Hotel Ida in Bansko

Hotel Ida was an absolute delight from start to finish. The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly welcoming. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home—friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with a warm, relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind after a day on the slopes. The overall ambiance of the hotel is calm and charming. Hotel Ida exceeded all expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay. Many Thanks Danny, an exceptional host.

Hotel IDA is in a great location, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. A special mention to Danny, who really looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. He was incredibly helpful and gave us great guidance on where to go, which made the experience even better. Friendly service and a fantastic location — highly recommend Hotel IDA.

The staff at the hotel are super friendly, welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to stay beyond check-out to wait for our transfer and speaking to us like friends when we bumped into each other in town !

The rooms are nice, a small balcony, good size bathroom and big bed, the decoration was a slightly odd theme but it added to the charm. Only issue was it got super hot in the rooms, and the bathroom floor would get soaked after a shower, but both things you can put aside for the price and friendliness.

The location is great too, only a few minutes to the gondola, and to the old town and the main tourist streets, but still situated in a quieter part of the town away from loud pubs which means you can get an early night before getting up early for the slopes again.

They have a small pool which may not provide much as a means of exercise but it's always appreciated after a long day on the slopes. The sauna was nice as well, you ask for it to be heated and 40 minutes later, it is! It's small but we were always the only ones in it so it felt very cosy. And finally they have a little gym and a great massage service, we got 2 when we stayed!

Nice staff and tidy rooms. Very good for the price. Amazing bar and restaurant - drinks, food and service. Chilling atmosphere and privacy during all the stay.

We have been to Have Ida for our summer vacation. During the weekdays the town was quite empty.
The hotel itself offers nice rooms and a beautiful garden with a small restaurant and bar. Would totally recommend staying there.

Great family hotel, absolutely worth it for the value. The cocktails are the specialty of the owner and they have a lovely cosy garden in the summer when someone can enjoy them. Also pool and
fitness is available. The room that we were was quite spacious and recently renovated.
