Loved this hotel! My room was just big enough to be comfortable with fun, design-aware decor and a jaw dropping water view better than any I’ve experienced at other waterfront Miami Beach hotels. Great service by the pool. Definitely more of a party vibe than a business meeting destination!

The room was nice but we booked for 2 adults and 1 child and there was no bed for the child. Staff brought a fold-out bed but my son didn't get a real blanked and was so cold at night that he climbed in with us in the queen bed. Nobody got much sleep.

The hotel is one of many small hotels that are dying out. It is surrounded by highrises that are built or are being built. The staff try very hard to help the guests. It’s difficult when everything is old and difficult to maintain. There were small problems like the central air which kept the room very cold, the gas stove which needed to be connected and the Jacuzzi outdoor pool which was under repair...

This place still reflects the charm of the Miami Beach Art Deco district. It's a little time-worn, but it felt charming, not run-down. Located across the street from the beach. It would be very hard to find a better price to stay in a historic location. Will book again.

The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes away from the beach. There is an exclusive area on the beach, which is of course not comparable to hotels directly on the beach, but the price/performance ratio is still very high. It is also only a 10-minute walk from Miami's shopping street.

Service at the front desk was very friendly and 24/7. Amenities were basic but generally clean, which makes sense given the price point. Among the most affordable hotel options along the beach, we were decently happy with this.

Great hotel a few meters from the beach. Rooms A bit outdated. They provide 2 chairs and towels at the beach and pool. Heated pool and jacuzzi along with cocktail bar at the last floor with view to the city. Highly recommend

There were bugs in the mattress that bite... the air conditioning was very noisy and did not work well... the floor was old and dirty... they charged more than $60 per day for the security deposit. They cheated me because they did not return my deposit money, there is no parking...

the location is good. checking in was ok other then you have to pay for parking in the garage. we had to change our room two times. doing to the fact the bathroom every time we took a shower water got every where and we had to keep cleaning it then mold in the bathroom. then the next room ac didn't work . then day of check out when check out was at 11 we left to go get breakfast and when we came back...

This is a very nice well kept historic building hotel. The bell boy was very sweet and nice and was willing to take a photo of me and my brother in front of this iconic hotel from GTA Vice city. The rooms were very nice and the AC was nice and cool.

The location of this hotel is very good, right in the most lively place in Miami's South Island, but the hotel is relatively old overall, and the flush toilet is a bit leaky. In general, the location is perfect, but the environment is relatively ordinary, a bit like a homestay.

I was not really feeling this end of ocean drive due to the fact that prices were extremely steep and area is very ghetto. everyone is smoking marijuana everywhere! hotel provided breakfast between 9-11. Small but beautiful. There is a Starbucks downstairs. There is really nothing to say, compared to China.

The room is small, the curtains are made of paper, you need to use a clip to open the curtains, and you can't open them completely. There are steps at the entrance of the hotel, and you need to carry your luggage up, which is not very convenient. The service attitude is OK. There are Western restaurants around, and there is a supermarket nearby

I called because my flight was delayed due to the hurricane and check-in was past midnight. Despite my poor English and confusing explanations, they kindly responded. This is Miami Beach so lots of activity going on so it's not a quiet area. Was fine for me for a work trip, 10 to 15 minute. Walk to convention center. If you have a car park across the street at the parking garage that is $20 a day. There are 3 near by but only 1 is $20 per day.

The staff at the Courtyard by Marriot Miami Beach - South Beach made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. The room was clean as well as the other areas of the hotel. I wnjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again.

A very convenient location, right behind the beach. Friendly concierge staff, smooth luggage storage service. However the room is a bit smelly, which should not happen in a four star hotel.

Very small, old room with very little amenities. The towels were so rough that it left my skin raw. My first night there was a bunch of screaming that kept me up. The only benefit is the beach is across the street. No toiletries offered except for toilet paper. For the proce, this is not worth it. The closet smelled and had a musty odor. The bed was small, no other seating nor desk area.

Really disappointed with this hotel. Be careful with your credit cards, they make unjustified bank charges. They charged me parking fees even though I don't have a car and they were really rude and unconcerned about my complaint. They even hung up on me when I called them on the phone.

We only stayed one night there, didn't have a chance to use their amenities. The room we had want facing a very busy street, so it was pretty loud. They have a bar downstairs that is open 24/7 which is very convenient but also is pretty noisy. No coffee machine or kettle in the room.

I celebrated my birthday at Carillon Miami with my two daughters, and the experience was unforgettable. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Every detail was impeccable, creating a sense of elegance and comfort. The only minor drawback was the lack of hot water on our last day, but it did little to diminish an otherwise exceptional stay.

This a very nice hotel in an awesome location with a secluded pool outside and access to the beach right behind it. Its decor is straight vintage and has that art deco Miami feel to it. Our stay for a few nights was good overall and I wish that there was some sort of breakfast included or that the restaurants/bar options were cheaper.

I've never stayed here because I live close enough to Miami that I usually just make a day trip of it. But I love to stop here for a classic mojito and sit at the bar outside by the pool. It's shady and pretty, and makes lovely place to take a break after walking for a while in South Beach.

We stayed here after a day of plane/car travel. They have valet parking ($50) which was super convenient. Rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel provided a beach cart with chairs, towels, etc. They had a dessert bar come in at 8:30pm which was amazing. Perfect location for beach trips, walking along Ocean Ave and taking in the nightlife. Will come back!

I was very happy with the cleanliness of yhe hotel /the room and the service provided. They also had some unexpexted daily happy hrd and activities. The beach cart in the room with beach towels..chairs and unbrella was also a very nice surprise. Oh and having the ability to a free washer and dryer was a big plus. Since it was walking distance to bars and restaurants. We had plenty of options.
