The room was great value for money. We have stayed in Miami several times & paid 3 times as much in other hotels for a smaller room. The staff on the whole were helpful & polite. The location of the hotel is close enough to my conference venue, Fontainebleau, especially their new conference center is across the street, very convenient. My room was facing the building HVAC air vent , I can hear noise like running 24/7. The under-bathtub bed cracked, every time I stood on top of the bathtub for shower, it's not stable and has cracking noise. The mattress, pillows and/or bedsheets...

The hotel is good, the location is good, larger windows and a balcony would be nice, but otherwise, no issues. The hotel charges a very high service fee, but they warn you about it upfront on the website. The deposit was refunded exactly one month later.

The hotel is in a great location with a swimming pool and a beach. Hotel residents can use parasols on the beach. The overall situation is in line with the positioning of the Holiday Inn, and you can enjoy the sea and beach in Miami with a lower budget.

Lower quality room for Miami 5 star, but true to Faena

This place oozes class. Everything about it, design, staff, service, bars, restaurants, are right up there. There are only a small percentage of hotels in the world have this quality. Do your self a favour and make reservation.

I had a great stay. My room had a beautiful ocean view and it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I especially want to mention Santiago from valet, when we arrived very late at night, he helped us with our luggage and took care of the car right away. Good service attitude of staff

The facilities in the room are old, for example, the electric curtains were broken when we checked in. The bathroom door squeaked. The shower water was very small and it took a long time to get hot water.

Clearly overpriced, rusty poor equipment,poor fitness. The swimming pool is great and clean and tells a great access to the beach.

One elevator was broken the whole time I never saw any one working on it . The phone service was awful

Views are very nice - the beach chairs are alittle bit old - the main problem is the noise from the AC units - it’s so loud hou don’t want to go on our patio or on the rooftop terrasse. Food at the restaurant is very poor and the food counter to take out is below average

Hotel location is good. Overnight parking was listed as $25 per night. It was turned out to be wrong. Only valet service at $52 per night was offered. The rooms are small and king size bed looks small.

Couldn't find the beach bar where it should be. 5 dollar bottle of water that is in your room. Small rooms, you couldn't open a suitcase. Don't use the valet, it's a big scam. You can park 5 minutes walk away for 20 dollars a day.

There is no problem in a twin room for a family of four. The bed is big enough. However, the space and passages in the room are very narrow. The hotel is in a decent location close to the beach. You have to pay almost $40 resort fee per day and for this there is a a small gym and small pool on the fourth floor and you get to use a beach lounger although we visited on a very windy day so couldn’t use these. We think breakfast should be included for the price charged.

I spent here only one night on a private room. Everything was great, the room was big and comfortable, had a big desk, the bathroom was big and provided with everything. The place is well located in Miami beach, close to the beach and provide beach towels as well. The price I had found the room was good, but other times I saw it was way more expensive.

I had a great stay at Viajero Hostel. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the common areas were perfect for meeting people. Everything is old in the hotel though still clean. But the bathroom is too slippery, the outdoor pool doesn’t look the same as the shown photos, while the noise from other rooms and the hallway is quite annoying from time to time.

It’s a very quaint hotel and tons of restaurants to walk to and if you want to do some shopping, it’s only about 10 minute walk away. The food was excellent. I ate two desserts, the Panna cotta and some milk chocolate caramel something that was incredible.

The room has been updated since the hotel was first constructed, but you can tell that it's probably been a good 10 to 15 years. It was a fantastic stay! Just a few inside things, 1. The vodka cocktail I got was 40.17$ . I received two, 15$ drink vouchers at check in and with both vouchers I still paid 10.17$. 2. The water pressure on the 5th floor was very low and did not get real hot. It worked good enough for a shower, but it took a little more time. The hotel is wonderful.
