We booked a room at the Hotel Continental because of its proximity to the beach and its affordability compared to most of the Hilton properties south of 40th Street in Miami Beach. We knew what we were in for in terms of amenities and room size, but were not at all disappointed. The room was clean and the king mattress was great and we slept better here than in any Hampton Inn, HGI, etc which have...
Everything about my stay here was perfect! Clean rooms, easy access to places and beach! Italian restaurant right there perfection! And the employees were just so welcoming and helpful! Definitely coming back!
The workers at this hotel stole my hair curling wand. As I was packing to go back home, I left it in the armoire in my room. I realized this as soon I as got home and unpacked my bag. I called the hotel to let them know. They stated they would email me if the item was found. I never got an email. About a week later, I realized that when I first called them, I forgot to tell them where I left the curling...
Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and was in love with the amenities and proximity to the beach! Leo, Cesar, Martina and all of the others that worked there were so helpful and polite. The elevators were having some mishaps but they were constantly working tirelessly to get them up and running. Cannot recommend this cute, feel of a boutique hotel with great location, staff, and pricing ❤️❤️❤️
Service was good. Love the breakfast there. Room was pleasant and comfortable for the purpose of my trip.
Staff is friendly and doing the best they can. The hotel has structural issues that need attention. The roof leaks. We changed rooms due to a major leak in the bathroom ceiling. Another customer was trapped in a broken elevator. The front staff was under a lot of pressure to remedy these issues. The bar downstairs didn't have running water and the taps weren't working correctly. The bartender was awesome...

Awesomeness, enjoyed my stay. The food and weather were great.
Everything is old in the hotel though still clean. But the bathroom is too slippery, the outdoor pool doesn’t look the same as the shown photos, while the noise from other rooms and the hallway is quite annoying from time to time.
Decently clean. Pool was nice and warm to be comfortable for winter weather. Beds are on the stuff side and they’re double instead of queen size.
Up here was amazing and very friendly and very helpful. Check-in was smooth and no problems at all just waiting for my deposit to come back on my card and I would give it a 10 out of 10.
Close to the beach, clean hotel
They are all pretty good, of course, sea view rooms are always the best choice!

We specifically chose this hotel because it is an adults-only property, expecting a calm and relaxing environment where we could rest and recover. We have also traveled internationally to be here, managing time zone differences and jet lag after a demanding schedule, and were very much looking forward to a peaceful stay. Unfortunately, our experience has been significantly impacted by circumstances...
This is our second time staying at this hotel and we were sad to see how downhill the service has gone. First, the pros: the outside pool area is gorgeous and very relaxing (minus the construction noises next door), the breakfast and lunch food is delicious (we didn’t try dinner), the rooms are comfortable and a good size. Now, the cons: we interacted with the front desk staff twice - at check in and...
I stayed here after a cruise to get some R&R and it didn’t disappoint.
My sister in law and I got in at 9am before our room was ready and we were able to store our luggage, change into swim suits, and enjoy the pools. Front desk was very nice and pool service was very hospitable and luxurious. Only downside was that we couldn’t get back into the pool area after going to the beach bc we didn’t have...
Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location right on Collins Avenue with direct access to South Beach. It’s officially a 4-star, but the exceptional staff made it feel more like a 5-star experience. Their friendliness and attentiveness stood out even more than the room itself, which was comfortable but nothing extraordinary.
The hotel has two pools, one of which is among the longest in Miami Beach, connected...
Our stay at the National Hotel has been wonderful. Everyone is so attentive and helpful. On the beach, Elijah and Conner are so welcoming and helpful with anything we need, always friendly and willing to help.
The servers in the bar area are wonderful as well, again always friendly and smiling making you feel at home. The beach is also very clean, no garbage or seaweed, it is very well maintained....
Very good location and decoration. They kicked us out of the pool at 3 PM for a private event and they did not compensate us at all. The rest was very good.

Clean, calm, you have access to the beach. Staff very helpful, the location is very convenient
Room was nice. Location was great. Enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant, too.
My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Iberostar Waves. The staff was so friendly. The room was spotless and comfortable. The towels and bath products were great. The rooftop pool was beautiful and had a great 365 degree view. The chairs and towels at the beach were great, just know an umbrella will cost you $28. The location was wonderful, as it is walkable to the beach and restaurants. The...
Nice modern boutique hotel on miami beach. Location is convenient for sout beach area. Beach is 3 min walk, hotel provides 2 sunbeds per room [umbrella not included - 28 us per day] Room is clean and modern, though rather small with very limited storage place. Breakfast (if included in room price) is nice, continental breakfast with one juice, one hot drink and one hot plate from a menu card. Water...
Nice hotel close to the beach with a small rooftop pool. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, however some minor maintenance was needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. The small courtyard restaurant served breakfast, lunch and dinner. We ate there one evening and two mornings. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Worth noting the garden rooms look directly onto the restaurant
The hotel is very freshly decorated and clean. The reception staff are very friendly. The courtyard is so pretty with the flowers and setting. The pool area is quiet, music isn’t too loud which is great and free water refills on most levels. Also 15 minutes free drop off parking. All in all we would be very interested to stay again! Xx

Nice spot in Miami Beach. Rooms are what you would expect - no issues and a nice bathroom/shower. They have a gorgeous infinity pool, but if you are out all day and then eat dinner it’s darn near impossible to utilize as it closes at 8. That needs to change and especially in Miami with the mess washing up on the beaches (unusable in my opinion).
Otherwise, nice stop.
The AC Hotel Miami Beach is in a fantastic location, just one block from the beach and within easy walking distance of everything you need. The property is exceptionally clean, the rooftop pool is beautiful, and the overall atmosphere feels fresh, modern, and well maintained. The real standout, however, is Alex at the front desk. He is quite simply one of the best hotel employees I've encountered in...
My family and I stayed at the AC hotel for one night and everything was wonderful. From the beginning we were welcomed by Alejandro at the front desk, he gave us great dinner recommendations in the area and assisted us with everything we needed. The rooms were really clean with great views as well as the pool. All the amenities were worth trying from the bikes to the pool. Overall, we had a great time...
Wow, what a great stay! Beata, the General Manager was AMAZING. She answered my email and was so helpful and wasn't able to accommodate my request at first but she offered me and my daughter a day to use the Cabana. Also, Alejandro went above and beyond. I explained to him that it was a mother daughter trip and also i had a little issue with having a space to go out on a balcony. As a platinum...
Overall, my stay at the AC Hotel in Miami was good, but the property is starting to feel a bit tired. You can clearly see signs of wear and tear in the rooms, which suggests that some renovation would be beneficial. That said, the room was clean and tidy, so no issues there.
The location is excellent, which is a big advantage, especially if you want easy access to key areas. On top of that, the staff...
A lot of surprise fees & quite expensive. The lobby was clean but the elevators were a little messy on several occasions. Cab rides including Uber, yellow cabs & private taxis range between $15 to $30 to anywhere on Ocean Drive. The $25 a day resort fee is a bit much considering the cost of the rooms. With the resort fee you have access to 2 free beach chairs but the umbrella was $30! The $100 a night...

We arrived at this hotel early morning after being on a cruise. We were checked in very quickly and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. our room wasn’t ready which we did expect, they put our luggage in storage and gave us towel cards so we could use the pool and sunbeds, so we got changed into swimwear and had a look around, the towel guy looked a bit miserable and wasn’t very helpful and...
Hotel location is good. Overnight parking was listed as $25 per night. It was turned out to be wrong. Only valet service at $52 per night was offered. The rooms are small and king size bed looks small.
Amazing service. We had reserved the horrible Casablanca next door and could not stay there. Devin was extremely helpful at the front desk. The room is clean and the area is safe. Nice bar and pool area. 10/10 would book again.
The hotel was nice, besides a few issues. The guy at the pool acted like giving out a towel was coming from his personal home. He was rude and gave a dirty look every time we asked for one. He gave a speech about how we have to bring it right back to him. Ok, we don’t want to keep your towels. I don’t need an attitude everyday when I need a towel. Find someone friendlier for that booth. Second...
We really have one complaint which was the cost for valet. We booked through booking.com and there was not one thing stating that valet was required. However, the people running valet were very nice and courteous, always greeting us and opening my wife's door. The hotel was clean and every single employee was friendly. The beach chairs were a great option to have everyday and the food was great. Overall...
How lucky weee we to get Adriana as a server! It’s like we win the lottery! She was Welcoming, informative and funny!

The stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable in every detail. The service was excellent and the staff were very professional and friendly. Fantastic hotel and very clean throughout. Cleaning staff and pool staff were superb and couldn’t be more helpful. The guy in guest services was brilliant and his service saved me a lot of time. However the attitude of the reception staff left a lot to be desired. Staff were amazing all around from check in to restaurant, pool, bar and rooms staff. Great jazz and energy in the lobby. Rooms are small and alley is noisy. Shower was not a highlight. Shower head would not stay in position. TV would not stream our devices or let us login to apps.
The large suite was so nice with having our kid. Great location, walkable to the beach and all restaurants. Nice and clean room. Decent pool on the roof. Would stay again!
Great bar and restaurant. Love this hotel!
Loved the vibe, retro chic. Art work on the walls were fun to look at. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean but very small. Great location. Would stay here again.
Iconic Hotel…five star service and this is where all the happening events takes place
It’s a very quaint hotel and tons of restaurants to walk to and if you want to do some shopping, it’s only about 10 minute walk away. The food was excellent. I ate two desserts, the Panna cotta and some milk chocolate caramel something that was incredible.

The room was generally small, especially the shower room, which was extremely cramped!
Service: The receptionist had a terrible attitude, and the valet parking service was a huge rip-off! Beware! During check-in, they told me there weren't any nearby public parking lots, and the available ones were far away and more expensive than their $40/day valet parking. They said it was very convenient, just...
Hotel is in a great location
Rooms are beautiful
Roof top pool is a must late evening
The hotel is relatively clean! The location is very good, 2-3 minutes to the beach, with a private beach, nice environment! The service attitude is also very good! I recommend staying here if you come to South Beach!
We stayed in room 211, the layout was good. The bath was in the back of the room and we had space for our luggage and to use the desk. Good size for two ppl. They had a great coffee maker with real creamer and Splenda. The coffee was good quality coffee and the little bar down stairs was always open and someone helpful was available. The pool is on the roof top and also the hotel has lounge chairs...
The hotel is in a decent location close to the beach. You have to pay almost $40 resort fee per day and for this there is a a small gym and small pool on the fourth floor and you get to use a beach lounger although we visited on a very windy day so couldn’t use these.
We think breakfast should be included for the price charged.
Very convenient location. It's on the main street and it's very close to the beach. The deco is nice. The room is spacious for two ppl but if for 3 ppl then the space is a bit tight. I think the Queen size bed is a bit smaller than usual . The staff are helpful. I think it worths the money

The room has been updated since the hotel was first constructed, but you can tell that it's probably been a good 10 to 15 years. Definitely some wear and tear on the materials and is in need for another update soon. Regardless of condition of the room, we still really enjoyed our stay there. The restaurant, service, amenities, and location really make up for it. My wife and I both agreed that we would...
It was a fantastic stay! Just a few inside things, 1. The vodka cocktail I got was 40.17$ . I received two, 15$ drink vouchers at check in and with both vouchers I still paid 10.17$. 2. The water pressure on the 5th floor was very low and did not get real hot. It worked good enough for a shower, but it took a little more time. The hotel is wonderful.
A wonderful stay as always, although the television/streaming service was not working any of the days we were there. We also don’t know if we were reimbursed for the beach chair rental, as no receipt has been provided yet. Hopefully this shows up soon. We love this hotel and will definitely be back!
Not recommended. A small hotel
Very clean, kinda and accommodating staff, great location!
Advantages: It was just renovated during the epidemic, the rooms are new, the design style is simple, bright and modern while maintaining the Art Deco style, and it is very eye-catching; there are two swimming pools, one on the ground and one on the roof, which is relatively rare in south beach. The rooms are large, which is unusual for historical buildings close to the beach.
Disadvantages: The designer...

A Perfect Little Oasis in Miami
I just wrapped up an amazing stay at The Standard Miami, and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The entire property feels like a hidden oasis — beautifully designed spaces, lush corners to get lost in, and views that completely reset your mood the moment you arrive.
The pool and deck were the highlight for me. I loved being able to jump straight into the water...
Room was very clean, but the bathroom is small when youre trying to apply makeup and do your hair. Some extra counter space would be so great.
Otherwise no issues at all! I really enjoyed my stay here!
This place never disappoints! Chic, and chill with a Miami vibe. Great people watching and yacht watching in the Bay!
The standard hotel is the best adult playground! Soo relaxing and amazing every time. If you are looking to disconnect from everyday life and detox from daily stress and live in a bath robe all day spa vibes and no worries this is the place for you!

I loved this hotel! If I return to Miami Beach, I will definitely stay there again. It was small and quaint and quiet which I appreciated. It was also one block from Collins Avenue where all of the shops and restaurants are. Plenty of places to walk to for meals or drinks. Very nice staff, hotel is exceptionally clean.
I had a fantastic time staying at the cadet hotel. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and bilingual, the location is amazing on the beach and Lincoln Road , and Jackie Gleason Theater and new world symphony, and Convention center. The hotel is very well taken care of and a wonderful place to stay with an on-site Cafe , etc. I highly recommend it!
The best thing about the hotel is location. Close to everything, beach, restaurants, public transport, etc. The hotel is quite outdated. Old furniture, etc. Also, Hotel charges for damaged towels, which I found unusual. Got charged for one of the towel, cause it had hair colour.
A very cozy hotel in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to all the action of Miami, with a private beach just a few minutes' walk away. Towels are provided at reception. The staff is very friendly. The hotel has a backyard with a jacuzzi. The room was decent, with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom, while small, was fine. The only downside was the musty smell when you first enter the room.
we were greeted at the door by the manager and treated with kindess after a very long day! what a wonderful hotel! elegant, spotless, and excellent location! we have been to many hotels in miami, but this is by far the best! i would highly recommend to anyone! 🍾❤️
I along with a few colleagues stayed here for a business trip. The location is in walking distance to where we needed to meet along with many food options and even some shopping options nearby by. 1. The location is the best thing about this property.
2. Room was spacious but nothing fancy.
3. Support staff was very polite and helpful.

Booked it last minute. Spent one night with my wife. Nice clean large room and bathroom. Friendly helpful staff. Nice restaurant with great food out front on street front. Elevator didn’t work when we were leaving but other than that great experience.
Everything was wonderful! They have beach chairs you can carry to your desired spot on the beach. The live music every night was great. The ONLY issue was the women's bathroom in the lobby, to me it feels it is lacking the same attention as the rest of the hotel. But other than that, the rooms look as pictured and we would definitely stay again in the future!
Beautiful ocean views and very friendly and professional staff! Room was clean and lovely flamenco dancer performance downstairs. A perfect location and highly recommend!
A/C wasn’t working properly and we were told we were upgraded from an ocean view to a balcony room but ocean view was blocked by the roof. Wasn’t pleased with that. That was a downgrade room 410
The hotel has an infestation of drain flies. The facility needs to have a professional exterminator come regularly to spray and get rid of that issue. I had to get rid of several of those drain files, a few spiders and a roach.

It’s outdated and had a big smell of cleaning products coming in the room. But overall was a nice place for the price. Walking distance to the beaches.
The receptionist was very helpful. The room was clean and everything worked well. My only complaint would be that our room, no 100, was very close to a extremely noisy road. Ot was more like being next to a race track.
******* reviews have let me down multiple times lately. This was not one of them. I enjoyed my stay here. Very clean. Not luxury, if you want carpet in your room or a workout room, look elsewhere. But if you want to make your coffee and walk a couple minutes to the beach and sit and contemplate life, you're in luck. Floor is tile... because beach sand. Shower floor is bathroom floor ... because beach...
Staff was very helpful and courteous. If you’re expecting luxury this is not the hotel. Had the basics. Great location. We used the free trolley service for most of our trip. Hotel provided beach chairs and towels. Beach was across the street. Our room had a kitchenette which was great. Wish hotel room had more storage but other than that, I’d stay there again.
The staff are super friendly! I wasn't expecting to come to such a dilapidated place, but served the purpose.

The Four Seasons Surf Club is the only reason I visit Miami. In a city known for its energy and crowds, this property offers a private, tranquil pocket that feels like a world away—yet remains close enough to explore everything the area has to offer. The hotel's size is ideal if you prefer an elevated exclusive feel. With under 80 rooms, the property never feels crowded. There's always plenty of space...
Without a doubt, this is the most elegant, the classiest and most refined hotel in all of Miami. It is exclusive, it is super expensive and it is exquisite. The property doesn’t boast timeless elegance, it exudes it. The refinement doesn’t feel manufactured. It feels natural and intrinsic. The walls and the pillars speak to you and tell you about the history of the building and the property at large...
So overall this is an exquisite hotel. I have been three times. But this last time was the first time I would not give it 5 stars. Small things but just lacking in the same polished service as it used to offer. Food prices are outrag3eous. For 3 people it was nearly $200 for breakfast and the breakfast was truly mediocre. I could try to justify it if it was really wonderful but it was not. It is SUPER...
Quite standard , not a fan of the chain but I had to stay here and it was not as bad as I remembered but they did not change my mind --mid
We go to Miami every two years. We usually stay at Faena, but this time we decided to make a change and stayed at the Four Seasons Surfside. The hotel is very new and beautiful, the rooms are very spacious, and its design is quite relaxing. The restaurants and food were very good. The staff were very attentive. I think the fact that it was not overly crowded was definitely an advantage.
Got an early Saturday reservation, had to sit at cocktail table in bar. Table way too small for 3 people having dinner. Live music lovely and staff very attentive. I think I expected too much of the food bc of the ratings of this place. But my palet left disappointed. The fresh bread and butter delish as is complimentary crudite. The Fois Grois appetizer was $48, small and not as good as many we have...

Excellent hostel with a fantastic location, and for minimal money too! The staff are friendly and genuinely always ready to help. The rooms are clean, with daily housekeeping, and the beds and their ladders are sturdy. There's a hot water dispenser near the pool (next to the washing machines).
It is very cheap and central hotel. You can eat or drink or shop around.

We stayed here during the 2026 Miami Boat Show and had a great experience. The location was incredibly convenient — just steps from the beach and close to South Beach, the convention center, as well as plenty of dining and shopping options.
Our room was clean and comfortable. While the view wasn’t the highlight, everything else more than made up for it. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful...
Yes the room was spotless and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even gave us a late check out!!

If you’re doing a short stay for the weekend on a budget and would like a nice view this place is fine. I will start with it was clean I appreciate that a lot! The hotel staff was great, I received a free room upgrade. There is no breakfast at the hotel like stated but other wise it’s a nice place
Very nice hotel, sea view, large room with balcony
It's been renovated, a great bed and a fridge
However, the soundproofing is poor, the window doesn't close properly so you can hear everything outside, the walls are thin, the air conditioning makes a huge noise...
And the towel rack broke on the first day...
Parking is paid and even more expensive during organized events, which I had absolutely no...

The room is clean but the housekeeper did not take out my hair from the drainage in the bathroom for 3 nights until i checked out. One day i returned to the room at 2:30 pm but the room wasn’t yet cleaned. After asking to clean it, the housekeeper forgot take the clorox and left it in my room. I called the operator to take it back and asked someone to come to my room to turn off the fan. No one came...
Initially booked at Plymouth Hotel for the location and how close it was to the Miami Beach Convention Center as I was in town for business. From the moment I arrived, up until the end of my stay, it was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had for a boutique hotel. Upon check in , Alicia at the desk was super sweet and very informative on all the amenities the hotel offered. Very cute pool and...
We had such a wonderful stay at the Plymouth Hotel! The entire experience felt special from start to finish. The pool bartender was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made the best drinks while creating such a fun, relaxed atmosphere by the pool. The sushi was also outstanding and easily one of the highlights of our stay.
To make things even more memorable, the manager surprised me for my birthday...
Nice, clean room and an excellent location. The hotel is within walking distance of The Setai, various shops, and very close to the beach, which makes it very convenient. Staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming throughout the stay.
Unfortunately, the checkout experience was disappointing. I was not emailed a billing overview as promised. I ended up having to email the hotel myself later that...
We stayed at the Plymouth South Beach for only one night but would've wanted to stay more. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Location of the hotel is great: safe, walking distance to the beach (on which you have complimentary lounge chair access), but still on a quiet street. Their pool area is very nice too, and the restaurant looks delicious...
