Stayed for an extended weekend, the location is right in the middle of the Art Deco district, so it can be expected that it is an older building, the decor is a bit outdated but the room (suite) was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, room can be serviced daily if requested, the staff was very polite, no issues with checking in.

Had an amazing stay here for my birthday weekend with my friends! The staff was super helpful and patient especially with me and my friends figuring things out as we went. Very cute hotel in a great location with friendly staff. The only reason for 3 star is because building has very poor insulation. We were repeatedly woken up by middle of the night chatter from the room next door or even by walking noises from the room above.

I shared a room in a 6-bed room. It only had one large bathroom-shower, and the sink was in the common area of ​​the room. Quite clean and check-in was very fast. They charge a $50 deposit. The location was perfect for solo travelers. It was a 5 minute walk to Miami Beach and I was able to enjoy the beach from the morning. I would like to go again if I have a chance.

The room was kind of dingy, sink had ants but free beach towels and chairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they made the stay for me.

Room and parking! The hotel didn’t have a lot of amenities. It wasn’t the cleanest! We looked out the window and our view was a back alley which had a latter to our window. The staff took breaks in the alley just below our room. There were kids running the hall being really loud until almost 11pm. No vending ice machine. They just have a small countertop ice maker for the whole hotel.

The walls were paper thin, and the lady of the night in the room next to mine had a VERY busy day. The service here was fantastic! It was super hot outside and we came in the evening from an AirBnB that was not very clean and the A/C barely worked. Blas, the manager, took care of us and gave excellent customer service. The rooms were very clean and remodeled, having everything we needed. Also was in a short walking distance to everything.
