Ithaca has super location close to the beach. Moreoever it has clean, big rooms that are well maintained. It provides also umbrellas, chairs and beach towels.

Stayed for an extended weekend, the location is right in the middle of the Art Deco district, so it can be expected that it is an older building, the decor is a bit outdated but the room (suite) was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, room can be serviced daily if requested, the staff was very polite, no issues with checking in.

Simply a hidden gem in the middle of the glamorous life of Miami Beach. The location is absolutely perfect. It's a Hostal, if you then you know. The staff was incredibly kind, if you had a bad experience most likely it's on you. Rooms have private bathroom, tiled shower, the room and bathroom gets clean every single day. I can go on with a positive review.

I shared a room in a 6-bed room. It only had one large bathroom-shower, and the sink was in the common area of ​​the room. Quite clean and check-in was very fast. They charge a $50 deposit. The room was kind of dingy, sink had ants but free beach towels and chairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they made the stay for me.

Room and parking! The hotel didn’t have a lot of amenities. It wasn’t the cleanest! We looked out the window and our view was a back alley which had a latter to our window. The staff took breaks in the alley just below our room. There were kids running the hall being really loud until almost 11pm. No vending ice machine. They just have a small countertop ice maker for the whole hotel.

The walls were paper thin, and the lady of the night in the room next to mine had a VERY busy day. The bed in the room next to mine was constantly banging against the wall, and let's just say that woman wad very loud. Even the arguing next door could be heard clearly. Perfect spot in South beach right by beach and close to all the good spots in Miami - I highly recommend it. Only ever quiet for maybe 6 hrs out of 24 which is great if that's what you're looking for. Rooms were good size - pillows were huge and uncomfortable to sleep on was the only negative for me.
