The Hotel is great for the price it’s cheap for this kind of greatness room
I stayed there a couple of times. It was a wonderful experience and Hakan is a great host. The room with the balcony is simply wonderful. The bathroom is very well equipes and very clean. I loved it!
Very nice and cosy place for our first time in Istanbul!
The hotel stuff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was excactly like the pictures and very very warm. The location is not so ideal if you are on foot and its raining, because it is down the hill and its slippery.
A lot of cafes, restaurants and supermarket, bakery around.
We stayed at this hotel with an extraordinary location, just a 30-minute walk from Hagia Sophia in Istanbul. It’s surrounded by plenty of dining options and even has its own restaurant offering incredibly delicious food. I’m trying to think of a downside to mention, but I can’t find one.
We had a small kitchenette equipped with everything we needed to prepare breakfast for our three children. Our...
Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was lovely, and the balcony was a delightful bonus—I enjoyed spending time there, soaking in the views. What truly stood out to me was the exceptional service from the staff. They were incredibly supportive and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. If you're looking for a hotel...
Nice rooms, close to city centre and friendly staff.
I really enjoyed the breakfasts.
Otherwise, it's a 3: the location (you have to climb up the mountain, the area isn't the prettiest, more like the outskirts).
The staff is excellent.
The shower is very old, the furniture is swollen, either from moisture or there was a flood...
Overall, for 3,000 rubles, it's okay, but I wouldn't stay there again.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Turkey. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with beautiful views.
The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh options, and the overall atmosphere of...
Between 10am-6pm u can’t get the taxi to the property door so if u have a luggage u have to carry it in very steep road. Area was closed to tourists area. Breakfast was ok. Bathroom was trouble almost no lighting and was mold inside the a shower. Even room lighting was bad. I can’t even shave in bathroom as it was dark even in room lighting was so bad my wife can do any makeup.
Staff were friendly...
A very cute, beautifully decorated boutique hotel. Walking distance to all places to visit. Breakfast is served on the terrace. It was truly a hearty Turkish Breakfast. There is an incredible sea view from the terrace and the terrace is open until two in the morning. I think this was the biggest surprise of this hotel.
We stayed at Hotel Bronte and were absolutely delighted! The location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and other major attractions. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. A special shout-out to the management for their attentiveness and care. The rooms are clean, cozy, and modern, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay...
The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, there's a really lovely terrace, and it's in a great neighborhood.
Apartement very spacious and convenient for a family of four. Location in theory is great uf not for the very steep stairs that one needs to climb when walking from the T1 metro station. Uber/taxi not an option as the roads in that precise part of beyogu are super narrow and one is at risk of remaining trapped for ages in the traffic
Superb view.
Very central. Unfortunately, taxis rarely come into the street. Otherwise, everything is great and clean.
Good hotel in a quiet area, you need to walk down the hill to reach Taksim, but overall was a good stay, clean, spacious room, and staff are friendly
The property is a complete apartment, with every thing you need ,large living room ,excellent bedroom with very large dressing clothes closet ,good kitchen with all needs ,washing machine, large refrigerator, very clean apartment, very friendly and very helpful stuff ,very quiet area ,with excellent location ,10 minutes walk from taksim square, and 5 minutes walk from the main road on the beach
I booked room witn fully furnished balcony with Seaview but when I checked in I was given a room with no Seaview. It was very disappointing. I showed my booking at reception and after long try they changed my room with partial Seaview. Please make sure you get the room you booked.
Pros.
staff is very helpful and friendly
location is awesome
room is very big and clean
room has all the facilities...
Room was a little tilted, but ok - the main thing it was just big! Not so easy to find a room in Istanbul bigger than 15m². But what was uncomfortable for me it's a hills everywhere around

The stars are for the view and the mostly welcoming personnell. View is extraordinary, Istanbul at sunset and night becomes almost mystic from your room. Everything else is subpar, paperthin walls, small and smelly bathroom (not their fault, sewage is old), smelly, dirty and crowded outdoors from the fish restaurants underneath and wakeup calls around 5 a.m. from the nearby mosques, so loud that the...
I would come again! The gentleman managing the hotel is very friendly and always took the time to ask how my day was. The room was clean, but since it was February, it got quite cold. Thankfully, setting the AC to 30 degrees made it comfortable.
The biggest downside for me was the loud music at the reception and the restaurant outside. While the manager kindly lowered the volume at the reception upon...
The rooms have awesome views of the most iconic places in Istambul, but walking in the zone can be a bit eerie, had comfortable beds, air contidioner, very good overall
Great place . Excellent hospitality . Super helpful. Everything you need. Great location . Special thanks to Harun , Erkan and Mukaddes . We will come again !!!!
Small Boutique Hotel...brilliant location with an amazing and fantastically friendly staff! Would definitely stay again
Great location and the host is very kind. If you choose it, you’ll be close to Galata, party places and the old town. Enjoy your stay in Istanbul 😊
Everything was perfect, the best option for tourists. The room was cozy and comfortable: a Tefal ironing board, a refrigerator, all the dishes, a washing machine, a hair dryer, everything was clean, new, and working. And most importantly, a wonderful view of the Bosphorus and Galata ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
I will come back again and again ..thank you
✅️Beautiful, clean and friendly facilities
❌️There was no daily cleaning
❌️The reception did not understand English at all and made this difficult
❌️The price was almost expensive
✅️good location
A great place to stay in Istanbul. There is everything you need in the apartments, most of the attractions are nearby.Very nice interior.
c’était proche du métro, le personnel était pas là mais le propriétaire était à l’écoute et il règle tous les problèmes le lendemain matin
Spaciousness and equipments provided(eg. Washing machine, iron and iron board and etc.)
Situated 12 km from Maiden's Tower, ARTURA Suite's features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Every unit has a private bathroom and shower, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a fridge. A stovetop and kettle are also...

Great location, kind lady, everything was perfect.
Tl;Dr 3 Stars rooms. Helpful hostess
We reserved the rooms through an online reservation website, but the website credit card payment failed while we were in the airport. I contacted the hostess & she confirmed the reservation for us. She also offered us airport delivery & received post packages for us.
The location is close to many cafes, Galata Tower, Istiklal street & Taksin square
There were problems finding our booking and Bahar and her team bent over backwards and sorted everything out for us and made sure we were ok several times.
The property was amazing and clean and near from Glata tower with lots of coffee shops and dining. The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing.
I would like to thank miss Bahar for her hospitality and for making my family feel so welcome. The personnel went over and beyond her job requirements in assisting us on our trip she was eager to assist us and answer all our inquiries.
Allegra Suites Galata is surely a comfortable place to stay in during the your holidays in Istanbul.
We spent four days here that is a great strategic tourism point. The room was clean and the personal friendly. Suggested.
The hotel has just been taken over. Unfortunately, it doesn't even have a sign. There are two entrances, but one is from the fish restaurant with an elevator and the other is somewhere in between with stairs. And you don't have a key to enter, you have to call the attendant there. The cleanliness wasn't good either, there was hair in the shower, there were limescale marks on the taps, soap was leaking...
Nişanlımla birlikte kaldığımız yerden çok memnun kaldık , mekan sahibi Berke Bey her şeyle çok ilgilendi her şey harikaydı.
Stay
Location is good taxis are expensive room service you have to request for wifi not the beta so be prepared to watch on your phone
A really classy and wonderful experience. Fiko was super helpful and I had room service including shisha available from the restaurant downstairs, I really enjoyed the shisha in the jacuzzi. I would defo be staying there again the next time I visit istanbul!
We stayed for 6 nights. The hotel is located n a good central location. Be prepared to walk up steep steps. You need to be semi fit. The rooms have all of your needs. We did have a leaking shower, not to much of an inconvenience. The dunas and spare pillows are located under the lounge if you might be looking. Do not expect a high end establishment, but it ticked all the boxes.
It is an old, clean apartment in general, but smaller than we thought.
It is cold, and we try to open the air con but give clod air instead of hot.
We still find it good, and we enjoyed our stay.
Around the corner there is a night club which is open on Saturdays till 4 am.
"Amazing experience! The hotel is in a fantastic location in the heart of Sultanahmet, right next to the Blue Mosque. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was superb with a great variety of fresh options. The perfect place to stay for exploring Istanbul. Highly recommended!"
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the door, the hospitality was world-class. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, offering great local tips that made my Istanbul experience much more authentic.
I can't recommend this hotel enough! The service was impeccable, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of local options. Its central location literally 5 min away from Sultan Ahmet mosque and a sea view, made it the perfect home base for exploring Istanbul. A huge thank you to the team for making our stay so special—we will definitely be back...
We've thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Istanbul, and the accommodation in Atam Suites & Apartments was a great factor in this.
Very helpful & friendly staff.
Super close to the main sites, as well as the tram station. Nice neighborhood.
Attention to details. The rooms were cleaned every day.
Comfortable beds. Instant hot water at the showers.
Good breakfast.
There is two objects suites and apartments. We were in suites, just across the street from wooden one.Clean, evidently builded new,sea view posibility, staff will help you to found parking, very frendly,we use their kitchen for warming meals.Zijah is very professional and helpful, best wishes to him👋
Atam hotel is one of the best hotels in Istanbul. Very clean, delicious breakfast, great location..everything was perfect! Ziya is such a great guy, very kind and helpful! He made our stay even better! Thank you!

You get what you pay for. But I didn't sign up for this... I booked at a different hotel and they sent me here and they made me change rooms cause had my room booked for the next day... bathrooms are not clean and staff wants to book your taxis so they can make money out of everything they can
Excellent service and hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay in the penthouse with views of the Blue Mosque, which was surprisingly affordable! Dinner in the restaurant is fantastic. We got much more than we expected!
Nice little place with very friendly staff. Extreme value for money
Small place, but comfortable. Cheap and close all touristy spots. Old city is walkable from the hotel.
I have seen some rooms in each floor. The best ones are kept on the third floor. We booked 2 bedrooms luckily all in the third floor and we slept fine. The bathrooms are in need of some refitting. Attention to smaller details also required such as faulty lightbulbs, replenish water bottle, also some rude pictures on the wall that weren't even part of Turkish heritage should be taken down. The restaurant...
Hotel super well-located, pleasant, spotlessly clean, staff at the small care, in particular Sami, without forgetting, of course, Habib, Yusuf, Abdelghaffar, and all the other members of the team who made our stay already enjoyable even more.
This a constructive criticism for improvement
Positive
* The location is perfect (5 minutes walk to Taksim)
* Good price
* Great staff (very great and quick to respond)
Negative
*The air conditioning is not working
No heater
*The sound insolation is bad we can literally hear everything the room next door
*There was no light in the showering area also it was spilling water out side the shower
Overall...
Good hotel for the price. Location is great and accessible. Friendly staff. Rooms are good size and good but a bit old and a renovation might make it much better
The staff are nice but the room was in under ground
Great hotel in the middle of Taksim Square, 10mins walk from the airport coaches, clean and big rooms, hot shower and a comfy bed. Friendly and welcoming staff on the reception desk. Lovely breakfast prepared by hotel staff Meryem and a friendly person to get tour advice and recommendations. Will definitely come back again.
There is cute cat in the hotel lobby
Had a great stay here. Room was very comfortable. Had great nights sleep. Much quieter than some areas of Istanbul.
Muhammed the manager was a fantastic host. Always helpful and friendly.
Sorted me with a ground floor room as I'd cycled into Istanbul and needed to be able to store my bike in the room.
It was in a great location. The hotel was very clean. Everyone was very attentive. If I ever go to Kadikoy again, I'll definitely stay at Park Sui. :)
Wonderful Hotel and Wonderful Owners
Frankly, this is a wonderful establishment. The rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully designed. The owners are incredibly professional, sweet, and understanding. I loved it and highly recommend it. As a single woman, I felt very safe.
We stayed overnight for relaxation. The room was spacious and comfortable. It's a family-run business, so it was clean. Thank you. The sheets, bed, and duvet were clean. The bathroom was clean.
Good for short stop overs only
In a very central location. A spacious and large room. A quiet environment.
We (a family of four) stayed in Kadikoy Park Suites for a night and it was a very comfortable stay. The location is ideal if you wish you catch the Marmaray to the European side, or to catch a YHT train to Konya early morning - which we had to.
The location and room cleanliness are average, not too bad. However, the corridors are very noisy, due to the Arab owner and staff.
Good location, Perfect for exploring around that area
Amazing location with very professional team well, we was 3 girls we felt very safe

Big thanks to the Egyptian Husain in the reception for everything 🤩
Highly recommend
🌟 5/5 Excellent Stay!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance. It’s very close to Galata Tower and right on the road to Taksim, with the metro station nearby, which made it super convenient to get around Istanbul.

What a fantastic find! This hotel is an absolute gem, thanks to its superb location right in the heart of the city. The service is top-notch, but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible Egyptian staff member "Wessam " in the lobby. Seriously, they're the best! Their help makes everything so much easier, and their friendliness makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel—you...
We made a stopover for 4 days coming back from Toronto. Loved the Hospitality by WISSAM. He stood out of the way from getting us VIP pickup from Airport to Dropping off.
WISSAM was like a Siri. Lol
He did everything we required for a comfortable stay.
Note to Owner:
Please keep up with Regular Maintenance.
Thanks.
The hotel is perfectly located, close to the Hippodrome, Sultanahmet Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and other monuments. The rooms are clean and bright. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the Bosphorus and the city. The staff is attentive and friendly. We would be happy to stay here again on our next trip.
Location is super, within several minutes walk to Sultanahmet Square at the same time on a very nice quiet street. The room had 3 windows, clean, tea pot provided, comfortable matrass, rather big shower cabin, very clean, towels changed daily, bottle of water provided every 2 days as compliment. Breakfasts were served at a terrace with splendid view to the sea! Food fresh and tasty. Very friendly and...
We were given a room on the top floor, which was a great place with a view of the ocean.
The bus stop from the airport was nearby, so it was easy to get around.
The Blue Mosque was right nearby, which was great for sightseeing.
The bars in the neighborhood where the hotel is located stay open very late, until around 1:30 a.m. The soundproofing in the room is also very poor; even with the windows closed, you can still hear the noise from the street, making it impossible to sleep well.
We stayed at the hotel for a week and were extremely pleased with our choice. When selecting a hotel, I looked at numerous options in the same price range and ultimately settled on Aren Suites.
The hotel is exceptionally clean – truly spotless. Housekeeping service was thorough every day, not just emptying bins and changing towels. Shampoo, shower gel, and soap were replenished daily in the room,...
Centrally located, just five minutes away from The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia.
Breakfast is served on the Hotel terrace which has beautiful views of the city and the sea.
Very friendly and efficient staff, who make sure that you are always taken care of. Special thanks to the gentlemen at the reception- Mr Izzet, Mr Ismail, Mr Selim and Mr Mehmet; more special thanks go to the ladies who took care...
Amazing hotel, great location
I came to Istanbul to attend a wedding and stayed here with my mother. The hotel was amazing, the staff were extremely helpful, always positive and their English was great! The room was clean. The hotel is extremely close to Beşiktaş central seaside(5 minute walking distance) as well as various transportation routes. I’d definitely recommend this hotel! Hope to stay here...
The staff was amazing and the rooms were spacious. Quiet area and they help provide transportation to and from airport. Highly recommend.
Beautiful and not located near anything

Hand held shower fixture was broken and fridge didnt work.
Wonderful hotel, convenient location, helpful staff. We liked everything very much. I recommend!
Excellent service. Super clean. Prime location in Besiktas but also very quite
They placed us on the first floor and everything else was great.
The guy at the front desk was very kind and laid back. I came here for a hair transplant, so I had bloody bandages on my head and he said some supportive words to me as he could probably tell I was a bit embarrassed. As for the hotel, its not the Ritz or anything fancy, but the rooms are very clean, big screen tv, good ac, and its in a quiet little area with a few food places 10-20 meters away. I...
Noticed this hotel while waiting for a friend at Şişhane metro, to go to Art İstanbul at Kasımpaşa.
Good location - close to Taksim, Golden Horn and public transport hubs.
I'm not sure if it's open as it looked as if restoration is ongoing and there was no one at the ground floor, including reception.
Location was terrific, close to metro. Up on hill with beautiful view from room and rooftop. staff are very friendly, kind and helpful. We had large room with two large beds. Sofa bed was extremely comfortable (we want to buy one!). Room clean and comfortable. We loved staying here and would return in a heartbeat.
Perfect (even deluxe with a hint of luxury) hotel for the minimal traveller on a budget. I was skepticL at first but this is a fine hotel with a terrace that has a greag view. Really enjoyed my stay here.
Ideal in the center of Istanbul. Everything is near. Book and you won't be mistaken. New hotel, nice furniture, comfortable bed, multifunctional shower, excellent air conditioning and a terrace with an incredibly beautiful view upstairs. Metro 10 meters, Galata Tower around the corner. You couldn't imagine better

We really wanted to love to this hotel as it’s in a great location close to attractions, restaurants etc for our four night stay however the first night our ceiling (Room 205) started leaking due to heavy rainfall and keeping us up all night with the dripping. It was brought up to the front desk, no action just throw down some more towels. Our last night it rained again - drip drip drip. We also weren...
Eunice was the best and all the front desk guys. The staff was excellent. Would stay there again
The area is perfect, located in old Istanbul where are the restaurants and shops are located within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Sadly they got flooded by the rain and there was a leak in my aunts room and it ended up leaking into her luggage. I do recommend this hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay in a nice spacious room with a balcony looking at the blue mosque and part of the sea. The hotel is in a great location for all the tourist attractions and many restaurants close by.
We disliked the breakfast. There was too many hot dishes.
they did have milk and oats and some fruit which we chose, but we gave the majority of it a miss.
Great location
Perfect location for exploring the old town but away from hustle and bustle. You have a bakery 2 mins walk called Evin that serves great breakfast and coffees. The apartments are clean, spacious and maintained. Any questions you can reach the team managing on Whatapp. Airport transfer very handy.
The room is great with complete facilities, location not far from the Sultanahmet area, only 10 minutes walk..
Excellent choice
The ideal accommodation for a few days in Istanbul. A quiet neighborhood just a few minutes' walk from the main sights, with a beautiful mosque right next door. The room was perfect and the staff were attentive and always smiling! We had a wonderful stay... thank you!
We booked here as we wanted a 2 rooms apartment- and it’s centrally located in Sultanahmet old town for a reasonable price. Check in was easy and the room was adequately equipped. Our package included bed and breakfast- so they served a simple breakfast menu in a sister apartment 2 mins walk away. Maisara was a great host, helped us to store luggage’s after check out and booked a taxi to the airport...
The hosts are friendly and helpful. The location (Al Fatih, not far from Aya Sofia Mosque) is quiet and calm. There are a few quite nice restaurants and shops in the area, which makes it comfortable.
I enjoyed my whole 8-day stay with my family here at Emirhan House. The host is hospitable, accommodative, informative, helpful and considerate. The staff are really polite, speak good English and easy to communicate with. House is clean and service is outstanding. Thank you.
We specifically booked a room with a balcony, but upon arrival, we were told our room was already taken. We had to ask about the price difference between what we paid for and what we got, and in the end, we couldn't resolve it; no one was willing to refund the difference on their own. We had to go to the administrator to get toilet paper. We asked for a kettle and were refused. The faucet in the bathroom...
The hotel was generally good, but there was excessive noise from the reception between 6 and 8 in the morning, which was a bit disturbing. Other than that, there were no problems.
The location is very good, and it's perfect for the price. If you're looking for a hotel just for a night's sleep, this is the perfect option.
The location is prime! Walking distance of cafes, restaurants and bars. The metro was close and easy to use for further trips. The staff is so kind - always opening doors, saying hello and had recommendations for any of our questions. We stayed on the top floor and it had a beautiful view. Only issue my husband had was the ceilings - if you are on the taller side, the rooms on this floor may not be...
We loved our little apartment! It was spacious and very clean- the elevator might be a bit small for a stroller but for us very sufficient. The hotel was clean. Me and my family lived great accommodation. Transportation is near. Location is very good.
It was great hotel experience. Hotel staff was so helpful. Rooms are clean. I am sure, I will visit next year.
The hotel is centrally located, about 5 minutes from Taksim Square. Unfortunately, our room didn't have a window. Furthermore, the smell of cigarettes smoked in other rooms wafts directly into your room through the bathroom vent. The breakfast selection is minimal.
Perfecttt
Everything is perfect , staff is so friendly.
Everything was great. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary equipment. A very nice facility within walking distance to all transportation locations.
