The rooms were a bit dated but we only used the room to sleep and wash. We were only given 1 coffee pod and 1 bottle of water but again it wasn’t a big issue. Rooms cleaned each day. Great location. Noise level low. Reception staff very helpful.

A great hotel for a beach holiday! The ocean is 100 meters away, and Ocean Drive is a street with only a bike and pedestrian path. Bikes are free for an hour, but they're not particularly supervised. Really disappointed with this hotel. Be careful with your credit cards, they make unjustified bank charges. They charged me parking fees even though I don't have a car and they were really rude and unconcerned about my complaint. They even hung up on me when I called them on the phone.

Great location. Staff were good and polite. The pool is quite small but good enough for few people. Rooms are specious with good size bathroom. We were happy with our stay. One downside is that was no breakfast included in the price which should be a standard.

The beach is very nice, the service is good, the rooms are clean, we didn't use the spa , but otherwise everything was okay!

This is one of the cleanest hotels, with the nicest staff in the spa. Everybody was there to help there to show you every little thing can’t wait to come back.

I celebrated my birthday at Carillon Miami with my two daughters, and the experience was unforgettable. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Every detail was impeccable, creating a sense of elegance and comfort. The only minor drawback was the lack of hot water on our last day, but it did little to diminish an otherwise exceptional stay.

We only stayed one night there, didn't have a chance to use their amenities. The room we had want facing a very busy street, so it was pretty loud. They have a bar downstairs that is open 24/7 which is very convenient but also is pretty noisy. No coffee machine or kettle in the room.

The purpose of the exhibition was to be held, but it was close to the Miami Convention, had many good restaurants, and the beach was just across the street, so it was very nice.

It's ok, but the door lock is too old and the sensor is not sensitive. I have to swipe the card several times to open the door.

Well-located hotel, reasonably clean, but dated and sparse. Welcome drinks were in a can from the front desk, not the bar. Rooms were functional, but strange layout of the bathroom. It served the purpose for my 1-night layover, but that’s it.

Room was pool view even though we booked an oceanfront room, and got that confirmed. No fridge in the room, which was disappointing. Valet attendants on Saturday early evening were not polite. Overall, stay was average

Room was decent, but the beds were awful. They are very stiff and they sound like an air mattress every time you move. There was also a lot of light coming in from the street, it would have been great to have blackout curtains on the window. It is located near Miami South Beach and is very convenient to public transportation. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped, so it was convenient. There was also a microwave, so it was nice to have a quick breakfast.

The Room condition was old. Room floor was not really clean. My room is double bed room, it’s no table and chair. There is no plug location, so I need to move the bed to find the charging location.

A long way to go to get to luxury. Rooms need updating and are small. There is a washer which served as a dryer and does not work. Housekeeping needs major training and the tv in the living room did not work despite our calls to the front desk. Too far away from the beach more of residential neighborhood. Stay one night and see for yourself before booking multiple nights.

Really impressed with ABAE Hotel. The staff were great — friendly, professional, and on point. The room had everything you could want: dishwasher, fridge, washer, and microwave — way more than expected. Perfect location too, close to top restaurants and easy to get anywhere with a quick Uber. It was an absolute delight to stay there. Everything was just perfect. We had a delayed flight and things were going wrong that day. This a very nice hotel in an awesome location with a secluded pool outside and access to the beach right behind it. Its decor is straight vintage and has that art deco Miami feel to it. Our stay for a few nights was good overall and I wish that there was some sort of breakfast included or that the restaurants/bar options were cheaper.

I've never stayed here because I live close enough to Miami that I usually just make a day trip of it. But I love to stop here for a classic mojito and sit at the bar outside by the pool. It's shady and pretty, and makes lovely place to take a break after walking for a while in South Beach.

The hotel opened in 2014 is right next to the beach. It is said that the open-air restaurant downstairs is still very famous. I would like to praise Ctrip's service. If there are any minor problems, they can be solved quickly at any time. Five-star praise. Friends, please remember to prepare toothpaste, slippers, and other toiletries. The environment is good, not as noisy as others say, probably because the room is not directly above someone else's shop. The room is also quite large. It's the first time I've stayed in such a fully self-service hotel.

We were there during Christmas and it was a great experience from start to finish. The check in was smooth and they were accommodating of an early check-in. The hotel location is perfect for South Beach. The room and building were very clean. The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing and did get a discount as a hotel guest. We had a great experience at the Marlin. The room was nice and clean, and the restaurant had tasty food and friendly staff. The only con was the mandatory $35 per night fee to use beach towels and other benefits that we didn't use.

A lovely art deco hotel in a great location for those in Miami Beach for the winter art fairs. Friendly staff that welcomes you back by name each evening.

Most of the 5 stars I gave belong to staffs, they impressed you since you not even there, they email you and asked to help you get the parking ready so no headache since day 1. Stress less vacation truly.

The location is convenient, restaurants and bars are within walking distance, you can get to the center by taxi for 10 dollars. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. My room overlooked the main road, it was noisy at times. The hotel has a delicious breakfast and coffee for an additional fee (about 15 dollars). There is a lot of greenery on the hotel grounds and around the hotel.

The Meridian Hotel is very well located, impeccably clean, with lots of vegetation. It has a nice chill-out room and a decorative swimming pool. That said, it is a little overpriced. The staff at the front desk could be friendlier.

The basic queen room is tiny. Sheets are scratchy and towels were as well. Elevator dings and you can hear it at the end of the hallway and in your room. Hallways are loud and nothing to absorb sound so you hear everything in your room.

Stayed for 2 nights, overall great experience. The location is very convenient, and walkable to the beach. There's a nice cafe in the lobby, and the space is quiet and comfortable. Location is perfect. The room was a nice size. It was very dusty and the toilet was like a public restroom toilet and it had to be flushed twice. The plumbing was not up to par. The location was the best part.

At check in, your representative, Godfrey was wonderful. He was so friendly, helpful and went out of his way to make sure our check in experience and stay was great. Essex House has a fantastic location but employees like Godfrey make the stay that much better.

Everything is great! However, the sounds isolation is not good. We can hear people talking from the street from 2ed flow. Not good choice for traveling with kids.

Stayed here for a last minute babymoon with my husband. Very nice atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little out dated but still very nice. The pick of the litter, I wouldn’t stay at another property ever, the Hilton Bentley is the most hospitable hotel on south beach, Ms Debbie, Orlando and the whole entire staff makes you feel at home, the rooms are immaculate and the food is delicious.

Gorgeous location, spacious room, ocean views, sun loungers, water, and towels provided. Plus, if you check out at 11 a.m., you can stay on the beach until evening. 🗽 I also loved the restaurant, with its varied and delicious dishes.

Yesterday, the hotel facilities were quite old, probably because it had been open for a long time. There was also a musty smell in the room, probably because it was close to the beach. However, the environment was still good, the balcony was also very large, and it was a short walk to the white sand beach. Located in the great South of 5th area of the beach, this place is great. I have reviewed this hotel before, and it might even be better. I will be going back, Clean rooms, great staff and it's right on the beach. It is a bit expensive, but that's the only negative I have. -Enjoy it-

Hi I first got there. They gave me a handicap room when I showered all the water went out, but they fix it for me and they give me different room immediately but I wasn’t happy because I didn’t tell me it’s a handicap room they’re supposed to let me know it’s a handicap and I will confirm I could have it or not.
