The hotel itself is nice. It is not too big and has a small wellness area with Sauna, Hamam, steam bath and pool. Be aware to bring a swim hat when you want to use the pool. Hotel is centrally located near old town key tourist areas and metro station. The breakfast was very good. The room is well equipped and bed was comfortable. The only reason it got average rating is because the room was super hot (early April), and very dark (one small window). Even though we opened the window on a cool night, the room stayed hot.

The location is great, really close to Taksim Square, and there's a grocery store right next door with plenty of other supermarkets nearby. The twin room was quite spacious, with windows that open and let in a lot of light. Plus, you get a sea view! I've stayed here at least ten times. Highly recommend it!

Stayed at this hotel through the Turkish Airways free-night stay program. Hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. The spa and pool were beautiful although we did not have time to visit. However, the rooms lacked the amenities ordinarily found in a 4* hotel (and this hotel labels itself as 5*.)
