Their pool and beach are beautiful! Ocean view is so worth it! The elevators aren't the greatest. So as long as your staying for pleasure, def check it out

This hotel is so beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms are so clean, the food is delicious, the chef is amazing, best key lime pie ever, the location with access to the paved boardwalk and beach is unbelievable, the entire staff is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to make my first visit to Miami Beach a memorable one

This is one of my favourite hotels in Miami and I have stayed here before. The location is excellent; beach is clean and the amenities are great. The staff is also terrific at the front desk and beach/pool area

The front desk clerk was mostly hospitable. Excellent and pleasant service from Caroline. It’s a a celebration for my nephews birthday . Caroline made this visit memorable! Thanks for all your great work Caroline.

Even though our reservation via a 3rd party website was not in the system, she made the check-in process easy and seamless. Sophie was the silver lining we needed in an otherwise bleak day

After a long travel day, that included a delayed flight and a 1AM arrival at the grand beach hotel, Sophie greeted us with a warm and gracious welcome

I found they did a poor job cleaning, did not replace items that were taken out of the room (ie bathrobe taken and never replaced, soaps and tissues/toilet paper not provided after housekeeping service came and left) and attempting to call housekeeping was also non effective

After complaining to the front desk the housekeeping service improved slightly, but I found their cleanliness was lacking and some items were still not replaced

The hotel was nice, besides a few issues. The guy at the pool acted like giving out a towel was coming from his personal home. He was rude and gave a dirty look every time we asked for one

He gave a speech about how we have to bring it right back to him. Ok, we don’t want to keep your towels. I don’t need an attitude everyday when I need a towel. Find someone friendlier for that booth

Second, you have so many cabanas taking up space at the pool there’s never any seats to lay on at the pool on the sun. No one wants to be covered by the cabanas

And last the valet, if I’m paying over 50$ a day for you to take my car and park it, I expect it to not have a dead battery in the morning, a door was left open or a light was left on and your telling me not one person noticed it all night or next day to turn it off so it didn’t kill my battery? We had To have AAA come and replace the battery for 275$

Parking only a few minutes away in Allison Park. Spent only about $6-8/day for parking there. Highly recommend this hotel! We will definitely be back

Hotel location is good. Overnight parking was listed as $25 per night. It was turned out to be wrong. Only valet service at $52 per night was offered. The rooms are small and king size bed looks small.

The room for 4 people was a room for 2 with 2 beds. No space. It did not have a refrigerator, you had to request it at reception as they did not have enough for all the rooms.

Very close to the beach, the sanitation is OK. The front desk is very friendly

The TV didn't work for the entirety of our stay, supposedly in the whole hotel, and staff communication on the issue was poor. No other businesses in the area seemed to be having similar issues

Pam was very helpful especially when we had to leave our luggage. Also offer sun loungers on beach with beach towels. Bar staff very friendly free cocktail on arrival. Would highly recommend a visit

Managers were so very kind and welcoming. Child friendly too! There were outdoor places to eat breakfast (included) and places to play outdoor such as outdoor games, pool, beach area and more

You are charged a $25 per day resort fee which covers towels, two chairs at the beach, use of bikes and transportation to the beach

Very spacious with a balcony l )(junior suite ) The welcome and goodbye cocktail is a nice touch. This location is very close to the beach, ocean drive and major attractions for that area

Omg! If I could give more stars I would! I traveled alone with 2 small kids. They gave me a handicap room due to all the luggage I had. We had Starbucks coffee in the morning in the room

Will be definitely our Winter destination. People who made this hotel has lots of imagination! The room was 30 square meter big but it is well designed and has many facilities. Most of time, I spent it by the pool

Our poolside bungalow was perfect. Clean with everything pure white. down to the Carrera marble in the bathroom. always asking if you needed anything and always happy to get it for you

We enjoyed this hotel; it had a cool patio and pool area. At first we got a room that was not cooling down but the hotel staff made it right and upgraded us to a bigger, cooler room

While the hotel might not have the reputation of years past as the "it" place to be, it's still a great hotel in a wonderful location with fun pool and atmosphere

The pool was my favorite part, make sure to get there early or the beds become all taken up. I would consider it a family friendly pool environment - not the trendy nightclub scene like next door

We didn't have time to use the pool, but can confirm that the area outside was gorgeous and led straight to the beach. This area will cost you $30 a day even if you don't want to use it

We stayed here for the first time last weekend and cannot wait to come back. The location is unbeatable as a beachfront hotel with immediate beach access

An underrated gem with an incredible breakfast! I recently stayed at the Nautilus Sonesta (booked via Chase Rewards) and was thoroughly impressed. It is a true underrated gem in South Beach

The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Anto, who made everything easy and made me feel really welcome. I’d definitely recommend this hostel and would stay here again!

So many Spanish guests! This hotel is owned by Spanish people. The location is great, but there's no breakfast. At night, there's a pub or something next door, and the 'thump-thump' beat accompanied me to sleep

It was so nice to stay in here. Location was perfect cuz it is near by beach. So it was easy to get to sea :) And also staffs r so friendly n kind. Especially Jazmin&Juani were so nice to me

The staff was very friendly and attentive. My room was large enough for two people. The bathroom sink was a little dated, but as long as there was hot water, I didn't care

I can say they also made my wonderful vacation :) One of convenience thing is water is always in the lobby. Also they have coffee n tea in the lobby every morning

It would be great if there was a larger water dispenser in the lobby on the first floor; heating water up each time takes a long time and is very inconvenient

The pool staff were extremely good sports and wore the bunny ears for a short time. I really felt right at home and they treated me extra special on my special day

Decently clean. Pool was nice and warm to be comfortable for winter weather. Beds are on the stuff side and they’re double instead of queen size.

We stayed in one of the penthouse rooms with ocean view?It's to die for. Room was clean and modern enough us. The hallways smelled awesome (I know it's weird. I noticed this but some places smell musky)

The only problem I will say is we constantly had issues with our key cards not working and had to go to front desk multiple times to get new cards

Everything about it, design, staff, service, bars, restaurants, are right up there. There are only a small percentage of hotels in the world have this quality. Do your self a favour and make reservation

True 5-Star Experience at Faena Our stay at Faena was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was impeccable—attentive, accommodating, and always a step ahead

One of the workers in the front explained everything upon arrival showed us everything in the hotel and gave us some champagne and a big bottle of san pelegrino when I told him I wasn’t drinking

The food was consistently exquisite and delicious, whether we were dining in the restaurant or enjoying a cold coconut by the beach. One of the highlights was the exceptional beach service

My daughter and I spent a long weekend at Faena Miami. We loved our stay and were glad we choosed Faena over many other places. The hotel is beautiful and the service is phenomenal

The Housekeeper lady Cesia was extreamly nice even left us some extra chocolates as a gratuity when she learned that it was our anniversary

Very good location and decoration. They kicked us out of the pool at 3 PM for a private event and they did not compensate us at all. The rest was very good.

I stayed here after a cruise to get some R&R and it didn’t disappoint. My sister in law and I got in at 9am before our room was ready and we were able to store our luggage, change into swim suits, and enjoy the pools

First, the pros: the outside pool area is gorgeous and very relaxing (minus the construction noises next door), the breakfast and lunch food is delicious (we didn’t try dinner), the rooms are comfortable and a good size

Only downside was that we couldn’t get back into the pool area after going to the beach bc we didn’t have a keycard and the beach was littered with seaweed. We got an upgraded suite around noon

The service at the pool, beach, and breakfast were okay, but they weren’t nearly as attentive or friendly as they were the last time we were here

Had a wonderful stay at Esme! The rooftop is amazing, the room was very clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone  staying in South Beach. Also it was in a fabulous location- easy access to beach and shopping streets

Amazing experience at this hotel! Rooms were small but elegant in an old money sort of way. Bed was made daily and an in-room espresso machine made for a relaxing morning

Spent the afternoon here on a weekday with some friends to enjoy the rooftop (which is not just open to hotel guests). We thought we had seen that they have a happy hour but turns out they didn't (at least that day/time)

The views are phenomenal, the rooftop setup is great and complete with lounge chairs, cabanas, and more, all up for grabs. The bartender, Eduardo, was super friendly and attentive

The pool is on the roof top and also the hotel has lounge chairs on the beach which was a short walk from the hotel. The restaurant down stairs was always full which was a good sign

You have to pay almost $40 resort fee per day and for this there is a a small gym and small pool on the fourth floor and you get to use a beach lounger although we visited on a very windy day so couldn’t use these

The hotel is relatively clean! The location is very good, 2-3 minutes to the beach, with a private beach, nice environment! The service attitude is also very good! I recommend staying here if you come to South Beach!

We stayed in room 211, the layout was good. The bath was in the back of the room and we had space for our luggage and to use the desk. They had a great coffee maker with real creamer and Splenda

The coffee was good quality coffee and the little bar down stairs was always open and someone helpful was available

We loved our stay at the Betsy. It’s a beautiful hotel that offers a respite from the louder locations along Ocean Drive. Beach across the street with plenty of chaises that are not on top of each other

It’s a very quaint hotel and tons of restaurants to walk to and if you want to do some shopping, it’s only about 10 minute walk away

This is a 15 min walk to Ocean Blvd & Lincoln Ave, and an even closer walk to the main beach with a buggy to drive you when you need. Wifi, TV, shower all worked great and the pool was very clean

Has an onsite restaurant (seafood with a few other choices) that is open reasonably late so a weary, hungry traveler who arrives late can get some food on site itself
