Best service, best location 10/10 The hotel was up to my expectation in terms of the location, comfort , safety and being taken care of by the amazing customer service staff Mr. Valat and Mr shafaq are the best

A good hotel for an affordable price and with very pleasant staff and service.

We had to ask a couple of times for a kettle and a hairdryer, but eventually we got them and everything else was provided

Cons: The main thing is that the Wi-Fi practically doesn't work, neither in the room nor at the reception. Old plumbing - the shower head constantly flew out of the hose. Very old furniture, the hotel as a whole is tired

We stayed for 3 nights, there was no cleaning even once. There is a coffee machine and a mini bar in the room - everything for extra money, including coffee capsules. Overall, it's okay for one or two nights

Fine. Ok room. Flickering light. Bathroom door malfunctioning. Handle on the minibar broken. No cleaning for 4 nights. Good ac, friendly staff. Good location. Cheap. Pretty clean room overall.

I am first time in Turkey and it is just a dream. Service perfect when you need which of course takes few minutes but quickly goes. The staff very very nice and very pleasant

The hotel has a superior geographical location, surrounded by the sea, and convenient for food, clothing, housing and transportation.

When we reached to hotel, he gave us warm welcome and he told us about the city, where to go, what to do etc. Things to be careful also, was very efficient. The rooms very capacious and with sea view of Bosporus

Before we arrive, the hotel manager, Mr Mahmet organized our back and forth transfer and it was all great in the hustle and bustle of Istanbul airport

Me and my friends, we were group of 7, we booked our rooms at Manesol Hotel and we were quite hapy during our stay of 4 nights in Istanbul

Also room was quite warm (needed AC even though outside it was chilly) and the bathroom was a bit smelly (from time to time)

It can be noisy. Also I can smell the smoke in the room coming from the coming area.

A lovely little hotel right by the harbour and close to everything. I stayed for a week and would definitely return. My room was clean and neat, bed comfortable, minibar, WiFi perfect

The hotel's location is pretty good, within a 15-minute walk to attractions in the old town. It's also just a 3-minute walk from the hotel where the 007 movie was filmed

Booked a room here for family and they enjoyed their stay. Walking distance to attractions such as Galata bridge, Hagia Sophia and Grand Bazaar

Walking up the road to the hotel after a whole day walking was a little hard for the kid, but playing with the cats in front of the hotel made up for it. Breakfast options were minimal for them

On a positive note, the location was excellent, close to restaurants, shopping areas, and public transport, yet still very quiet at night

Breakfast was good, mostly fresh Turkish-style dishes with a few international options, and there was slight variation each morning

When I raised this issue, the only suggestion offered was to open the windows to air it out

Mangana Konak Hotel Was perfect - ocean view terrace, very friendly and helpful staff, a nice walk to restaurants and cafes and to see The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and more

We almost stayed closer to The Blue Mosque but frankly we loved being by the ocean and prefer a clean yet no big frills place (budget friendly). We would definitely stay again

It was a wonderful experiance to stay at the Mangana Konak Hotel in Istanbul, just a few minutes by foot to Istanbuls main attractions! The Air conditioning in the hotel room was amazing in a hot country like Turkey

The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is comfortable and the location could not be better. It is in the very center of Istanbul just two minutes from Taksim square, but the neighbourhood is quiet

Stayed only 2 nights in Regency World hotel , location is very nice just 5mins walking to taksim Square, staff very friendly , very clean hotel ,most of rooms are tide only 5th floor rooms are big with balcony

didnt try the breakfast , but my friends tried and said fresh but with little variety. was conclusion it's a good choice for who seek a low price option but with accepted quality

The rooms are nice and clean with good air con and they get cleaned every day. In terms of price to quality service ratio it's one of the best choices in the city really. The staff are very helpful and friendly

They helped out with my mother's birthday surprise such as getting us a free cake and managing the flower delivery we had booked to the hotel. They really seemed to prioritise our experience and that was great

What I liked most was that I arrived at the hotel at 12:00pm, and check-in is usually at 2:00pm. But they immediately gave me a room, which was very nice, since I arrived very tired from the airport

Small Othmani palace having great seaside restaurants offering good food. Clean, quite and neat place

Posh suites with ornate decor feature free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and minibars, as well as hot tubs, and living rooms with sofas. Upgraded suites add scenic views, dining tables and/or kitchenettes

The staff at the hotel treat you like family, nothing is too much trouble. The whole staff go out of their way to make you comfortable and the food is beautiful. Try the breakfast it’s excellent value for money

The hotel is a two minute walk to the beach. Perfect location perfect food and perfect hotel. I would happily recommend and will be returning later this year

You also have to choose between a room with sea view but also traffic noise or a noise without sea view but train noise. It’s a very decent hotel for the price and was recently remodeled so it looks brand new

I stayed here for two weeks almost. Staff are amazingly very friendly. The location is by the sea which is very nice for walks to unwind and set your mind free

One thing to note is that on weekends, there’s sometimes a party upstairs, which can cause a bit of noise. However, it wasn’t a major issue for me, and the overall experience was definitely worth it

They solved some of the problems for tours, plane tickets and airport transfers excellently. The rooms and bathrooms are super clean and we are really a stone's throw from the historic center

I’d recommend taking the m11 to the m2, then either to the t1 at the university, or t6 at the end of the line (yenikapı) — t1 requires a bit of a walk and the train is crowded but the train comes every few minutes

We stayed for 4 days for a mini holiday at the end of April. The hotel is small, but lacks nothing. Aziz and his collaborators were very kind and generous with attention

Neighborhood: - it’s very touristy - you could have guessed that; but this means that each restaurant and storefront will try to hustle you inside. Honestly it’s like this for a mile or two in any direction

None of this would keep me from booking again but I know some might want this information before booking. The directions from the airport that Google gives you kinda suck if you’ve never been to Turkey before

Shower backed up, and we had to run the water for a while before we had warm water 2. The t6 train passed by every 15-25 minutes, quite loudly and the mosque does call to prayer 5 times a day

The location is fantastic, being close to the sea and conveniently located near the LRT station

Great location, very helpful staff. Helped me with my luggage a lot. Not the most quiet place though. The window needs some fixing so less sounds will come to the room. The bed is extremely narrow.

There was a beautiful balcony with sea view where I worked there over one night with my laptop while drinking tea

The hotel has the best location in Kadikoy. The rooms are large. The sea view is wonderful. Breakfast is available on the terrace floor. It is a complete family hotel. I recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic views of sea from the room 5th floor clean and comfort room and location is at best just right next to the ferry and havaist bus stop if u came from the SAW airport very easy excess to the asia side to eurpoe side as well by ferry to sultan ahmet

It is a rather tired hotel in that decor is old. Would be good to get a good refresh or upgrade. However comfortable and clean and good service. Great views if you on the sea view side

Kadıköy Rıhtım Otel offers comfortable rooms with beautiful Bosphorus views. Guests appreciate the friendly staff, convenient location near transportation, and decent breakfast

I paid over £200 for 3 nights and think that's way too expensive for room only without breakfast considering it's on the Asian side, plus the hotel is dated

The right name of this hotel is park star hotel. When you want to reach to the hotel it may confuse you! They have multi language person in reception for example he could speak persian

It is easy walking distance to Galata Tower and a reasonable walk (1hr) to the old town, as well as being only 10 minutes walk from one of the main ferry ports. The location is perfect and makes this hotel a steal

Waterfront restaurant has some decent Turkish breakfast and great for wine and dine at sunset. Special pier for quick access to European side made our two days stay very effective despite the Bosphorus Bridge traffic

The Sumahan is a wonderful spot right at the Bosporus. Wonderful rooms and super friendly staff. I can recommend this space 100% and I will definitely come back again. Also the neighborhood is nice to walk around

We even had the honor and fortune of meeting the owners, who fully represent the hotel's kindness and hospitality and who took the time to explain to us how they managed to convert a house under monumental protection into this architectural piece of art

Because the Sumahan is a boutique hotel, interactions with the staff were much more intimate and personable than a large hotel complex could offer
