The hotel is decent and well-located, close to public transportation. Hot water is available in the bathroom, but housekeeping isn't provided daily. The breakfast is pleasant. I admit that I am the type that wants nothing more than a clean bed and a shower from a hotel. In that regard it did well. The AC and the fridge were faulty (they worked, but not well and not easily controlled) and the elevators are tiny and faulty. The breakfast is very good, especially the menemen!

Had a wonderful stay recently at the Levni Hotel. The hotel staff were excellent and very helpful. The bedroom was clean and modern. Hotel has a very nice breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices. The hotel is also very easy to reach by public transport on the Marmaray suburban train line.

The double-glazed windows are very poor, and noise insulation is bad. There's a mosque nearby, so be aware that you'll hear the morning prayers at 5 AM. The rooms are clean, but the bathrooms are quite dated. The taps are noisy, and you can hear when neighbors turn on their water throughout the stack. The panoramic rooftop restaurant is actually pretty good.

I guess they give you a bad room if you book through Agoda. The room had an odor. The soundproofing was terrible. There's construction right next door, so anyone going soon should be aware. The location, however, is excellent, right next to Galataport.

The hotel and the services and the restaurant are perfect, but the problem I faced is that they don’t turn AC on at this time of the year (March and April), I had to open the window which is next to a building that is under structure and it’s too much noisy.

The staff were friendly, there was an elevator, it was clean, and the breakfast area had a great view. I was worried because the shower filters in older hotels were often black, but they weren't as dirty as I'd feared! (After two days, they were a bit yellowish.)
