Best place ever It was an amazing trip. I highly highly recommend it. It is highly overpriced. Breakfast was like $120 for two of us, but you felt like royalty and they did everything they could to make sure you were happy. They even had champagne in the lobby all day from 10 till six.

Pool and beach staff offered amazing services. Bell staff are great too. Housekeeping is not as good, rooms are not cleaned well, we found our bathroom rugs and shower area to be uncleaned and still dirty after housekeeping. Necessary items such as tissue were not replenished.

No porter willing to help you with your luggage. There were three porters in the lobby, and no one bothered to take my bags and load them into the car. They were only joking around and checking out the women in their swimsuits. If you have trouble sleeping in the sunlight, I recommend staying somewhere else. The ocean-view rooms directly facing the sea not only boast beautiful views but are also very spacious, with balconies offering unbeatable ocean vistas. The hotel's beach service is also excellent. The only downside is the excessive amount of yellow algae along the shore. 😜

The room faces the sea, and the view is very comfortable. The hotel beach is not big and is shared with the hotel next door. The beach chairs are collected by the staff at about 5 or 6 pm. If you want to lie on the beach, you need to go early.

Had the best experience at this hotel - they really helped us out and took such good care of us after our flight was cancelled and we had to urgently find a place to stay. Rooms were clean and light, the pool was amazing. All the staff was so helpful and pleasant - will come back!

Super cute room and a great location! The hotel is a boutique hotel, updated from original 1939 build. Solid oak wood floors, cute wallpaper and decor, with a view of the sand and ocean just a short block away. Restaurant and bar downstairs with happy hour from 3 to 6 every day. Just a couple minutes walk to the Miami Beach Boardwalk, and sand and water. Perfect location for a great price.

The beach was one street further, but easily accessible. The hotel is very well located and very friendly. The room was nice. A slight problem was the shower that had a very low pressure, and the soap was difficult to reach--the hotel may want to fix this.

Everything was great! However, I booked an ocean view room and there was the tiniest sliver of ocean from the window. My recommendation is to not spend the extra $20 and go with the standard room. You can always walk one block and see the ocean from the beach.

My room was facing the building HVAC air vent , I can hear noise like running 24/7. The hotel is good, the location is good, larger windows and a balcony would be nice, but otherwise, no issues. The hotel charges a very high service fee, but they warn you about it upfront on the website. The deposit was refunded exactly one month later.

The hotel is in a great location with a swimming pool and a beach. Hotel residents can use parasols on the beach. The overall situation is in line with the positioning of the Holiday Inn, and you can enjoy the sea and beach in Miami with a lower budget.

Nice enough room for an efficiency, but much like other reviewers did not have hot water in the room for showers. Let the front desk know and they said they would talk to the manager and reverse the resort fee. Never followed through or called us. The water heaters in rooms not working is a known issue, the front desk acknowledged that, so it’s even more disappointing that it has not been corrected...

The hotel is great, close to everything on the hillside. Only the parking in the area is expensive, but there are cheaper options a few minutes' walk away.

Clean hotel in good location but unfriendly and unprofessional at the reception

Took off a star because the room I had was smaller than normal. I rented a two bed room and the room was just enough for the two beds and a chair in the corner. There is no desk or kitchen. The beds were a little low to the floor than what I normally expect. It is modern but I'd rather have more room.

Checkin and friendliness of staff (Julie) was great! Only issue from inside room 402 we could hear all outside noises. Room location was not great.

This place oozes class. Everything about it, design, staff, service, bars, restaurants, are right up there. There are only a small percentage of hotels in the world have this quality. Do your self a favour and make reservation.

Amazing stay in the Faena Hotel Miami. Are suite was amazing had a wonderful view. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The Housekeeper lady Cesia was extreamly nice even left us some extra chocolates as a gratuity when she learned that it was our anniversary. One of the workers in the front explained everything upon arrival showed us everything in the hotel and gave us some champagne...

Views are very nice - the beach chairs are alittle bit old - the main problem is the noise from the AC units - it’s so loud hou don’t want to go on our patio or on the rooftop terrasse. Food at the restaurant is very poor and the food counter to take out is below average

Amazing stay with a perfect location near the beach. We could walk everywhere from the beach to eating. Security locks the doors at night, art deco vibe with clean atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back for this great price. The service was quick and responsive.

During our stay there seemed to be some construction or remodeling of the bar and out doors area. Bar area was not in service and no dining. The hotel is small but in a very good location. The beach is just two blocks away with lots of stores such as Zara, H&M, The Gap, Free People, etc. all within walking distance. A very convenient location, right behind the beach. Friendly concierge staff, smooth luggage storage service. However the room is a bit smelly, which should not happen in a four star hotel.

Very small, old room with very little amenities. The towels were so rough that it left my skin raw. My first night there was a bunch of screaming that kept me up. The only benefit is the beach is across the street. No toiletries offered except for toilet paper. For the proce, this is not worth it. The closet smelled and had a musty odor. The bed was small, no other seating nor desk area.

I spent here only one night on a private room. Everything was great, the room was big and comfortable, had a big desk, the bathroom was big and provided with everything. The place is well located in Miami beach, close to the beach and provide beach towels as well. The price I had found the room was good, but other times I saw it was way more expensive.

I had a great stay at Viajero Hostel. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the common areas were perfect for meeting people. The room had no black out curtains and a dirty floor.. the light pollution was pretty bad. If you like a dark room, probably not the place for you. You also may need more pillows, only 2 per bed. Staff was very nice though, and the location is fun.

really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was polite and professional, and the room was cleaned every single day. Everything in the room felt new and spotless — they even vacuumed daily. Excellent hotel and excellent location, but they take a deposit from you and do not return the deposit, so be careful. It has been 15 days since my deposit was returned to me. I contacted them and they said that I returned the deposit and the problem is with the bank. I called the bank and the bank said that nothing was received, so be careful of them. They do not return the deposit.
