In winter, both the restaurant and reception area are cold. The air conditioning in the room kept us warm. We booked a room with dinner included, and the hotel website said dinner was served until 9:30 PM. However, when we arrived at 8:20 PM, dinner was already over. It turned out that the restaurant's hours are different in winter, and it's open until 8:00 PM. It's a shame that trip.com doesn't list...

My boyfriend and I recently visited this hotel in alanya. After reading the reviews we were skeptical but we always take reviews with a pinch of salt... We stayed for 10 days and it was absolutely fantastic. It was excellent value for money, we spent 500 pounds each for flights transfer and all inclusive so we weren't expecting the Ritz but it was perfect for what we needed/expected out of our holiday...

We’re absolutely delighted by the service we have received on our stay, especially from a receptionist who’s name I didn’t get but he went above and beyond for us, took us places and showed us every aspect of the area we were staying in and he even took us to the airport when our transfer company stood us up.
