I stayed there a couple of times. It was a wonderful experience and Hakan is a great host. The room with the balcony is simply wonderful. The bathroom is very well equipes and very clean. I loved it!

Nice rooms, close to city centre and friendly staff.

I really enjoyed the breakfasts. Otherwise, it's a 3: the location (you have to climb up the mountain, the area isn't the prettiest, more like the outskirts). The staff is excellent. The shower is very old, the furniture is swollen, either from moisture or there was a flood... Overall, for 3,000 rubles, it's okay, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Between 10am-6pm u can’t get the taxi to the property door so if u have a luggage u have to carry it in very steep road. Area was closed to tourists area. Breakfast was ok. A very cute, beautifully decorated boutique hotel. Walking distance to all places to visit. Breakfast is served on the terrace. It was truly a hearty Turkish Breakfast. There is an incredible sea view from the terrace and the terrace is open until two in the morning. I think this was the biggest surprise of this hotel.

Apartement very spacious and convenient for a family of four. Location in theory is great uf not for the very steep stairs that one needs to climb when walking from the T1 metro station. Uber/taxi not an option as the roads in that precise part of beyogu are super narrow and one is at risk of remaining trapped for ages in the traffic

I booked room witn fully furnished balcony with Seaview but when I checked in I was given a room with no Seaview. It was very disappointing. Tl;Dr 3 Stars rooms. Helpful hostess We reserved the rooms through an online reservation website, but the website credit card payment failed while we were in the airport. I contacted the hostess & she confirmed the reservation for us. She also offered us airport delivery & received post packages for us. The location is close to many cafes, Galata Tower, Istiklal street & Taksin square

There were problems finding our booking and Bahar and her team bent over backwards and sorted everything out for us and made sure we were ok several times.

The property was amazing and clean and near from Glata tower with lots of coffee shops and dining. The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing. I would like to thank miss Bahar for her hospitality and for making my family feel so welcome. The personnel went over and beyond her job requirements in assisting us on our trip she was eager to assist us and answer all our inquiries.

Allegra Suites Galata is surely a comfortable place to stay in during the your holidays in Istanbul. We spent four days here that is a great strategic tourism point. The room was clean and the personal friendly. Suggested.

Friendly staff and green location

The hotel has just been taken over. Unfortunately, it doesn't even have a sign. There are two entrances, but one is from the fish restaurant with an elevator and the other is somewhere in between with stairs. And you don't have a key to enter, you have to call the attendant there. The cleanliness wasn't good either, there was hair in the shower, there were limescale marks on the taps, soap was leaking...

A really classy and wonderful experience. Fiko was super helpful and I had room service including shisha available from the restaurant downstairs, I really enjoyed the shisha in the jacuzzi. I would defo be staying there again the next time I visit istanbul!

We stayed for 6 nights. The hotel is located n a good central location. Be prepared to walk up steep steps. You need to be semi fit. The rooms have all of your needs. We did have a leaking shower, not to much of an inconvenience. The dunas and spare pillows are located under the lounge if you might be looking. Do not expect a high end establishment, but it ticked all the boxes.

It is an old, clean apartment in general, but smaller than we thought. It is cold, and we try to open the air con but give clod air instead of hot. We still find it good, and we enjoyed our stay. Around the corner there is a night club which is open on Saturdays till 4 am.

You get what you pay for. But I didn't sign up for this... I booked at a different hotel and they sent me here and they made me change rooms cause had my room booked for the next day... bathrooms are not clean and staff wants to book your taxis so they can make money out of everything they can

Had a great stay here. Room was very comfortable. Had great nights sleep. Much quieter than some areas of Istanbul. Muhammed the manager was a fantastic host. Always helpful and friendly. Sorted me with a ground floor room as I'd cycled into Istanbul and needed to be able to store my bike in the room.

It was in a great location. The hotel was very clean. Everyone was very attentive. If I ever go to Kadikoy again, I'll definitely stay at Park Sui. :)

We (a family of four) stayed in Kadikoy Park Suites for a night and it was a very comfortable stay. The location is ideal if you wish you catch the Marmaray to the European side, or to catch a YHT train to Konya early morning - which we had to.

The location and room cleanliness are average, not too bad. However, the corridors are very noisy, due to the Arab owner and staff.

We were given a room on the top floor, which was a great place with a view of the ocean. The bus stop from the airport was nearby, so it was easy to get around. The Blue Mosque was right nearby, which was great for sightseeing.

The bars in the neighborhood where the hotel is located stay open very late, until around 1:30 a.m. The soundproofing in the room is also very poor; even with the windows closed, you can still hear the noise from the street, making it impossible to sleep well.

The area is perfect, located in old Istanbul where are the restaurants and shops are located within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Sadly they got flooded by the rain and there was a leak in my aunts room and it ended up leaking into her luggage. I do recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay in a nice spacious room with a balcony looking at the blue mosque and part of the sea. The hotel is in a great location for all the tourist attractions and many restaurants close by. We disliked the breakfast. There was too many hot dishes. they did have milk and oats and some fruit which we chose, but we gave the majority of it a miss.
