I loved my stay here! If you’re looking for somewhere affordable with a great ocean view, this is the perfect spot. The space feels like a cute, comfy apartment with access to both the beach and pool

This structure consists of an hotel and privately owned flats. There's a car parking but it is in general not free. People can use the outdoor pool

I stayed in a private flat which was equipped with everything, from towels to cutlery. The car parking was also included in the price

Bedding and towels were clean though

😊 Valet parking is available for $30 a day, but getting a Lyft or Uber is super easy too. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place and would stay again! 🌊✨

Everything is within walking distance, and if you need a late-night snack, there’s even a gas station conveniently located right across the street

Went in expecting a good experience (not luxury) and was very satisfied. Hotel: nice and welcoming lobby. Front desk friendly and helpful with questions Location: very good. About 30 minute beach walk to south beach

Easy uber to many Miami locations. Rooms: clean and accommodating. had the basics that you need, including mini fridge and microwave. Only negative is they are small

Don't forget to ask towels and chairs for the beach you can borrow then for free. Not the best breakfast but no complaints, because eating in Miami is super expensive. You get bagels, muffin, cereal, juice and coffee

Every time we took a shower, the bathroom floor would get all wet and we had to use just about every one of our towels. Also, the walls are thin, so you do hear the neighbors pretty easily

Staff seemed nice, entire hotel was clean, decor extremely cute and modern. It's a no thrill hotel down the block from the beach

I felt that the hotel was reasonably price and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Miami Beach area because it is extremely convenient to the beach and plenty of stores and restaurants

The room was amazingly awesome full of snacks and a small fridge overly full with alcohol for those that want to pay for the extras. it's nice to have the options if one does not want to have to go to the store

my room had an excellent View. Valet parking is a little expensive however there are plenty of street parking. The outside of the hotel definitely does not do it any justice

There is convenient parking in front. Pool looked nice enough but did not get a chance to use it. Probably with the family next time

This is a very cute place for vacation! It is very quite and have a very beautiful little garden court with a pool with a pub. The room is extremely clean and all the furnitures are comfortable

The rooms are extremely well prepared between guests, and the staff are very professional. The side road it faces can be noisy, but for the location, good quality, and price it's a fine trade-off

Rooftop pool was a plus and they have their own private area on the beach. Pierre and the rest of the staff were awesome. Happy hour daily from 7-8 was the best

First of all the most comfortable beds ever, I wish I could have taken it home with me. The rooftop pool area was nice but I especially liked the pool in the second building super relaxing

Nice place, good location in South Beach, short walk to the beach. It consists of 3 buildings, I only sent inside 2 of them. My room was in the main building where the check in office is located

Cute little outside cafe, decent food, a bit pricey, good service. The building across the street is where the fitness center is, and the lobby and hallways there are outstanding

There is cheaper parking 2 blocks down, staff is forthright with that info if you ask. The bldg is a bit dated, but nicely decorated. They also have pool and fitness amenities -- eh. nothing to write home about overall

Amazing hotel, beautiful and clean room. But the real thing was the view. The ocean was right in front of us. Staff speak English but prefer Spanish, which is not a big deal. We had a perfect vacation at this hotel!

The suite was kind of gross - dirty carpeting and bathrooms. I was charged $40 per day for parking. Beach towels were worn and cheap. Service on the beach and pool completely shuts down at 5pm (really early)

The pool closes at 5pm so if you want towels for beach or pool you have to go back in and ask the front desk. which the employee don't seem to even notice when you are standing there

We LOVE the Seacoast location, and price when staying in Miami! Some of the bathrooms could use an update but overall a great stay.

The room was okay, but the door was a bit awkward to open. The soundproofing was also poor, and I could clearly hear the music playing at the party next door from 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM

I will choose this hotel every time I come. It is very convenient to the exhibition hall and the beach, and a few steps to the nearby commercial street. You can cook your own food in the room, and there is a lot of space

However, the Latina lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful

For half of our stay, they told us it was no longer available, which makes no sense because it's a contracted service that depended on a hotel located eight blocks away and is part of the same hotel group

The room was adequate but not luxurious. The location is good and quiet at night. There are trolley stops on both corners (Collins and Indian Creek) that allow you to travel around the island for free

Location was good Lack of elevators a probem with suitcases Food & happy hour a bonus We were put in a room with no air con , so then had to drag cases to another building ! Reception staff were ok

There's a large supermarket (Publix) less than 10 blocks away. A Starbucks is just around the corner. However, the beach resort service was not honored

We booked this hotel just to see the nightlife before we go to the resort and I regret not having my whole trip here. Amazing location, very clean and big rooms, super comfy, close to ALOT of stuff

I was actually surprised at how good this hotel was gave a boutique feeling plus their sister hotel is really nice right by the beach

There are pots and pans for simple cooking, and a coffee machine but no coffee is provided. It's close to the beach and you can watch the sunrise. You can go directly back to your room to shower after swimming

The shower water pressure is a bit low, so it's not very refreshing

Advantages: The hotel is in a good location and easy to find. There are microwave ovens and induction cookers, which are very convenient for heating water. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in

Clean and centrally located however I wasn't aware that i could be shuffled between any one of their properties. When I arrived there was a note to check in at another location

Only negative thing about this stay it’s finding a parking spot which it’s quite difficult and expensive, yet again it’s a common issue in Miami Beach area

which was a 7 minute walk away, only to be advised that i would be staying at another property which was 15 minute walk away

Property was clean and as described however the location at the one i landed at was not one that i would have chosen

our stay was great and front desk employers are very welcoming with big smiles and helpful with all information with parking lots that aren’t too expensive. They do have valet parking cost $35 in and out parking

The staff was amazing at this hotel, they were always there to help and even if they didn't know an answer they were more then willing to find out for you. the rooms were a good size and very clean

Had to put towels on the vents and touch the DISGUSTING vent grates and open the door and let the outside air warm up the room just to be able to sleep at night which was kind of sketchy because all of the patios are connected

There is everything you need here. I love the blue lighting outside on the patio, the cute little palm leaf kitchen mat, the TV swivels, they even have a little vanity mirror that lights up to do your make up

I have just checked in it’s only day one but everything looks exactly what I had hoped for I especially love the flooring and the fact that it has a kitchen so I’m able to make home-cooked meals
