We go to Miami every two years. We usually stay at Faena, but this time we decided to make a change and stayed at the Four Seasons Surfside. The hotel is very new and beautiful, the rooms are very spacious, and its design is quite relaxing. The restaurants and food were very good. The staff were very attentive. Pool beautiful, lobby nice with fruit infused water all day, lovely restaurant and breakfast. Booked in a room on the 2nd floor over a hair salon, the hall from the elevator smelled bad with chemicals so they did move us after asking but we are VIP status with ******* so I was surprised we had to ask to move.

The location is perfect, 5 mins away from the beach, the staff is extremely nice and helpful, the bed, the pillows and the bed linen are super comfy. You should be ready to sleep with the earplugs in, as the Collins avenue is noisy and there is a night club next door.

There wasn't much of a beach view from the room I was in, but the 2 level suite I was in was great as I was traveling with my wife and kids. The suite was on the first level which made it very neat the pool

“Beach view” was non existent. Our view was the concrete wall of what seemed to be an active construction site… The cleaning always felt half-done/lackluster. The noise level was a bit insane into the late evening and then starting again in the early evening. Seems we were by an active construction site!

Good hotel but aging infrastructure with shower water temperature hard to adjust and elevators that bounce. That said, I appreciate the kind staff as well as the associated restaurant and rooftop bar. The bar had a great view of the new year's fireworks.

This hotel in South Beach is my happy place! Rooftop pool with a bar, adjoining Mexican restaurant that delivers w/ great staff, clean rooms, cocktails at check in. What else can a person ask for? We reserved one of the Two-story rooftop rooms and it was wonderful. Don’t miss the street-facing porch, a great spot for people watching.

The building is nice and clean (85/100). However, the outside noise is bothersome, especially at night until 2 AM. It's very close to important places and the Miami Beach promenade.

not all rooms have a (beach) view, small rooms with very high price, although the guys at the front desk were nice there was one lady (who probably had some personal issues that she was trying to deal with and was very evident when she spoke), she didnt have basic courtesy when checking-in, she was rude.. not worth paying the kind of money they charge to get treated the way she did.. SAD.. not going...

Nice enough room for an efficiency, but much like other reviewers did not have hot water in the room for showers. Let the front desk know and they said they would talk to the manager and reverse the resort fee. Never followed through or called us. The water heaters in rooms not working is a known issue, the front desk acknowledged that, so it’s even more disappointing that it has not been corrected...

The hotel is great, close to everything on the hillside. Only the parking in the area is expensive, but there are cheaper options a few minutes' walk away.

Clean hotel in good location but unfriendly and unprofessional at the reception

Took off a star because the room I had was smaller than normal. I rented a two bed room and the room was just enough for the two beds and a chair in the corner. There is no desk or kitchen. The beds were a little low to the floor than what I normally expect. It is modern but I'd rather have more room.

Checkin and friendliness of staff (Julie) was great! Only issue from inside room 402 we could hear all outside noises. Room location was not great.

Staff were excellent. Room was amazingly clean and beautiful. Unfortunately, we could hear other guests in the hallway at night, so the walls aren't terribly soundproof.

The pick of the litter, I wouldn’t stay at another property ever, the Hilton Bentley is the most hospitable hotel on south beach, Ms Debbie, Orlando and the whole entire staff makes you feel at home, the rooms are immaculate and the food is delicious.

Gorgeous location, spacious room, ocean views, sun loungers, water, and towels provided. Plus, if you check out at 11 a.m., you can stay on the beach until evening. 🗽 I also loved the restaurant, with its varied and delicious dishes.

Yesterday, the hotel facilities were quite old, probably because it had been open for a long time. There was also a musty smell in the room, probably because it was close to the beach. However, the environment was still good, the balcony was also very large, and it was a short walk to the white sand beach. Located in the great South of 5th area of the beach, this place is great. I have reviewed this hotel before, and it might even be better. I will be going back, Clean rooms, great staff and it's right on the beach. It is a bit expensive, but that's the only negative I have. -Enjoy it-

Excellent hostel with a fantastic location, and for minimal money too! The staff are friendly and genuinely always ready to help. The rooms are clean, with daily housekeeping, and the beds and their ladders are sturdy. There's a hot water dispenser near the pool (next to the washing machines).

It is very cheap and central hotel. You can eat or drink or shop around.

This luxury hotel from the 1990s is very old. The facilities are intact but not advanced. If you like classical style, you can consider it. The service is average, and the key is that the calculation is wrong. I may not choose this hotel again at the same price.

The hotel photos are very different from the actual situation, and the service staff are very unfriendly to Chinese tourists! The room is very small and the soundproofing is so poor! In the room, as in all the rooms, there was a safe. One morning, I forgot to put my city bag back inside it - the one with my passport, all my cash (a lot of cash), my watches, and everything else. The view that I paid $3000 for overlooked a tacky roof. The hotel next-door was doing construction. I was sick in my room for a week, listening to the banging. The only thing that saved my whole day were the employees with their kindness the room service checking in on us to make sure we were OK, but the amenities itself were not worth the money that I spent.
