great location and value for money

Staff were very courteous and the room was clean and spacious enough for two. Not very many food options on site but in walking distance to a lot of options. Keep in mind that the standard room does not have a window. I did have to pay extra for a room with a window during check-in.

Honestly, the hotel, the location, and everything was very nice. The staff were also very friendly and I highly recommend it. If I get the chance again, I will visit this hotel again. I would like to thank the staff, Basha, and Mustafa, for their kind treatment.

Great location and very welcoming staff. The rooftop pool was smaller than it appeared in the photos, but it offered magnificent views. My room, unfortunately, overlooked air conditioning units, but it was still perfectly fine. Breakfast was excellent.

The property is on the boundary line of polished touristic region and real Turkey. You can experience both. Located in old Constantinople and close to many attractions. Area is safe. Streets toward Bosphorus provide good local food.

The room service and hygiene are really poor, and the standards are inconsistent. Judging by the room rates across all four seasons, it's really not worth it. The only advantage is the location!

Rooms are very small, dirty, very old, I found mold at some corners, small black worms at the shower, bug on the bed, stain on towels and sheets, when I told the housekeeper she replied rudely that it is not their problem! I hope they fix their issues so as to avoid disappointing other tourists. Staff never have any courtesy towards tourists.

We had a very good stay. The front desk staff were very helpful, and I want to thank Yusuf specifically for his help. Also the staff at the gym/pool both were fantastic, the had a very warm attitude and were very helpful. Also the beds were super comfortable. Only negative feedback is about the kitchen staff, who were not very helpful.
