We were disappointed in the quality of the room. It was very small and seemed run down. It seems like it had not been updated in a while. Overall, it was not what we expected for a "4 star" hotel at that price point.

The room was spacious and the facilities were decent. The surroundings were beautiful, and the breakfast was very generous. Harrods and Hyde Park are both nearby.

This hotel is fantastic! The location is great, with easy access to transportation. For England, it offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. The hotel was quite busy, which just shows how popular it is. I really enjoyed my stay.

The room was a bit old, but all the facilities were complete, and getting around was super convenient, with easy access to the subway and buses.

We requested slippers via phone, the front desk says they will deliver one, but turns out they didn’t, they we tried to call again and throughout the night no one took the call at all. Also the shower gel and shampoo were empty and again we couldnt seek help.

The carpet doesnt look clean thats why we were so desperate for slippers and shower gel etc,

Hugely disappointed, our 60 yrs old senior has no slippers and have to shower with hand wash gel!

As a paying customer, I was appalled by the general attitude of one or two employees which includes that of the manager. Closing soon or not, I am seated to enjoy a dining experience and when I forward a question as simple as do you recommend anything special, I don’t expect a silly/arrogant answer along the lines of how about you choose what you like it’s easier!!
Two stars is an understatement from a once happy customer

Signor Sassi is a classic in this part of London, a favourite of the famous and celebrities. But besides the fact that it can be very difficult to get a table, the key fact is THE FOOD IS AMAZING!
Very friendly service.
Difficult to chose, but my current favourite is the Risotto Sassi.

Absolutely incredible. Been to many indian restaurants but Amaya was truly unique. The food, cocktails and overall service were just amazing. Lemon sole, crab cakes, chilli lamb, chicken cutlet, venison kebabs were delish! Not to forget the korma which was really tasty. Wonderful experience! Highly highly recommended if you're looking for indian with a twist.

Bit over rated to be honest. Food tasted good but I don't think 2peices of meat should cost me the same it would cost a main course in other places

To enjoy time with family and / or friends there is nothing better than Amaya which not only offers a spectacular view but excellent varied food.

After paying a hefty per head price, we where completely shocked we where asked to vacate the table early whilst we where talking over coffee, something we would only expect from a greasy spoon establishment and then to include a service charge...... what service?..... I would recommend you avoid it, unless you are one of those vain people who likes to say they went there...... come on Amaya - if you had great service is the past, well go back to that model and not try to maximize the per table income.... no wonder all the staff looked miserable if that's the culture they are working in.....
