Chicago, 350 W Wolf Point Plaza Building 2 (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The location was amazing, surrounded by the Chicago River. The breakfast buffet was filling and a relaxing environment. The waitstaff was attentive and the view was grand!
Hotel was pretty good. A few little annoyances, but these were made up for by the great location; right on the river with incredible views from the windows. It’s a bit of a mission to get to the rooms (up one elevator through the restaurant to another set of lifts and up again). Despite the 3 elevators from the ground floor up to the 15th reception, they took ages. It’s as if only one of the worked...

room was spacious , overall hotel is great tp stay. breakfast was good. just that need to take multiple lift to reach the hotel.
It was not a comfortable stay especially due to noisy AC, staff is supportive but all room have the same issue.
The hotel's 15th-floor reception hall is super tall and large, the rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is skin-friendly, soft and comfortable, and from the window you can overlook the five iron bridges across the Chicago River and the buildings on both sides that are full of stories, and get a glimpse of the majesty of this century-old industrial city... The only drawback is that the water output...

Yes, but room 301 (a corner suite) had an awful sound caused by the "ventilation system"that needed to be fixed (twice) during the night. So, we unable to sleep comfortably.
Best hotel ive ever stayed in. Perfect location for moving around Chicago. Everyone helpful, had a great time.
A very clean room, everything smells good and fresh, very nice staff, the staff helps all the time, my family and I feels very secure in the hotel.
The room was fantastic, the rest of the hotel (lobby, gym, bar) is spotless. We arranged an engagement photoshoot in the bar via Laura S (events coordinator) and she was unbelievably helpful in ensuring everything was done correctly and in line with hotel procedure. Will be staying again when we revisit Chicago!
lovely hotel with wonderful friendly staff, and the perfect location. The beds are lovely and comfortable and the hotel very pretty. However, they need to upgrade the quality of the food preparation. The offerings were very good but the actual preparation of the food was not in line with any of the other Pendry hotels we have stayed in.
While the front desk staff could be more welcoming, the bell desk staff was very nice and offered water to those waiting

Great stay! The staff at the front desk was very nice
Loved this hotel with the balcony option so much i booked it again for February. Location, amenities and rooms were amazing. They could use a better option for dining but thats nothing that will keep me away. The deli just had minimal options and closed a little early.

I usually stay at the Ritz-Carlton, but my assistant accidentally booked the Crowne Plaza Chicago for a week of private equity meetings with financial firms—and I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and very convenient for all my business appointments. The staff was professional and accommodating, making sure everything ran smoothly. While I’m used to a luxury stay, the...
I had a very nice experience at the Crown Plaza West Loop in Chicago. The breakfast was well worth including as it is had very good hot and cold options. The restaurant was great for other meals as well. It was in walking distance of great Greek food, Whole Foods, several markets, and the best pizza ever at Nancy's Pizza. The rooms were basic but comfortable. The only thing I didn't care for was the...
Great soft product. I only spent a quick overnight stay here, but all the staff was amazing. I walked in the people at the front desk greeted me. They put down whatever they were doing, got me checked in quickly, explained all the amenities and I was on my way to get a night‘s sleep.
However, the hard product needs some love. This was my first and last stay here. It’s not like this is a cheap place...
I enjoyed the stay got a last minute reservation and it turned out great wasn’t much too stay either would stay with them again also the front desk lady very sweet.

My stay was great. Staff was very helpful and polite in the rooms were very clean and well kept the housekeeping were very polite and very attentive.
This is a tough one as we enjoyed the property and staff but it did not live up to a 4 or higher star rating hotel - staff did not change feather pillows and sheets until day #2 as we requested in advance and, of course, we had allergic reactions, they did apologize, but considering their rates and the plethora of other hotels we have had better experiences. We loaded our own bags in a cart when we...
The room was tired and neglected looking. Room service only appeared after 5 pm
Very disappointed
toilet didn't work properly, bathtub was a mess of caulking. Minibar had to be unlocked by maintenance and there were items missing from it.
Excellent location and fantastic amenities. Four Seasons is as always- top notch service and stay. You won’t be disappointed. Beautiful hotel.

Our family stay exceeded all expectations and was truly exceptional. The view from the room was stunning, and the location was perfectly situated for convenience. The overall cleanliness was impeccable, reflecting a high standard of care and attention to detail. What stood out the most was the staff’s gracious hospitality and professionalism, which made our stay even more memorable. This hotel delivers...
I could not stay at the hotel because of high fever. And I could not get a free cancellation because I didn’t have a doctors note and it was on Christmas Day, and I was not able to move due to high fever. Hotel did not accept my request even though my request was just a few minutes later on the deadline for the free cancellation. I was so disappointed that and obviously I was so excited to stay this...
Fantastic property and the best hotel check-in/recepetion we have ever experienced. The best gym, great rooftop space, huge rooms, central location in the middle of it all. (Better than Four Seasons, Andaz, Fairmont, Waldorf, Cerullian Tower etc)
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet. Both the front desk and room service were excellent. We could even open the sofa bed and make it into a bed. The location is fantastic with amazing views, especially being able to see the Navy Pier fireworks perfectly. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.
The room is spacious, and the bathtub is huge. The service and location are excellent – right on the Magnificent Mile, perfect for shopping.
I was surprised by the vibe of this hotel. The staff is so warm and welcoming. Recommended for the location as well.

I booked a stay for my parents and overall the property itself is beautiful. The rooms and facilities are excellent, and much of the staff provided the level of hospitality the Peninsula is known for. The front desk was also helpful in providing us a upgraded room and a thoughtful welcome amenity recognizing the anniversary we were celebrating.
However, we had a frustrating experience with the spa...
This was the greatest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. At the check in desk, a nice employee upgraded us (we had a room for two people and we were four people) to a suite. Although the pool was closed for maintenance, the whole package was nothing I’ve ever experienced. The bathrooms had complementary slippers, toothbrushes, hair combs, and so much more. The beds were very comfortable. Overall 5 star...
Facilities: Very complete.
Hygiene: Very clean.
Environment: Good.
Service: Excellent. The nightly turndown service was particularly satisfying, and most of the staff were very polite. Some even spoke Chinese, which made me feel very welcome.
ATTENTION to details means everything. This hotel is by far one of my new favorite hotels downtown. My husband and I try to stay at a new hotel three times a year. This one definitely didn't disappoint us at all. The bed was so comfy and the little cute cupcake just made my husband's birthday a little more fun. Hands down the BEST slippers we've ever been given at a hotel. Definitely a 10/10 with...
Best hotel in the Chi. Jenny at the front desk is amazing and kind. Usually dislike hotels out in the US cause they so terrible compared to other countries, but this was comparable to the peninsula in thailand/shanghai or bellagio in shanghai
The details are the real thing. The Chinese-style design of the guest rooms is elegant and grand, and the food in the Chinese restaurant is amazing. Many luxury brands have big branches in the United States, and the Peninsula can still maintain its consistent level and deserves praise.

The location, service and amenities were wonderful. The club level was also well worth it, with plenty of food and drink options for both adults and children.
I’ve stayed at all of the best Chicago hotels and the Langham is up there with the peninsula as best in the city. My one complaint is that the pool, specifically the water, was not clean. The large pool was very murky with visible debris on the bottom and the hot tub had a dark line of dirt/skin at the water line. That said, the rest of the hotel was pristine and perfectly maintained.
This luxurious hotel is absolutely outstanding. The hotel is clean and the customer service is exceptional. The club lounge is worth every penny. We were treated like royalty and the staff went out of their way to make sure our experience was a 10 out of 10. We were able to enjoy the movie, sweet and watch home alone, and it was fully stocked.
Amazing stay. Definitely our favorite hotel in Chicago! The staff was so kind and our room was absolutely spotless. 20/10 as our daughter would say!
Remarkable stay! I will return for my next stay in downtown Chicago. Have stayed at other 5 Star Hotels but this one is now my #1 choice. Thank you to all the staff that made my family's stay a memorable one.

Side note: the current trend in hotel bathroom lighting is muted, yellow lighting, which is really difficult to get ready to.
I really enjoyed my stay …very nice and clean room and a very comfortable bed. Very friendly workers who were able to answer any questions.

Great hotel. Downtown direct! NO parking
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The lobby is a tad small and took us a second to find our check-in desk.
I was pleased with the room we were in. It had a nice view, a comfy bed, and a decent amount of space. The bathrooms products were also really nice, compared to other Marriott hotels.

Beware the "Park and Stay" package.
The rooms at this hotel are small and basic, but they are also clean, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located. The staff was very polite and accommodating. I booked this room last minute and it turned out to be a great choice. The room itself was ok, but what truly made my experience exceptional was Meoisha at the front desk. I had just arrived in Chicago after a 14-hour drive in a huge truck that wouldn’t fit in most downtown parking lots. I was exhausted and stressed, but she was incredibly patient, helpful, and kind. She resolved my parking issue within...
Probably the best value for the quality you get. Excellent hotel.
From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a very positive and friendly male host at the entrance — smiling, making pleasant small talk, and sincerely wishing me a good day. Check in process was easy and the staff was awesome as he guided me through the process. The hotel room is cleaned and well maintained and the view was immaculate. Location is great it was only a few minute walk from the station to get to the hotel. The washroom was a little old but it was clean. I would recommend it to anyone travelling to Chicago as it is a good hotel to stay at

Very good river view, and excellent service.
The hotel is old, the corridors are not very clean, the air conditioning was broken and there was no heating. It is located in the city center, in a very bustling area. The American breakfast was plentiful and quite good.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to all the main attractions. Self-check-in was super fast and convenient. The only minor drawback was that only one elevator was operating, which sometimes meant a long wait. However, even that didn't detract from our overall positive impression.

Had a very pleasant stay. Thoughtful to have many convenient USB points, as well as a hdmi port at the work table. Would have been perfect if the TV could be rotated to face the work table and be used as a 2nd monitor.
The couch was nicely firm and comfy
The hotel and staff went above and beyond our expectations, provided a complementary wheel chair, extended our check out time, and help by bringing our luggage to the room. Due to weather we stayed to make my husband's early morning heart doctor appointment without having to drive 3 hours in bad weather. We will certainly stay here whenever we have the opportunity again.
Great room - I liked the mid-century modern finishes. I also really enjoyed the fitness center and pool/hot tub.

Definitely will go there again. Very nice place which is located in Downtown. You go out and can find everything whatever you want.
The location is convenient, close to the subway station, and the front desk service was pretty good. However, the safe in the room was broken and unusable. It seems there's a bar downstairs, but it wasn't noisy up in the room. I recommend requesting a high-floor room as the air conditioning units outside on the lower floors can be quite loud.
This is a super cute vintage looking hotel. We stayed on the night of 29th November. The private quad is perfect for friends to crash for the night. The view from our room was nice. The bar and the lounge on the first floor was super cute and nice. Special mention to the receptionist - I forgot to ask his name, but African American dude. He is the best. Amazing hospitality from the staff.
It’s a cute place, and you pay for what you get. Bring ear plugs. Our room was super loud, and right next to a parking garage. The room was cozy, and the updated aspects felt like a nice addition. Good location to stay,20 mins walk to riverwalk
I chose this hotel because of its walking proximity to a business-related destination. It is ideally situated in the beautiful Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago.

Great hotel in the center of downtown. I was able to walk everywhere. I stayed in town for the river dyeing on St. Patrick’s Day weekend and was a 10 min walk from the river. I booked 6 months in advance and got a great deal for 3 nights in downtown Chicago.
