Great hotel well located but without a wow. The rooms need already some improvements in the shower have some molds.

I had such a phenomenal experience staying there! The staff was absolutely so kind, especially Shanika! She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and amazing time there! I would definitely give her a promotion if I was part of the leadership there because she is definitely someone who is at the heart of ensuring the hotel runs well

But our check-in was delayed by half hour and when we got into the room there was no hand soap and trash and enough towels

The room was clean and the king mattress was great and we slept better here than in any Hampton Inn, HGI, etc which have huge welts in their mattresses. Even the AC was smooth and calming

We booked a room at the Hotel Continental because of its proximity to the beach and its affordability compared to most of the Hilton properties south of 40th Street in Miami Beach

We used the hotel-provided, free beach chairs and towels each day and parked them close to the water’s edge, in front of the encampments from the neighboring Cadillac and Andaz hotels

We knew what we were in for in terms of amenities and room size, but were not at all disappointed

Leo checked us in and was very personable during our stay. He had a great attitude about him. Katy was very sweet and conversational with my wife and me

This is a fantastic hotel! Came for a girls Miami trip. Right on the beach, great pool. Walking to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and checked to make sure everything was ok with our stay

The Sagamore was very luxe and relaxing oasis in Miami Beach. The room was modern, spacious with cozy beds. Loved the chill lobby, with art gallery, heated pool and beach staff was top notch

The rooms were spacious and the daily service was great. We spent a lot of time at the pool, went to the beach, and two of us went parasailing

The location is superb. It has its own pool, right on the beach. Unfortunately, the staff is indifferent. They're completely uninterested in clients' birthdays. Otherwise, everything is fine.

If possible Mercedes would have taken the light fixture home. The service has been outstanding, I could not recommend it more highly. Even Delry was superb and could not have been better

The location is perfect either way and Italian and Spanish bakery across the street. It is also close to drive and check out South Beach action. We would definitely return to this hotel

I booked the superior queen room and it was tiny the orange wall made the room even smaller. There was no wardrobe or dressing table. No free water or robes only towels.

Staff very happy, room was big plenty of space, roof top pool, if you want to save money you can bring you’re own drink up 👍 location is perfect. Plenty to do. Walking distance for everything in Miami south beach 🏖️

The location is perfect, 5 mins away from the beach, the staff is extremely nice and helpful, the bed, the pillows and the bed linen are super comfy

You should be ready to sleep with the earplugs in, as the Collins avenue is noisy and there is a night club next door

Excellent location but the parking situation is ridiculous. $40 a day for parking.

Unfortunately, I didn't use the pool because I was short on time, but there were people who lingered in the pool even in the late afternoon

I had an amazing stay at Pestana South Beach. The hotel has a great atmosphere and the location is perfect for enjoying the beach and exploring Miami Beach. The rooms were comfortable and everything was kept very clean

I want to give a special shout-out to Daniela, the front desk manager, who went above and beyond during my stay. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared that I had a great experience

As soon as I arrived, there were three people at the reception who informed me about the stay and the services, etc. / A welcome service is set up at the reception

What really made the difference was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile

If your budget allows it aim higher, but if not, the view from the pool is the ocean and the famous beach. You probably won't find toilet paper or towels in the bathroom so come prepared

This hotel in South Beach is my happy place! Rooftop pool with a bar, adjoining Mexican restaurant that delivers w/ great staff, clean rooms, cocktails at check in

It was located within walking distance to South Beach and everything you could think of but it was still quiet at night so you can sleep. The pool area was beautiful and the food was delicious

Absolutely beautiful room, and even more amazing staff. The staff was very accommodating to any needs and were so kind and helpful. Location was perfect a quick 5 minute walk to the beach

What else can a person ask for? We reserved one of the Two-story rooftop rooms and it was wonderful. Don’t miss the street-facing porch, a great spot for people watching

It was just a quick overnight stay I would like to mention the beds was very very soft and so our backs hurt in the morning

The Victor Hotel is in a great location, right next to a lively street full of restaurants and bars. However, the area can be quite hectic, with pushy vendors trying to get you into their restaurants

Its modern, stylish rooms often feature ocean views, plush bedding, and sleek décor, creating a relaxing atmosphere. pool overlooking the beach, and the easy beach access

That said, the hotel itself feels a bit tired and in need of some care, especially around the small pool area, which could use a bit of TLC

They serve you drinks and pool side snacks from the bar downstairs. We spent most of our days laying by the pool. , but the hotel does offer free beach chairs

The hotel is great, close to everything on the hillside. Only the parking in the area is expensive, but there are cheaper options a few minutes' walk away.

The rooftop pool was fun, as was the terrace room we had with its spiral staircase up to the private sunbathing area and hot tub

I am a single female and the hotel felt safe. There are plenty of restaurants onsite including a cute cafe for breakfast. I like the room layout and the room amenities especially the body products

The pick of the litter, I wouldn’t stay at another property ever, the Hilton Bentley is the most hospitable hotel on south beach, Ms Debbie, Orlando and the whole entire staff makes you feel at home, the rooms are immaculate and the food is delicious

We loved the location. Our room was comfortable with a large bathroom and all areas were clean. We used both restaurants which were excellent. The hotel had a nice pool area. All staff were friendly and efficient.

I wish it had a shuttle from the airport - parking is expensive and Uber charges a crazy amount,. We rented a car, but didn't need to. Everything was very convenient. The suite was amazing! Loved it

You can also walk to South Point in minutes. The club has a lifeguard, so you can feel safe in the water. The Bentley Beach Clubs offer great service and a great place to spend your leisure time

The only negative is the outdoor grill food (which you will be eating if you order pool or beachside) is mediocre in taste and grossly overpriced

The staff and service is next to none; they are fantastic and make the experience. The construction noise around the pool area is extremely annoying and is the antithesis of relaxing

This property goes above and beyond, with great service and amenities. If the bar is Four Seasons or Ritz, this property is honestly better. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time in Miami.

The atmosphere, service, and food was impeccable. The price was a bit higher than what I’m used to, but also not local to Miami. The food was 5* quality, and the drinks were flowing nonstop during their Saturday brunch

There is so much to offer here. They have two great restaurants and a beautiful open outdoor pool area. The staff is very professional and always friendly and helpful

The rooms a very nice and the beds are solid construction bunks with privacy and a little bedside with a place to charge your phone. They have a place to wash clothes

IMy stay was in the 4 bed room (women only). The room was a bit tiny but clean. The only thing that bothered me was the noisy air conditioner.

The bathroom is well decorated, but the room lacks furniture, no tables or chairs, and no sofas, which is a bit unacceptable as a terrace room. I could only move two chairs from the terrace to put clothes.

The others host breakfast, happy hour and a full service restaurant. The hotel is classy, updated, and everything is in working order. The pool is always clean, relaxing, and is fully stocked with chairs and towels

And there is no bottom guide to prevent water from spilling into the tub, but we used a towel which helped prevent the water from spreading. They also have a terrace which is nice to relax on after the pool

They have a waterfall shower with a handheld shower head, but you can't stop the water from falling. So it was weird for me because I don't like getting my hair wet all the time

1. The sound insulation effect of the house is too poor 2. There is no breakfast for a room that costs 3,000 a night. You need to order it a la carte, which is very bad.

Found a good deal here when I visited Miami Beach. It’s been a while but I want to say I snagged it for just over $100/night. The location is excellent and very walkable to everything you’d reasonably want to walk to

We tried to eat leftovers in the lobby but weren’t allowed to bc the entire lobby and front and back patio apparently belong to the restaurant. So we were told we can eat in our room or on the rooftop

I didn't even take a picture of the hotel. Now let me tell you, this is similar to a three-star small hotel. The lobby and hotel appearance look a bit exquisite, but the room is very damp and has a strong musty smell

Very suitable for lying down, but please don't refer to all platforms when booking room types. I saw the room pictures on Ctrip before and thought that the highest-level room type that can be booked is a sea view room

After booking it, I was told that it was not a sea view room when I checked in. The room is clean and hygienic, and the extra breakfast is OK

Went to see depeche mode for a show. Booked this hotel kinda last minute. My husband and I feel in love with the place we can't wait to visit again. The roof top pool and poolside bar were my fave

Thank you for the free daily towels and beach chairs!!! One recommendation would be to open up the pool bar next to the Tiffany's side of the rooftop. Its an amazing space for a potential dj and party atmosphere

I love the location because it’s out of the bustle of uptown but still close to many beautiful sites. I cannot wait to spend another 3 days there in December. The Grand rooms are incredibly spacious and well appointed

I didn’t like the fact that the restaurant they have there gave us food that was not ordered and then they changed us for it they made it seem like it was complementary

There were small problems like the central air which kept the room very cold, the gas stove which needed to be connected and the Jacuzzi outdoor pool which was under repair. The room problems were resolved quickly

The restaurant had excellent food but don’t know how they manage as saw few customers. Don’t know how longer they will exist but must say my wife and I did enjoy our three day stay overall

The hotel is one of many small hotels that are dying out. It is surrounded by highrises that are built or are being built. The staff try very hard to help the guests

The room was nice and the facilities were clean. The only downside was the noise, even with the windows closed it was still quite noisy. Also, the swimming pool was too small...

A wonderful hotel, which is located next to Lincoln Road, very close to the beach, where sun loungers and an umbrella are provided free of charge, delicious breakfast and very friendly staff

There is an exclusive area on the beach, which is of course not comparable to hotels directly on the beach, but the price/performance ratio is still very high

Clean and inexpensive hotel, no deposit required, 200 m from the ocean, all infrastructure is developed nearby.

Next to Lincoln Road, the intersection in front is Miami Beach, which is very convenient.
