Rooms are on the smaller side, but I wasn't in there much anyway. Rooftop pool is small but nice
Would stay here again for its proximity to all the restaurants and stores near by! The view from the roof top pool was also a nice surprise and a welcomed extra for the hotel!
Arsenio went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and engage us in pleasant conversation. The room service staff did an excellent job of keeping the rooms clean and respecting our personal belongings
We also loved having access to the hotel's private beach and appreciated the complimentary lawn chairs and towels. It was a wonderful stay all around!
We loved this place! we honestly couldn't have asked for a better location and hotel for our short stint in Miami. My partner had stayed here for a work trip before so we chose here for the familiarity
Caesar ( I believe his name was) at the check in desk was incredible and really lovely to say hello and good bye too! super informative and helpful with tips about the hotel

Nathaniel and Jessica are awesome ask for them! It's in a great location on South beach with some of the best restaurants around. They have an incredible rooftop pool with views to Collins avenue and the ocean
Hotels in Miami typically have skimpy linens, so finding a comfy bed was important. Upon entering the room I was delighted to find that the small quarters were well appointed, clean and just as good as the photos online
Above all, the outstanding staff set this hotel apart. Giuseppe gave a friendly welcome at check-in. We arrived late and the kitchen was closed but the host told us about a fantastic Ramen spot 2 blocks away
The next morning brought a tasty little continental breakfast with chocolate croissants (yummmmm!) and more kind smiles from the valet and checkout counter. I'll definitely return next time I'm in town!
The contemporary white marble bathroom is gorgeous and had an heir of luxury not typically found at this price point. The turntable and records in-room were a nice touch as well as the Bluetooth stereo
After a long day at Art Basel I was in search of a comfy place to recuperate. I was attracted to Redbury because their bedding and bathroom pics looked promising

The pool area is super cute and location can’t be beat (across Faena, Edition, close to beach, coffee and restaurant options)! I think the pricing seems reasonable and the staff is lovely - Emmanuel, Lily, Savery were super friendly and accommodating
Location was perfect. Close to the beach and places to eat nearby. The pool area was gorgeous & relaxing. We loved the plants and decor. Checking in and out was simple. I would absolutely stay there again.
There was a young man working the pool area who was equally helpful, and a young woman who was not so helpful (don't know their names)
I like that a hotel with character that isn’t part of a big chain, and compared to many similar hotels along Miami Beach, Hotel Trouvail does a good job of offering some personality and charm with convenience and value
Moreover, the team were very couteous, friendly and very helpful with our 5 large pieces of luggage. Both Alain and Emmanuel were standout professionals. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami beach
Dear Hotel Trouvail team, The hotel is conveniently located, the room was quite and the bed & pillows are very comfortable. The trolly across the street is free and takes you to the highlights

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. It’s very simple and nothing special, and I think the price is a bit high, especially during the holiday season
The room has a refrigerator and a coffee machine with coffee, there is a swimming pool on the hotel grounds, the ocean is a 2-minute walk away, there is a supermarket and many cafes nearby, as well as a bus stop that will take you to the famous tourist street with many boutiques
However, the location is convenient — the beach is very close — and even with the higher price, it was the best option in terms of value. The pool was quite dirty, and we didn’t see anyone using it
Location is perfect, close walk to the beach, restaurants, stores & liquor store 😉. The concierge is amazingly friendly and helpful. Perk the pool is heated but only open to 9pm
I stayed here for one night and it was a pleasurable experience. Room was clean and it was a decent size for two people. It came with a working mini fridge, Ice cold AC and comfortable beds
Excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The rooms are basic but spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Excellent value for money.

Ice machine on the 6th floor is a nice touch, as well as pool and gym
This is my go-to hotel every single time I'm in Miami Beach, and I'm there a lot! There is a Starbucks right in the lobby and we get 10 per cent off. Big bottles of sparkling and still water, coffee etc
The room has a toaster oven, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, all of the things you need to feel right at home! I love it and I love staying here!
It's not so noisy at night, and the hotel's sound insulation is very good, and the construction on the road can't be heard at all
loved this hotel! beautiful views from my room and so many things close by! only downside is the parking - $40 overnight
The staff is very enthusiastic and responsible, but the parking is only valet parking, the price is 40 dollars a day

The Meridian Hotel is very well located, impeccably clean, with lots of vegetation. It has a nice chill-out room and a decorative swimming pool. That said, it is a little overpriced
The location is convenient, restaurants and bars are within walking distance, you can get to the center by taxi for 10 dollars. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. My room overlooked the main road, it was noisy at times
The hotel has a delicious breakfast and coffee for an additional fee (about 15 dollars). There is a lot of greenery on the hotel grounds and around the hotel
It was a beautiful hotel in a good location and the stay itself was satisfactory. I think the staff was very polite as well.
The staff at the front desk could be friendlier
Great hotel close to Miami Beach. Staff very friendly and loved having free access to beach loungers

Great hotel a few meters from the beach. They provide 2 chairs and towels at the beach and pool. Heated pool and jacuzzi along with cocktail bar at the last floor with view to the city
Very close to the south beach convention centre. The pool is good
No shuttle to the beaches. Pool isn’t to clean.. chaire and umbrella available with no fee
Well located hotel, only downside is no parking nearby so you have to give the valet $45/day... only negative aspect otherwise everything is great
Had such a good time we stayed for extra nights! Great location
Lovely bed, good location, slightly different than in the photos, the beach is not directly at the hotel

Upscale feeling hotel in a very walkable area of Miami beach. They have two decent sized pools (one chill and one with music). Rooms were nice but the bathrooms are small. Nice views and good location.
Alright, so the SLS South Beach! Look, if you're looking for a place where you can feel a bit like a Kardashian for a weekend, this is your hotel
The moment you step inside, you just get the vibe: it's all about design, party, and good old-fashioned showing off. The pool is the absolute epicenter of everything
But they get the job done and help you with whatever you need. Things to keep in mind? Well, it's noisy. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this isn't your spot. You come here to have fun, for the atmosphere
well, they are super stylish! They're not huge, I won't lie to you, but they're meticulously designed with a really cool, modern aesthetic. The bed is comfy as hell, and the bathrooms are amazing
Loved this hotel! My room was just big enough to be comfortable with fun, design-aware decor and a jaw dropping water view better than any I’ve experienced at other waterfront Miami Beach hotels

The breakfast venue is in the basement, so it's hard to find. There is a water server at the front desk 24 hours a day. There is also coffee and tea in the morning
They let us check in early, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, I didn't realize there's not a pool, but it's a block from the beach. They lend beach towels, but no free chairs available
There are a few shops where you can get snacks within walking distance. There is also a supermarket where you can find everything you need for your trip, such as drinks, sandwiches, shampoo, detergent, and toothpaste
Very good, quiet and hygienic, I will choose again if I have a chance.
Hygiene: Very clean
Service: Very friendly
I called because my flight was delayed due to the hurricane and check-in was past midnight. Despite my poor English and confusing explanations, they kindly responded

The hotel itself offers solid amenities, including a small but relaxing rooftop pool with a bar. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at Orange Blossom, the on-site restaurant
We had an issue with the room and were moved after some advocating for ourselves. Pool is beautiful but drinks are very expensive.
The speaker on the pool area was buzzing in and out - super obnoxious. Everywhere there is evidence of poor upkeep and cleanliness
The food was excellent, and I’d highly recommend checking it out even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The rooms are well-appointed, apartment-style suites that feel spacious and thoughtfully designed
I also appreciated how quiet the rooms were—perfect for getting a good night’s sleep after a day out. Negatives:
That said, I was disappointed by the bed

I traveled with two kids and searched for hotels with swimming pool
Essex House came up with the pool filter, however Essex House does not have a swimming pool - and the adjacent Clevelander pool we supposedly should have access to was for adults only
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - room was spotless, location is fantastic - cannot recommend enough!
We had a great experience here. The location is perfect and they have a friendly staff. No complaints!
Good location, service is very good, only problem is the toilet, water is not strong enough.
In the morning there was a coffee and a croissant, and as a welcome gift a voucher for a drink at the Clevelander (the Essex House and the bar with a huge outdoor terrace on Ocean Drive apparently belong together)

Johanna and Steven at the front desk were very kind and helpful. They were able to hold our bags and provide towels for us to use the pool and beach prior to check in
Happy hour each night! They have 3 buildings together, one with a 24 hour restaurant “Maxine” and a pool with a cool backyard ambiance. Another with a rooftop pool and tanning terrace
The rooftop pool was my favorite part, it was so relaxing to lay up there for hours! The bamboo garden and other pool were very nice as well
The rooftop pool was very nice with comfortable beds and fun music! Would definitely stay here again
The hotel rooms are very small 3 people can not move around at the same time. Other than the room size, restaurants were nice and good food. Nice rooftop pool and beach set up
The front desk staff, Johanna and Steven, were so very helpful during our weekend stay at the Catalina. They were able to accommodate us with an early check in so that we were able to enjoy more of our stay

The pool is quite small but good enough for few people. Rooms are specious with good size bathroom. One downside is that was no breakfast included in the price which should be a standard
The hotel does not provide disposable slippers. There are many restaurants around the hotel, but it is not safe at night. There is a swimming pool but it is small
So far so good! Incredible staff, very helpful! Spacious room with a king-size bed. Our room is at the back of the hotel and with the party on Ocean Drive at full volume it wasn't that loud
The room was a bit empty and lacking in character; a chair or sofa would have been great. A strong smell of cleaning products every morning after the maid's visit.
Great coffee in the room.

Every detail was impeccable, creating a sense of elegance and comfort. The only minor drawback was the lack of hot water on our last day, but it did little to diminish an otherwise exceptional stay
I celebrated my birthday at Carillon Miami with my two daughters, and the experience was unforgettable. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly welcomed and cared for
This is one of the cleanest hotels, with the nicest staff in the spa. Everybody was there to help there to show you every little thing can’t wait to come back.
Wellness resort. Visited during quieter season. The room was fabulous. Spa was also great!
Beautiful facility, quite new. Very friendly staff who were willing to help when we lost a phone during our stay. Would recommend the restaurant, the rooms, or the beach. All were top notch.
The beach is very nice, the service is good, the rooms are clean, we didn't use the spa , but otherwise everything was okay!

The hotel's size is ideal if you prefer an elevated exclusive feel. With under 80 rooms, the property never feels crowded. There's always plenty of space at the pool or on the beach, creating an uncrowded atmosphere
Without a doubt, this is the most elegant, the classiest and most refined hotel in all of Miami. It is exclusive, it is super expensive and it is exquisite. The property doesn’t boast timeless elegance, it exudes it
My gushing above extends to the staff, the food, the bar and all the amenities of this hotel. The Michelin starred restaurant Thomas Keller is a little disappointing (see separate review)
The refinement doesn’t feel manufactured. It feels natural and intrinsic. The walls and the pillars speak to you and tell you about the history of the building and the property at large
Starting the day with breakfast service at Lido is a genuine delight, and the staff—particularly Patch at the front desk, who is so sweet—make every interaction feel warm and personal
Between the two on-site restaurants, I highly recommend The Surf Club for dinner—it's exceptional

The hotel is good, clean, there is a small but good pool. The negative points there is no place to Store the luggage after checkout and there are no chair and sun umbrela available in the beach.
They will be able to listen to you and respond to your requests as best as possible. The bedding is comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious, the swimming pool is pleasant
Very nice hotel, beautiful decor, very nice setting, very well located 3 minutes walk from the beach (the hotel provides towels at reception)
There is no parking on site but they will know tell you where to find one 5 minutes away at $8 for 24 hours. The staff is very warm, thanks to Carlos for his kindness, thanks to Omar and Noah for their welcome
The purpose of the exhibition was to be held, but it was close to the Miami Convention, had many good restaurants, and the beach was just across the street, so it was very nice.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner served everyday in the Tavern Restaurant. Front desk and staff very accommodating. The rooftop lounge was very quiet

We made a reservation. To this place for a few friends as a couples night out. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi late night and everything is very close. Looking forward to another date night at this place.
I've never stayed here because I live close enough to Miami that I usually just make a day trip of it. But I love to stop here for a classic mojito and sit at the bar outside by the pool
The pool is the USP it’s the most photographed pool in the US. The rooms as spacious and the service is on point. Their pool parties are also too good
Very very pleasant great staff great pool There's a low chic vibe that's very comfortable
This a very nice hotel in an awesome location with a secluded pool outside and access to the beach right behind it. Its decor is straight vintage and has that art deco Miami feel to it
The restaurant at the property is amazing. Everything about the hotel is great. The staff is super friendly, the service amazing. It’s one of the oldest properties at the beach. And they have maintained it super well

Very friendly and attentive staff. The room with the living room and kitchenette is the ideal solution for families who want to have a different kind of meal. The pool at the end of the day is magnificent
The water in the pool was cold for swimming.
Great stay, loved the rooftop pool
Parking is extra though, and next level expensive
moment we walked in I witnessed them literally running to get water bottles, chairs and a cooler that they filled with ice giving to guests!!! I found out that they not only do this daily whenever you want but they also give you free bikes to enjoy the awesome paved trails by the beach daily

They also pulled luggage on the last day due to a late flight which was very helpful. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay here to truly enhance their stay in Miami Beach!
The hotel's location was excellent, very close to the beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made my stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. I’m incredibly grateful for their efforts, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Miami

Room was pool view even though we booked an oceanfront room, and got that confirmed. No fridge in the room, which was disappointing. Valet attendants on Saturday early evening were not polite. Overall, stay was average
Great hotel amenities, delicious food and drinks, nice staff. Overall had a great experience would definitely visit again during summer months less rain to enjoy all they have to offer.
There's got to be a way to adjust those doors to close softly. Those patrons didn't attempt to try to close the doors softly and I didn't sleep peacefully as a result
Hotel management, please consider adjusting the doors to not slam so loudly
Great hotel otherwise!
My room wasn’t so great the toilet was positioned awkward, the bathroom sliding doors were off track and in the food area was very expensive and they wanted you to pay your bill first in order to receive your food that’s Horrible Service never in my life experienced that
The staff is very nice and friendly. Chad (bar manager) and Sabrina (event planner) are amazing! The hotel has free bike rentals to ride the beach! It was so much fun!
