Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and was in love with the amenities and proximity to the beach! Leo, Cesar, Martina and all of the others that worked there were so helpful and polite. Everything is old in the hotel though still clean. But the bathroom is too slippery, the outdoor pool doesn’t look the same as the shown photos, while the noise from other rooms and the hallway is quite annoying from time to time.

Decently clean. Pool was nice and warm to be comfortable for winter weather. Beds are on the stuff side and they’re double instead of queen size.

Up here was amazing and very friendly and very helpful. Check-in was smooth and no problems at all just waiting for my deposit to come back on my card and I would give it a 10 out of 10.

Nice hotel close to the beach with a small rooftop pool. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, however some minor maintenance was needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very freshly decorated and clean. The reception staff are very friendly. The courtyard is so pretty with the flowers and setting. Nice spot in Miami Beach. Rooms are what you would expect - no issues and a nice bathroom/shower. They have a gorgeous infinity pool, but if you are out all day and then eat dinner it’s darn near impossible to utilize as it closes at 8. That needs to change and especially in Miami with the mess washing up on the beaches (unusable in my opinion). Otherwise, nice stop.

It’s a very quaint hotel and tons of restaurants to walk to and if you want to do some shopping, it’s only about 10 minute walk away. The food was excellent. I ate two desserts, the Panna cotta and some milk chocolate caramel something that was incredible.

The hotel is in a decent location close to the beach. You have to pay almost $40 resort fee per day and for this there is a a small gym and small pool on the fourth floor and you get to use a beach lounger although we visited on a very windy day so couldn’t use these. We think breakfast should be included for the price charged.

It was a fantastic stay! Just a few inside things, 1. The vodka cocktail I got was 40.17$ . I received two, 15$ drink vouchers at check in and with both vouchers I still paid 10.17$. 2. The water pressure on the 5th floor was very low and did not get real hot. It worked good enough for a shower, but it took a little more time. The hotel is wonderful.

I had a fantastic time staying at the cadet hotel. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and bilingual, the location is amazing on the beach and Lincoln Road , and Jackie Gleason Theater and new world symphony, and Convention center. The best thing about the hotel is location. Close to everything, beach, restaurants, public transport, etc. The hotel is quite outdated. Old furniture, etc. Also, Hotel charges for damaged towels, which I found unusual. Got charged for one of the towel, cause it had hair colour.

A very cozy hotel in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to all the action of Miami, with a private beach just a few minutes' walk away. Towels are provided at reception. The staff is very friendly. Everything was wonderful! They have beach chairs you can carry to your desired spot on the beach. The live music every night was great. The ONLY issue was the women's bathroom in the lobby, to me it feels it is lacking the same attention as the rest of the hotel. The hotel has an infestation of drain flies. The facility needs to have a professional exterminator come regularly to spray and get rid of that issue. I had to get rid of several of those drain files, a few spiders and a roach.

Great location on south beach...will stay again

Excellent hostel with a fantastic location, and for minimal money too! The staff are friendly and genuinely always ready to help. The rooms are clean, with daily housekeeping, and the beds and their ladders are sturdy. There's a hot water dispenser near the pool (next to the washing machines).

It is very cheap and central hotel. You can eat or drink or shop around.

We stayed at the Plymouth South Beach for only one night but would've wanted to stay more. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Location of the hotel is great: safe, walking distance to the beach (on which you have complimentary lounge chair access), but still on a quiet street. Their pool area is very nice too, and the restaurant looks delicious...

Fabulous Hotel loved everything about it. We had a great room lovely view of pool. Blue Ribbon Sushi in hotel is delicious. Pool area is great.
