Very comfortable hotel,all rooms is cleaned every day.And also canteen is very beautiful and breakfast is versatile and delicious. I stayed in this hotel 7 days,from 11 May to 18 May.

Exactly Infront of a bus stop and a train station. Rooms were fairly large. The furniture and bathrooms were old but they were very clean. Breakfast was fairly good. Towels and bedsheets were spotless and white. Within walking distance of the coast. Restaurants l groceries shops and clothes shop are all close by.

This hotel is located on the main street and the outside noise can be heard inside the room. It is a very normal and quiet hotel. Breakfast is very simple and concise. The hotel staff were helpful and kind. The area of ​​the hotel is not very safe and it is a wholesale market for tobacco.

Rook smelt terrible, scuffs all over the walls. However bathroom was nice and bed was good too. Great for a cheap night in the city to dodge expensive taxi prices to the airport as we did. But apart from that I wouldn’t recommend. Also no lift and we had 2 20kg bags which we had to carry up 4 floors.

The lobby manager and waiter were very polite and took the initiative to tell us about the good places nearby. The view from the small balcony was very beautiful and we watched the entire sunset. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Rooms relatively clean except some rust and dust around. Staff extremely friendly and willing to help. Breakfast just enough but not over the top much food. Spotless room, exccellent value. Helpful staff Booked last minute but was so pleased with the newly refurbished room , huge room, modern bathroom and a balcony over looking the bay. We needed a room last minute. The receptionist was a nice person. He tried to speak English and explain to us. The property needs some renovation. We had a big room with 4 twin beds. Rooms need some better cleaning it smelled weird and bathroom was most dirty. It is a budget stay but need to be cleaner than a hostel.

I stayed in Hotel Balca during my visit to Izmir. The room had everything that I needed, making my stay very comfortable. The place was nice, clean, and quiet, nestled among cafes, bars, and great restaurants. I would like to thank the whole staff for being extremely attentive.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, always smiling and happy to chat with guests. The hotel is very centrally located and in the heart of the action. It can be noisy at night (especially on weekends), and you can hear other guests walking in the hallway or closing doors, or even guests in upstairs rooms talking in the bathroom. When we gave our keys back we had to wait 7 hours for our next bus to come, and they let us stay in their waiting room the entire time. From the moment I came to the Hotel and spent two nights, the service was excellent. The reception staff is professional, with knowledge of the English language. The room is spacious and very clean.
