Hotel Iceberg Bansko in Bansko

We've been to bansko 7 times and stayed in some of the big name hotels in the main town near the gondola and have always had a nice time. This time we stayed here due to increasing prices, it is slightly further out of town (a couple of hundred meters) but this not an issue at all for us as the hotel has a private mini bus that takes you to the gondola. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the shower is amazing! The spa and pool is the perfect way to end a days skiing, the breakfast was a good way to start the day. Most importantly the staff were absolutely fantastic, the owner could not have done enough for us and it made the stay so much more enjoyable. We will 100% be coming back.

Just out of the busy part of town easy walkable (free bus to town).
Clean good size room, nice bar area
area, had a nice breakfast and the Spa area was good to relax after a long day.
The staff would always ask how our day was very friendly.

Fantastic hotel for the money. Rooms are clean and as you would expect and a great location for old town and excellent free shuttle to the gondela. However the thing that makes this hotel is the amazing, friendly, attentive staff. Nothing is too much and they treated our whole party as if they had known us for years. We will be back for certain

It was a pleasure to stay at Hotel Iceberg last week. You get so much value for money here and the staff really go above and beyond to make sure that you’re stay is comfortable. A big thank you to Drago, Violetta, Costas, and Michalis. The rooms are warm and comfortable, you get a lift to and from the Gondola every day, hearty breakfast and a nice spa to enjoy after a day of skiing/snowboarding. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent value for money, all the amenities that are expected these days and more. Hotel staff extremely friendly and welcoming, Dragov and Mikis were very friendly to me and my nephew and went above and beyond to make our stay feel amazing. Great food and drink in the evening all home cooked, they have a grill and proper pizza oven, as well as chefs occasional chefs specials and a nice fireplace by the tables. Free WiFi works perfectly, shuttle runs to and from the gondola (we preferred the ten minute walk through town each day anyway). Massages are bookable through the reception and are excellent value for money and provided onsite. Breakfast was rotation so different options every morning which is nice. Home made apple pie was banging!

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and we had a great time. All the 3 receptionist s were welcoming and helpful. Our room got everything what needed:comfy bed tv, fridge, balcony and a great size bathroom.
Breakfast was like everywhere else, range of variety,not too crowded.
We really enjoyed the spa area which was really quite. Bonus for steam room!!

Nice experience. We were 2 couples and we stayed for 7 nights. Breakfast is ok, bot so much variaty but something new every day. Good ti get a nice start before hiting the slopes. Room was great, 2 bedroom apartement (108) with living room, 3 balconies, 2 bathrooms. Dinner is ok. Try "Delicious Fries + Ribbs". Room was cleaned every day, toeel change every 3 days.Spa center was great... decent pool, Turkish Steam Bath and Jacuzzi all included in the price :). It was a great holiday.

4 star for the 3 star hotel. It is 3 star hotel, but the staff was helpful all the time. The ski bus was driving daily no matter that for 2 days I was the only passenger. The food was classic Bulgarian nothing special. Jacuzzi sometimes was hot sometimes was cold they did not care to fix it.
