But the atmosphere of this place was so vibrant and festive with good music and beautiful colors and lots of vegetation in flowers and plants and it felt really good to sit down in here and eat some really great food overlooking South Beach itself

When we arrived at the boutique hotel just before midnight on a Saturday night Nelson greeted us checked us in.   We were also greeted by a server from the restaurant and he took out drink order before the bar closed

We received excellent customer service from the entire staff while we were there.   If you just need somewhere to shower and change this hotel is perfect. The location was perfect and beautiful

Nelson informed us where CVS was located just in case we needed any supplies.  Nelson was amazing, he was so friendly, helpful and courteous

The day we checked out the staff allowed us to keep our luggage behind the counter so we could walk around and have lunch before our flight

My husband and I ate at the Majestic Restaurant but didn't stay at the hotel

Also public bikes are close if you prefer to ride. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel pool was closed for renovation during our stay

This price is very satisfactory. The transportation is convenient and it is close to the beach, which is a five-minute walk away. There is also a street next to it where you can find many restaurants

The room is quite quiet and has a work desk

I feel that, without all of the amenities promised that I paid for, I am due a partial refund. I have stayed here on numerous occasions, but this was by far the worst experience and I will not return or recommend

The Altair is a beautiful kosher hotel that caters to guests of all ages and religions. The hotel charges a daily resort fee of $50 and $38 for overnight valet parking, so watch out

The restaurant can get very crowded on Shabbat and Jewish holidays. And the sukkah is mostly not kosher by most standards

The beach is very close by, in the other side of the street. Lincoln road is about 20 minutes walking, and the location is very safe and well assisted by restaurants and other shops

It is smaller than what it appears in the pics, but that is every Miami hotel I am sure. You get one free drink a night before 7pm. The complimentary breakfast is good as well

I hosted a Bridal Shower on a Saturday evening and we basically had the restaurant to ourselves. The next might the men were able to watch football there

After much online research, and at the last minute, I finally decided to book the Lexington Hotel in Miami Beach, attracted by the possibility of having both a pool and direct access to the sea

It was a good experience except for the on going renovations that makes the place look less clean and untidy.

The bathroom was a bit small for the four of us, and was showing some signs of age, but it was stocked with excellent hair products: shampoo, conditioner, and mousse that smelled amazing! We were lucky enough to have a room with an ocean view: waking up every morning to the sunrise over Miami Beach and that wonderful turquoise water was truly special

Hotel was very clean and is centrally located, close to the beach, and ample dining and shopping locations. No car needed, everything you need is walkable or a short Uber hop away.

When I arrived at this hotel, I felt it was really convenient. There are local dishes around, and the Mexican food is unforgettable. The beach is not far from the hotel

The staff at the Courtyard by Marriot Miami Beach - South Beach made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. The room was clean as well as the other areas of the hotel

We put the sign up to make up beds and hopefully fresh towel only to learn that they don’t have light cleaning service daily. Only perks is that this hotel is right on ocean drive opposite the beach

Hotel elevator was not in service! Our room was on the 3rd floor so we had to walk up flights of stairs with our luggage's. The room I was in didn't provide cups in the washroom for basic use, brushing teeth etc

Location was great though, right at south beach on a one-way road, walkable distance to Collins Ave & Washington Ave to local stores and restaurants

The sink was a small pedestal type so it was very tight spaced to even put stuff on

Restaurants along Ocean Dr was expensive but you're here for the scenery!

Valerie made our dinner great! She's awesome! Extensive menu. Everything is expensive on Ocean drive. Ask for all discounts and specials if money is an issue. Lobster bisque could be a little thicker

I really liked Hotel Ocean because it was convinient to walk to restaurants and also to the beach. The hotel has great service, they had a bottle of champagne for us for our visit

So it remains to be clarified whether the cleaning service offered includes only the daily towel change and bed-making, as well as the linen change every three days, or if a more thorough cleaning should be expected

It’s also worth mentioning that we stayed for over twelve days, and if the apartment is not meant to be cleaned regularly by staff, then it would be helpful to provide guests with adequate cleaning supplies to maintain it themselves

Hotel very well located, close to the beach and all the restaurants, bars, shops but being quiet, plus the rooms do not overlook the street

We showed up early and Mike was awesome and super accommodating and friendly! I would ALMOST say the property could use some updating, but I wouldn’t want it to lose its charm either… Either way, the location is great, the staff is AWESOME, and we would definitely consider staying here again if/when we come back!

Very nice location. We had 1bdr apartment with kitchen and it was huge! Clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a downside: very limited options, no eggs.

The rooftop pool is definitely not usable as it looks green and low on water. The rooms ac leaked condensation into a bucket that you could hear dripping. Picture falling of the wall above the concrete slab of a bed

And elevator was extremely slow. Bathroom sink was falling through. Nice staff and had towels for beach use. Nothing happening at this hotel

The hotel needs some tender loving care. We had a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. It’s not kept well but looks good. The pool and outdoor space looks good too

We've stayed here 3 times - 2019, 2021, 2023 - always in August. The location can't be beat with the hotel being walking distance to great restaurants and bars, grocery and convenience stores, and liquor stores

I got an upgrade to a poolside room - thanks to my IHG Platinum Elite status. We arrived a few hours before the standard check-in time and the room was ready for us already

This property used to be a Crowne Plaza property and I was nervous when it seemed to have no new ownership earlier this year

We love the split bathroom - it's one long bathroom with sliding doors to separate the two vanity areas and the toilet (three sections) with the huge shower with multiple sprays and shower heads at one end of the bathroom

I booked at another hotel, but once I saw that Sonesta took over, I changed my booking back to Z Ocean. We love the location and that all rooms have generous balconies with patio furniture

There is daily continental breakfast, not sure if hotel has a gym, pool is small. During our stay there seemed to be some construction or remodeling of the bar and out doors area

The pool may be small, but why worry about that when the ocean is only a very short walk which is much better!!! The bed is comfortable and the room is very clean

The best thing about the hotel is location. Close to everything, beach, restaurants, public transport, etc. Also, Hotel charges for damaged towels, which I found unusual

A note on the nightstand asked that you not use the towels for anything that could cause a stain such as makeup or spills

There was a stocked mini bar in the refrigerator as well as a robe and embroidered towels. The refrigerator was completely full of mini bar items and did not leave room for any personal items

Check-in and valet went seamlessly. Our corner room had windows on three different ends that opened completely, so we had an amazing breeze the entire time, no need for A/C at night

Great hotel, great location. The full kitchen in the room was great. The fridge even had an ice maker!! Room also had a washer and dryer.

We stayed as a couple for a few days while working and the space with the full kitchen a block from the beach was great. That said there are limited grocery options that are walkable and there is no parking

The giant Murphy bed was tolerable and unnecessary since the suite is large. Do not bother to put it up to sit on the very questionable couch underneath from the last century. There are really no services here

I know you don’t come to Miami to watch TV, but at some point it’s nice to be able to turn on the TV and wind down, or in my case I wanted some background noise to block out the ridiculous outside noise
