One downside …when we booked we specifically emailed the hotel to ensure we had a car parking space available …we were told this wouldn’t be a problem. But when we arrived around 10
Nice. Clean. Pool. Pool bar. Bar lounge area. Good buffet. Reasonably priced for oceanview. Walking distance to area bars restaurants shopping. Bi lingual
The room was great value for money. We have stayed in Miami several times & paid 3 times as much in other hotels for a smaller room. The staff on the whole were helpful & polite
The breakfast was great …plenty of choice & the dining room was spotless
So don’t assume because you ask you will get a parking spot. It’s a pity you can’t pre book a spot
The water: beach and swimming pool are wonderful! Staff in both areas were attentive and friendly
While not top of the notch, but it's clean, has private access to the beach. Staff is responsible. I would give it 3 stars although they branded as 4. Overall is good.
Great location right on the beach & board walk
Excellent location, umbrella and two sunbeds available on the beach, immediate access to the beach
The hotel is in a great location with a swimming pool and a beach. Hotel residents can use parasols on the beach
The hotel is good, the location is good, larger windows and a balcony would be nice, but otherwise, no issues. The hotel charges a very high service fee, but they warn you about it upfront on the website
The location is very good, the room is relatively large, parking is convenient, and valet parking is not expensive, 45 dollars, the service is very good.
Everything about it, design, staff, service, bars, restaurants, are right up there. There are only a small percentage of hotels in the world have this quality. Do your self a favour and make reservation
One of the workers in the front explained everything upon arrival showed us everything in the hotel and gave us some champagne and a big bottle of san pelegrino when I told him I wasn’t drinking
This was a fantastic experience, the staff are so friendly and accommodating, they make you feel at home. I wish there were a 10-star option
The Housekeeper lady Cesia was extreamly nice even left us some extra chocolates as a gratuity when she learned that it was our anniversary
Amazing stay in the Faena Hotel Miami. Are suite was amazing had a wonderful view. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful
Lower quality room for Miami 5 star, but true to Faena
This hotel is so beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms are so clean, the food is delicious, the chef is amazing, best key lime pie ever, the location with access to the paved boardwalk and beach is unbelievable, the entire staff is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to make my first visit to Miami Beach a memorable one
My room had a beautiful ocean view and it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful
Front desk staff were very pleasant we arrived a little early and offered a card to access the pool and get something to eat to check back in 2 hours to which the room was ready upon our return
Very convenient, very close to the beach, I will choose this place next time I go on a business trip
Good service attitude of staff
Seems to me that that would be an easy fix by getting a different vendor for their coffee especially with all the choices that are out there just also another suggestion. All staff were very friendly throughout the hotel
This is one of my favourite hotels in Miami and I have stayed here before. The location is excellent; beach is clean and the amenities are great. The staff is also terrific at the front desk and beach/pool area
The front desk clerk was mostly hospitable. Excellent and pleasant service from Caroline. It’s a a celebration for my nephews birthday . Caroline made this visit memorable! Thanks for all your great work Caroline.
After a long travel day, that included a delayed flight and a 1AM arrival at the grand beach hotel, Sophie greeted us with a warm and gracious welcome
I found they did a poor job cleaning, did not replace items that were taken out of the room (ie bathrobe taken and never replaced, soaps and tissues/toilet paper not provided after housekeeping service came and left) and attempting to call housekeeping was also non effective
Views are very nice - the beach chairs are alittle bit old - the main problem is the noise from the AC units - it’s so loud hou don’t want to go on our patio or on the rooftop terrasse
After complaining to the front desk the housekeeping service improved slightly, but I found their cleanliness was lacking and some items were still not replaced
our room wasn’t ready which we did expect, they put our luggage in storage and gave us towel cards so we could use the pool and sunbeds, so we got changed into swimwear and had a look around, the towel guy looked a bit miserable and wasn’t very helpful and looked like he really didn’t want to be there
Which we thought would be very straightforward but it wasn’t, again the towel/pool man wasn’t very helpful, we had to down load an app, which our phones didn’t seem to like, then scan a bar code, we asked for help but he was useless
We sat for a few minutes and decided to move elsewhere. We found another pool a few floors up and just used the stairway. It was quite pleasant up there. The pool was nice and was heated
After us scanning and messing about trying to get these bikes out of the rack, the man watching us for about 10 minutes then said ah those bikes don’t work 😫😡. When we came back a few more bikes had been returned
We eventually got out on the bikes and went up on the coast road which was great, very busy with walkers and people running and biking, but we had a lovely time
An ocean view deluxe room on the 9th floor, it was very spacious and had a very large balcony. The beds very nice but confortable and the shower was huge
We had such a great time at the Moxy I’ll make sure we stay here when we visit Miami again! The vibe was so good and the staff were so nice! Can’t wait to come back :D
The hotel is beautiful, especially the view from the rooftop. It's very close to South Beach, just a ten-minute walk away, which is very convenient
Aside from the rooms being a bit small and the parking fee being a little expensive, everything else is great
The room for 4 people was a room for 2 with 2 beds. No space.
It did not have a refrigerator, you had to request it at reception as they did not have enough for all the rooms.
All very good, room a little small as per tradition for Moxy hotel
TLDR: The hotel itself is cute and clean, and the location is good for the price. Service and amenities are lacking, and my friends and I were grateful it was a short stay. Also, don’t let the front desk call you a cab
Will be definitely our Winter destination. People who made this hotel has lots of imagination! The room was 30 square meter big but it is well designed and has many facilities. Most of time, I spent it by the pool
Our poolside bungalow was perfect. Clean with everything pure white. down to the Carrera marble in the bathroom. always asking if you needed anything and always happy to get it for you
We enjoyed this hotel; it had a cool patio and pool area. At first we got a room that was not cooling down but the hotel staff made it right and upgraded us to a bigger, cooler room
While the hotel might not have the reputation of years past as the "it" place to be, it's still a great hotel in a wonderful location with fun pool and atmosphere
The pool was my favorite part, make sure to get there early or the beds become all taken up. I would consider it a family friendly pool environment - not the trendy nightclub scene like next door
The staff was very friendly and the property is beautifully designed with white flowing curtains, a great bar (the Rose Bar) and good breakfast eating
The pool is on the roof top and also the hotel has lounge chairs on the beach which was a short walk from the hotel. The restaurant down stairs was always full which was a good sign
Hotel is in a great location
Rooms are beautiful
Roof top pool is a must late evening
You have to pay almost $40 resort fee per day and for this there is a a small gym and small pool on the fourth floor and you get to use a beach lounger although we visited on a very windy day so couldn’t use these
The hotel is relatively clean! The location is very good, 2-3 minutes to the beach, with a private beach, nice environment! The service attitude is also very good! I recommend staying here if you come to South Beach!
We stayed in room 211, the layout was good. The bath was in the back of the room and we had space for our luggage and to use the desk. They had a great coffee maker with real creamer and Splenda
The coffee was good quality coffee and the little bar down stairs was always open and someone helpful was available
Nice staff! Food was good at the outdoor bar area. Loved the sparkling pool and easy beach access. Cool looking restaurant and bar off lobby. Didn’t have time to try but very fun and casual looking
She ensured that we had everything we needed at the poolside, from fresh towels to refreshing drinks. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor added to the overall great vibes of the day
The doors slam loud so you other dorrs slamming shut late at night and early in the morning. They have construction next door and if you use the pool, you listen to the drilling and construction sounds
The pool water gets really warm. The beach is nice and tge beach chairs are more comfortable than at the pool. The hotel has a good location
The hotel is very much a boutique property. I have been coming here for years. It’s in a great location and it never disappoints.
The room was clean, and hotel was quiet. The construction next door didn’t bother us as it was only for a few hours during the day. The happy hour was especially nice in the lobby each day, as was the morning coffee
The place is well located in Miami beach, close to the beach and provide beach towels as well. The price I had found the room was good, but other times I saw it was way more expensive
This is a young international crowd. They have a great restaurant out front and a fun bar. There is a nice outdoor tropical vibe sitting area. The beds are nice and have lots of privacy
The bathroom was great and clean
Price is high, the AC was freezing cold and yet there is no real blanket. The curtains are not light proof and there are no shelves clise to the bed
The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Anto, who made everything easy and made me feel really welcome. I’d definitely recommend this hostel and would stay here again!
It would be great if there was a larger water dispenser in the lobby on the first floor; heating water up each time takes a long time and is very inconvenient
I had a great stay at Viajero Hostel. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the common areas were perfect for meeting people
Really good location, beach was great. Pool area was a bit run down but clean and towels available
But the bathroom is too slippery, the outdoor pool doesn’t look the same as the shown photos, while the noise from other rooms and the hallway is quite annoying from time to time
Decently clean. Pool was nice and warm to be comfortable for winter weather. Beds are on the stuff side and they’re double instead of queen size.
The hotel is very well located in front of the beach, from the pool there is access to the beach.
The pool is small but does the job.
Beautiful property! The room was very nice, with an ocean view that was spectacular. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a little difficult to locate, if using GPS, and there are many one way streets
We stayed in one of the penthouse rooms with ocean view? It's to die for. Room was clean and modern enough us. The hallways smelled awesome (I know it's weird. I noticed this but some places smell musky)
We were also unable to use the pool area at all during this time due to the festival activity. Despite this, we were charged a $50 daily fee associated with amenities we could not access
She ignored the main pool for over an hour and when we asked for a drink she said she would come back to help us. She then proceeded to talk to her friend or a guest for over 20 minutes before getting us drinks
Instead guests had to ask for it to be waived. Front Desk staff were not overall customer service oriented in this regard. The main waitress at the pool was rude and slow
The Miami Music Festival that took place March 24-29 created an extremely loud and chaotic environment. The noise levels were so intense that they could be heard from streets away and continued from 11:30 AM to 11:30PM
The front desk staff argued that all attendees of the music festivals were adults, as defined by the drinking age in Florida, but we sincerely doubt that they would be staying in the hotel (ie why we picked this hotel to avoid the spring break chaos)
In addition, the presence of large crowds of young festival attendees throughout the entrance way, foyer and hotel completely undermined the adults-only, tranquil atmosphere we specifically booked for
Loved the hotel and the amenities. Especially enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool area, the beach towel and chair being included, and the overall set up of the hotel. Great location, food and drinks
Had a wonderful stay at Esme! The rooftop is amazing, the room was very clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in South Beach. Also it was in a fabulous location- easy access to beach and shopping streets
Amazing experience at this hotel! Rooms were small but elegant in an old money sort of way. Bed was made daily and an in-room espresso machine made for a relaxing morning
Wonderful hotel. Great location. Close to the beach, to Lincoln boulevard, restaurants, stores. Warm staff and really authentic place. I loved it!
Would highly recommend to others and will happily book another trip here again
Rom very small for twin apart from that service was amazing
It was either bacon or a plant based sausage or a $25 “buffet”. Spent $60 on a Belgian waffle & an omelette with potatoes, toast & meatless sausage. Oh and $7 for a 20 oz soda at the hotel store is just outrageous
The rooftop pool was gorgeous! Views were amazing. Need more free lounge chairs & less cabanas for rent. The bar on the rooftop needs a tap to pay system instead of them taking a card before the order arrives
With the resort fee you have access to 2 free beach chairs but the umbrella was $30! The $100 a night hold on my card required at check-in was also a surprise
My very first visit to Miami, and I truly enjoyed my experience. After staying in this hotel, the only way I would stay somewhere else is if they are booked up
A lot of surprise fees & quite expensive. The lobby was clean but the elevators were a little messy on several occasions
Cab rides including Uber, yellow cabs & private taxis range between $15 to $30 to anywhere on Ocean Drive. The $25 a day resort fee is a bit much considering the cost of the rooms

The front desk gave us great tips on places to visit nearby, which made our stay even better.
Traveling for business, I really appreciated the fast check-in and quiet room to work in.
I loved how the staff always greeted us with a smile, no matter the time of day.
The hotel is close to everything but still peaceful at night. Great location!
Nice hotel with perfect location
Very convenient, just five minutes walk from the beach. Opposite the beach police station, there are many businesses and restaurants nearby. The rooms are large and the public areas are large
The large suite was so nice with having our kid. Great location, walkable to the beach and all restaurants. Nice and clean room. Decent pool on the roof. Would stay again!
Front desk was great, took care of a couple requests with no fuss. Nightly music next to the bar was outstanding! Roof top pool was very cool
Staff were amazing all around from check in to restaurant, pool, bar and rooms staff. Great jazz and energy in the lobby. Rooms are small and alley is noisy. Shower head would not stay in position
Spent my wife's birthday in Miami and we are happy to have decided to stay at The Betsy Hotel. Accessible to most points of interest and a lot of places to choose from for restaurants
Loved the vibe, retro chic. Art work on the walls were fun to look at. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean but very small. Great location. Would stay here again.
We loved our stay at the Betsy. It’s a beautiful hotel that offers a respite from the louder locations along Ocean Drive. Beach across the street with plenty of chaises that are not on top of each other
Advantages: It was just renovated during the epidemic, the rooms are new, the design style is simple, bright and modern while maintaining the Art Deco style, and it is very eye-catching; there are two swimming pools, one on the ground and one on the roof, which is relatively rare in south beach
Hahah 🤍
🔺 there’s 2 pools which has AMAZING VIEW to the beach on the rooftop pool🥰
🔺The access to the barrier-free facilities room is also very convenient, and the room is very spacious
🔺 Excellent location on the busiest street👍🏻
🔺Bicycles are available for rent
🔻 Because it is close to the street, the noise of rooms facing the road may be slightly louder on weekends (but the scenery is really...
The room has been updated since the hotel was first constructed, but you can tell that it's probably been a good 10 to 15 years. Definitely some wear and tear on the materials and is in need for another update soon
We also don’t know if we were reimbursed for the beach chair rental, as no receipt has been provided yet. Hopefully this shows up soon. We love this hotel and will definitely be back!
It was a fantastic stay! Just a few inside things, 1. The vodka cocktail I got was 40. I received two, 15$ drink vouchers at check in and with both vouchers I still paid 10
Regardless of condition of the room, we still really enjoyed our stay there. The restaurant, service, amenities, and location really make up for it
The entire property feels like a hidden oasis — beautifully designed spaces, lush corners to get lost in, and views that completely reset your mood the moment you arrive. The pool and deck were the highlight for me
Coolest hotel in Miami Beach!
The best pool in town!
Highly recommended!
Great pool and location on the bay
A good location with a beautiful view of the bay and a great pool. Rooms are a bit old and if you're on the ground level they are dark and not as nice as the rooms on the second floor
Room was very clean, but the bathroom is small when youre trying to apply makeup and do your hair. Some extra counter space would be so great.
Otherwise no issues at all! I really enjoyed my stay here!
I loved being able to jump straight into the water, grab a drink, and just settle into the day. The cocktails were great, the service was easy and friendly, and everything just flowed
If you are looking to disconnect from everyday life and detox from daily stress and live in a bath robe all day spa vibes and no worries this is the place for you!
Stayed for a bachelorette trip, there were three of us and we had plenty of space. The pool was amazing, the staff was always coming around to change towels, and ask if you wanted to order anything
This is my 4th or 5th stay at the Lennox and I love this hotel. I always get a cabana room by the pool and I love being able to step right outside and read a book or take a nap poolside
The city is very big and the beach is long, so I advise you to rent a car right away if you choose this hotel, otherwise the rest will only be on the beach, the distances from this hotel to everything else are very large
I did not eat at the restaurant this trip but in the past it's always been great food. I love the location right on Collins, and the courtesy golf cart and private beach area are both great amenities
I look forward to my next stay at the Lennox
This is a 15 min walk to Ocean Blvd & Lincoln Ave, and an even closer walk to the main beach with a buggy to drive you when you need. Wifi, TV, shower all worked great and the pool was very clean
