Value for money! My friend and I stayed at the La Flora Hotel in Miami. We got a great deal on the rooms. It was a basic room did the job, the staff were great! They also offer guests free cocktails from 3-5 I believe, not certain of the timings. Just be careful parking in the public parking space right next to the hotel as we witnessed someone get their valuables get robbed from their car.

The food and drinks were great—fresh burritos, tasty cocktails, and quick service from a friendly, attentive server. However, we’re giving four stars because of an unannounced 20% mandatory gratuity. We had some burritos and cocktails. Burittos were nice and fresh and the cocktails were cold and tasty. Our server was really nice and attentive. The food came pretty fast also. The only reason for the 4star is that they have a hidden 20% mandatory tip, but noone is telling you about and they are still asking you to put extra tip when you pay by card. You only see that 20% extra once you get the receipt

Valentine's date night! Lets just say great time! Great drinks food service music and CHAMPAGNE!!! We had Cristal, nicely price even for ocean drive, Alaskans king crab legs and lobster salmon special was awesome. Great place for a good dinner. I'll go again soon

Perfect spot in South beach right by beach and close to all the good spots in Miami - I highly recommend it. Only ever quiet for maybe 6 hrs out of 24 which is great if that's what you're looking for. Rooms were good size - pillows were huge and uncomfortable to sleep on was the only negative for me. Restaurant always has specials and food was decent.

The hotel overcharged the minibar by nearly $25! Then I contacted the hotel, and it took a long time to get a reply. It was very confusing! The hotel itself was nice — clean rooms, good facilities, and a convenient location that made my stay enjoyable. However, the staff were not very friendly and seemed unwilling to assist unless asked directly, which was disappointing. Check‑in also took longer than expected. Me and my sister enjoyed our stay quite a bit! The rooms were very nice and so was the staff. The only issue was the HIDDEN FEES. I book via ******* which guarantees no additional costs, but there was an underlying resort fee that I wasn't expecting. Other than that, our stay was lovely. Looking forward to popping in very soon.

The room was in ok condition and the staff was lacking the necessary documents needed to provide for a smooth transition of information. No Parking, had to park a block away from room so I was on the edge worrying that my car was going to be towed or broken into. Thankfully it wasn't. The location in South Beach is definitely a big selling point, but it’s frustrating when the amenities and services don’t live up to expectations, especially when you’re paying for them. A stopped-up toilet, weak shower pressure, and lukewarm water are pretty major inconveniences. And yeah, when the advertised pictures make it look more luxurious than it actually is, it can feel like a bit of a bait...

The only thing We have to say is about the loud music night lately, after 11pm. The breakfast is good. Its located near to south beach. There is towels and 2 chairs to use in the beach. Water, hot tea and coffee all the day in the lobby. The shower is good, but the little bed (like sofa) is not good like the big one.

The Cove was a great place to stay. Despite the microwave being on the first floor, which was a small inconvenience. Jessica who was the front desk clerk was very informative on which restaurants had great food and discounts. Our overall experience was great and we will be back next year.

The little hotel sits back off the street behind the Cafe Bastille. We arrived earlier than expected but Jessica was able to store our luggage while we explored the area and expedited our rooms to accommodate us. The room had been updated and was colorful and inviting. Miami South Beach was just a short 2 block walk with plenty of restaurants in the area.

Staff are not helpful and not friendly

Location is excellent. Cleanliness is normal but clean enough. Service is acceptable. Only thing I just feel sorry is pressure of the shower is weak. Totally, in Miami beach, this hotel is recommended.

The hotel has central air conditioning, even in the bathroom. Not to mention that there was NO hot water so we had to take a shower in winter with cold water with the AC running in the bathroom.
