Great hotel. Clean and tidy rooms, incredible breakfast. Reasonable price. Only downside is that it’s about an hour’s drive to the city centre where all the major attractions are, so keep that in mind.

The Spa was so bad , very old. Hamam wasn’t working, sauna door was stuck. Showers not clean, dark unpleasant atmosphere. Room was poor as well , lot of ticking noise during night time. Something to do with electricity. Bathroom was smelly from smoking . Breakfast was very poor and location is not interesting at all, but that was not a problem. For 5 star you expect something more than this standard

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — especially Zeinab, who was always smiling and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. The location was nice. Hotels were average. Some rooms without a shower just tub with hand shower otherwise beds comfortable. Bathrooms without shower and bathroom were good. We had two rooms based on Turkish airlines business class stopover program. The staff was amazing, attentive and kind. Especially Emre! He treated us like family and was so sweet. Very close to the airport shuttle bus stop, which was the main reason I chose it. The breakfast was plentiful, but there were quite a lot of people.

Close to the Metro on the Asian side. Only 500 m away it’s the largest bookshop of Istanbul. Don’t miss that. 

Clean, 2 nice pools, exceptional service, delicious breakfast buffet, safe underground parking. We had a few special requests upon check in and they helped us be as comfortable as possible. We were even upgraded to sea view rooms. Such a nice surprise when we walked in. We would come back if we are in Istanbul again.

Lovely hotel for a few days in istanbul. Good location, hygienic, lovely rooms and we enjoyed the pool which was the perfect temperature. Breakfast was very nice and staff were pleasant. The only strange thing which was an inconvenience was there were no hooks in the bathroom or room to hang our things and towels.

Rooms are hollow and you can here everything that is out in the corridor which can be hard to get a decent sleep . Breakfast is poor both quality and selection. Not worth paying for . The rooms are really soundproofed, price performance is good. The air is very pleasant with the old carpet on the floors but it could be cleaner.

Staff members were welcoming and respectful. Towels were changed everyday and beds make. However, on arrival we could smell cigarette smoke in the room for hours. So we were forced to open the windows for hours. The room was never hoovered until the 4th day.
