The location is perfect, 5 mins away from the beach, the staff is extremely nice and helpful, the bed, the pillows and the bed linen are super comfy. You should be ready to sleep with the earplugs in, as the Collins avenue is noisy and there is a night club next door.

There wasn't much of a beach view from the room I was in, but the 2 level suite I was in was great as I was traveling with my wife and kids. The suite was on the first level which made it very neat the pool

“Beach view” was non existent. Our view was the concrete wall of what seemed to be an active construction site… The cleaning always felt half-done/lackluster. The noise level was a bit insane into the late evening and then starting again in the early evening. Seems we were by an active construction site!

Good hotel but aging infrastructure with shower water temperature hard to adjust and elevators that bounce. That said, I appreciate the kind staff as well as the associated restaurant and rooftop bar. The bar had a great view of the new year's fireworks.

It was just a quick overnight stay I would like to mention the beds was very very soft and so our backs hurt in the morning

This hotel in South Beach is my happy place! Rooftop pool with a bar, adjoining Mexican restaurant that delivers w/ great staff, clean rooms, cocktails at check in. What else can a person ask for? We reserved one of the Two-story rooftop rooms and it was wonderful. Don’t miss the street-facing porch, a great spot for people watching.

The building is nice and clean (85/100). However, the outside noise is bothersome, especially at night until 2 AM. It's very close to important places and the Miami Beach promenade.

The stay was wonderful! I wish I could have been able to stay longer. Everything was very clean and spacious. It was located within walking distance to South Beach and everything you could think of but it was still quiet at night so you can sleep. The pool area was beautiful and the food was delicious. The hotel photos are very different from the actual situation, and the service staff are very unfriendly to Chinese tourists! The room is very small and the soundproofing is so poor! In the room, as in all the rooms, there was a safe. One morning, I forgot to put my city bag back inside it - the one with my passport, all my cash (a lot of cash), my watches, and everything else. The view that I paid $3000 for overlooked a tacky roof. The hotel next-door was doing construction. I was sick in my room for a week, listening to the banging. The only thing that saved my whole day were the employees with their kindness the room service checking in on us to make sure we were OK, but the amenities itself were not worth the money that I spent.

Very cute hotel in a great location with friendly staff. The only reason for 3 star is because building has very poor insulation. We were repeatedly woken up by middle of the night chatter from the room next door or even by walking noises from the room above.

The room was nice but we booked for 2 adults and 1 child and there was no bed for the child. Staff brought a fold-out bed but my son didn't get a real blanked and was so cold at night that he climbed in with us in the queen bed. Nobody got much sleep.

The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes away from the beach. There is an exclusive area on the beach, which is of course not comparable to hotels directly on the beach, but the price/performance ratio is still very high. It is also only a 10-minute walk from Miami's shopping street.

This is a very nice well kept historic building hotel. The bell boy was very sweet and nice and was willing to take a photo of me and my brother in front of this iconic hotel from GTA Vice city. The rooms were very nice and the AC was nice and cool.

The location of this hotel is very good, right in the most lively place in Miami's South Island, but the hotel is relatively old overall, and the flush toilet is a bit leaky. In general, the location is perfect, but the environment is relatively ordinary, a bit like a homestay.

I was not really feeling this end of ocean drive due to the fact that prices were extremely steep and area is very ghetto. everyone is smoking marijuana everywhere! hotel provided breakfast between 9-11. This is Miami Beach so lots of activity going on so it's not a quiet area. Was fine for me for a work trip, 10 to 15 minute. Walk to convention center. If you have a car park across the street at the parking garage that is $20 a day. There are 3 near by but only 1 is $20 per day.
