The rooms were very small. The shower cubicles were 2.5ft X 2.5ft. Very small. Didn't enjoy showering at all.

A great stay in Istanbul, a good hotel with a rooftop pool. The pool isn't particularly large, but it's perfectly adequate for relaxing. This hotel was central and very clean, however I only booked it as it had an outdoor pool, so I could relax as well as see the sights. The roof top pool had no water in it and certainly looked like it had been that way for a long time. This should be highlighted when booking.

The hotel is about 10 minutes from Taksim square, but It is a walk to up hill. Everything else is great for me.

There is not even a place to walk around the hotel to go to other places as the place is so secluded.

The hotel has a good location, but overall it does not feel like a 4-star property – more like a 2-star by US or Asian standards. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and housekeeping was inconsistent, sometimes not providing shower gel, only shampoo, and just one towel for two people. Even the location is very good you're in between two Masjid (Camii) and metro station, bus, taxi stops, 4 min from the tramway, surrounded by restaurant.

There are some aspects of the service provided by the hotel that need improvement. It is definitely not a family hotel.

This is the closest hotel to Sabiha Gökçen Airport on the Asian side of Istanbul. The facilities are great, and the breakfast is delicious with a good variety of local specialties. Plus, it's right next to the airport terminal, so you can just walk there.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the staff were helpful and there were cats and kittens in the garden of the restaurant! Overall a pretty great experience. We knew what we were coming to, they advertise exactly what it is! They are used to any odd request at housekeeping and room service, English varies depending on the individual but they are very kind and happy to assist. I got here because my flight was delayed, and this hotel was assigned to me for overnight stay. The room was spacious and decent; although I’m a solo traveller, I was given a 3-person room, which was great. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The only downside was the restaurant. The variety of food was very limited and some dishes were not hot enough.
