The property looks good in pictures, but is definitely a dated location and not as it appears. There is no pool, the chairs and towels provided are hardly worth the “resort” fees.

The internet connection in our room is bad, so we're using our own WiFi. The hotel WiFi only works well in the bathroom and just outside the door. Maybe our room is located at the far end of the hotel on the third floor? Despite that, the location is great, and we can walk to the beach. They provide free chairs and towels

Staff was friendly. Rooms were very modern and the hotel was extremely clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable. They had Starbucks Coffee and tea on site 24hr and a nice spread of breads, yogurt and pastries in the morning. Only a short walk to the beach with towel and lounge chair service available. Great new hotel, but with a few quirks. The beds were soft and comfortable. There was no shower curtain, so the floors got wet when you showered. There was also no iron or ironing board, which is nice for business travelers. I would be happy to stay there again.

The complimentary coffee/tea/water station served to be quite useful. The decor is modern and minimalistic however the rooms are quite reminiscent of dorm rooms. Everything was wonderful! They have beach chairs you can carry to your desired spot on the beach. The live music every night was great. The ONLY issue was the women's bathroom in the lobby, to me it feels it is lacking the same attention as the rest of the hotel. But other than that, the rooms look as pictured and we would definitely stay again in the future!

A/C wasn’t working properly and we were told we were upgraded from an ocean view to a balcony room but ocean view was blocked by the roof. Wasn’t pleased with that. That was a downgrade room 410

The hotel has an infestation of drain flies. The facility needs to have a professional exterminator come regularly to spray and get rid of that issue. I had to get rid of several of those drain files, a few spiders and a roach.

A nice hotel right at the beginning of the beach, with plenty of walking options. They even serve eggs for breakfast. The room has everything you need, including a kitchen.

The blind on my room -- 107 -- had to be kept closed at all times, because the sidewalk comes right up to the window, and puts everyone and everything inside on display. That makes the room terribly dark. As is, the room really should not be rented out -- but installing some kind of a gauze curtain would allow light to enter without walkers outside seeing in.

As a single traveler this hotel provides everything that I needed for my trip to make it a comfortable experience

I was most appreciative of the fact that I arrived after check in hours had ended but a key was left for me to get into my room and do the check-in process the next morning. The staff members were all very much consistently warm, friendly and welcoming.
