Yes, but room 301 (a corner suite) had an awful sound caused by the "ventilation system"that needed to be fixed (twice) during the night. So, we unable to sleep comfortably.

lovely hotel with wonderful friendly staff, and the perfect location. The beds are lovely and comfortable and the hotel very pretty. However, they need to upgrade the quality of the food preparation. The offerings were very good but the actual preparation of the food was not in line with any of the other Pendry hotels we have stayed in.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet. Both the front desk and room service were excellent. We could even open the sofa bed and make it into a bed. This was the greatest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. At the check in desk, a nice employee upgraded us (we had a room for two people and we were four people) to a suite. The details are the real thing. The Chinese-style design of the guest rooms is elegant and grand, and the food in the Chinese restaurant is amazing. Many luxury brands have big branches in the United States, and the Peninsula can still maintain its consistent level and deserves praise.

I’ve stayed at all of the best Chicago hotels and the Langham is up there with the peninsula as best in the city.  My one complaint is that the pool, specifically the water, was not clean.  The large pool was very murky with visible debris on the bottom and the hot tub had a dark line of dirt/skin at the water line.  That said, the rest of the hotel was pristine and perfectly maintained.

This luxurious hotel is absolutely outstanding. The hotel is clean and the customer service is exceptional. The club lounge is worth every penny. We were treated like royalty and the staff went out of their way to make sure our experience was a 10 out of 10. We were able to enjoy the movie, sweet and watch home alone, and it was fully stocked.

Room was quite large, very clean, and thebbed was comfortable. Side note: the current trend in hotel bathroom lighting is muted, yellow lighting, which is really difficult to get ready to.

Check in process was easy and the staff was awesome as he guided me through the process. The hotel room is cleaned and well maintained and the view was immaculate. The hotel is old, the corridors are not very clean, the air conditioning was broken and there was no heating. It is located in the city center, in a very bustling area. The American breakfast was plentiful and quite good.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to all the main attractions. Self-check-in was super fast and convenient. The only minor drawback was that only one elevator was operating, which sometimes meant a long wait. However, even that didn't detract from our overall positive impression.

The location is convenient, close to the subway station, and the front desk service was pretty good. However, the safe in the room was broken and unusable. It seems there's a bar downstairs, but it wasn't noisy up in the room. I recommend requesting a high-floor room as the air conditioning units outside on the lower floors can be quite loud.

This is a super cute vintage looking hotel. We stayed on the night of 29th November. The private quad is perfect for friends to crash for the night. The view from our room was nice. Great hotel in the center of downtown. I was able to walk everywhere. I stayed in town for the river dyeing on St. Patrick’s Day weekend and was a 10 min walk from the river. I booked 6 months in advance and got a great deal for 3 nights in downtown Chicago.
