast is very average or even poor. They have parking but if you want to checkout you need to inform them in advance as it takes 20min to bring the car from parking.

Amazing hotel with very polite and respectful personal. I felt the rooms seemed very clean, most important the shower seemed to be kept clean and fixed. Very much worth the price and everything in between. The gym wasn't the best but it was more than enough for every muscle group. I never had the chance to try the food as I woke up to late for breakfast.

Graymark hotel is a short walk from the railway station, opposite the calming park, close to the shops and walking distance to the waters edge. My room contained a massive bed, a modern bathroom and everything else you would hope for. Breakfast was of the something-for-everyone variety so all good. Recommended moderately priced hotel.

I was shocked that I reserved a 4-star hotel and paid 133$ per night, then I found nothing, just a bed and low-level breakfast, I asked why that 4-star hotel has nothing - no pool, no restaurants, no view. They said it is a boutique hotel, so I am really paying for just the bed. I don't advise this for more than 50$ for sleep.

Booked a family room, the room is large, modernly decorated, breakfast is rich, except a little expensive, there is nothing wrong with it. Across the road is the seaside, lucky to see the sunset of the Aegean Sea, but the room can not see the sea.

Hygiene: Overall very clean; The indoor lighting is a bit dim, the decoration style depends on personal preference, the room I stayed in is orange. The location is also on the seaside, 30 meters away is the Aegean Sea.

We stayed two days. The doorman took care of parking and carried our suitcases to our room. The breakfast was plentiful, with two homemade drinks. The room was compact and comfortable, with a powerful shower. The location was excellent, and we walked to various attractions both days.

The room was clean, but there were no duvet covers, not even in the room. I had to call the front desk late at night to inquire about it. Eventually, a staff member brought a duvet cover. Stayed for 2 nights on business in the area with a late flight in and early flight out. Used the TAV hotel previously located in the terminal but being in the terminal it has can be a bind getting in. Location was great for me close to the airport. I found the hotel itself pretty tired looking made worse by the room being really really dark. Even with every light on in the room it was almost night...

The hotel was well located. The staff were helpful and courteous. We enjoyed staying there. My only criticism is with the trip to Ephesus organised at the hotel. Due to a lack of communication we waited 1.30 hours to be picked up. Nobody told us there is a second exit from the ruins. The room is still clean, but the facilities are old, there are no toiletries, no water cups, and no electric kettle, which is not very convenient.

Room smells heavily of smoke, and hallways are dark. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. It's perfectly situated and served its purpose. It's a budget friendly option, so don't expect 5⭐️ service or amenities.

The hotel is in the heart of the city. Very clean and very spacious bedrooms with very comfortable king bed you either get harbour view or the street view. We used this as a cheap overnight stay near the airport having arrived past midnight into Izmir. Very functional for that purpose. Had a family room. It's spacious. AC works. There is no duvet just a small thing blanket and this wasn't enough to share for two. Breakfast was more than expected. Valet parking worked well.

Very friendly staff -especially at the reception and cleaning staff. I needed 2 hours quiet and good connection room and they accommodated me in the meeting room. I did booked directly with the hotel so no shuttle from the airport. But again friendly staff to solve everything. Location is great.
