A spacious, clean, and well-maintained property very close to Beşiktaş Şairler Park. The room was equipped with an oven, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, and complimentary coffee. We stayed during a cold period and had no heating issues. They were helpful with parking, as there was parking available in front of the property. The staff was absolutely friendly. Transportation is excellent, and the location is quite advantageous. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and cozy. There's a supermarket just 50 meters away on the right. Cafes and restaurants are also available nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel's location is quite inconvenient because wherever you wanted to go, you had to climb quite a long hill. The room was never made up, but the staff was very kind and helpful with anything. Try to avoid the tea!

The location of the residence was absolutely perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The person on reception Abdullah was very supportive and guided a lot for the trip. He provided 5 start service and very professional that made our stay very nice. Decent place for the price you pay. Apartment is clean and spacious. Management is helpful. We stayed in the ground floor/ basement suite which was good enough for a family of 6 adults and 2 children. However, the staircase is definitely dangerous for the kids. Location is central and neighbourhood is safe but streets are extremely narrow.

Although we couldn't stay in this residence as there was a problem In the booking and couldn't complete it but the guy there was very very very polite and helpful ( I am not sure of his name) he offered us another apartment in better place and bigger with special price.. And even he helped us to find another property to stay. The only thing that the way to reach this residence was not easy.

The big difference for being rated 5star is Mr Abdullah the care taker staff. He is tremendous in caring and giuding guests. Its aFamily residence and provided with all facilities.

I question the integrity of some of the really negative reviews. My room is cleaner, comfortable and the internet is fast which is a miracle in Turkey. The staff have been polite and it’s in a great location. It’s noisy at night, but not excessively so.

Excellent location, only a few minutes walk from sultanahmet. Easy access to Istanbul via trams. Comfortable rooms, amazing view from top level. Be aware there are no lifts though. It is located in a good location, it is a clean hotel, the bad side is that it is very noisy at night, if you want to relax it is almost impossible :( When you go to the hotel after shopping, there should be a quiet environment, but it really wasn't here. Also, the wifi is very bad, it almost didn't work.

We stayed at the hotel in October 2025. The room was large and in decent condition. The main drawback is the street noise at night. It feels like you're sleeping with the windows open on a busy street. The hotel needs to replace the windows with new ones that fit tightly. The uncomfortable spring mattress also needs to be replaced. Breakfast seems plentiful if you're used to salads, vegetables, pickles...

Location of the apartment was very nice and made it easy to walk around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but the only issue was that the bathroom door wouldn’t close due to misalignment and always stayed open, which caused some discomfort when using the toilet. I love this location, I'm getting a king room with a Bosphorus view. There are a few quirks about the room, but it's Türkiye and for the price, everything is very good. I'm also happy that it's clean.

It is not an appart. It doesnt jave kirchen. The cleanings is not great. They come every 2 or 3 days to take a look at your apartment. Somwtimes you have to go pick up toilet paper to the reception and not always is somwone there. Besides that, location is great, bed is OK and warm water and pretty good instalations

Close enough to public transport, 15 minutes into Salamanheet tram stop where all the main attractions are. Service was amazing. Clean room, recieved an additional blanket when requested. Helped with delivering our luggage late in the evening when the air travel company lost our luggage. Let us check in early. Will be staying again if we're next in Istanbul.
