The service at Beijing Hotel was a delightful surprise! The front desk staff proactively double-checked my invoice details during check-out. I accidentally left my diamond ring behind, and Jia Yuxin went above and beyond by contacting me and arranging for it to be couriered to my home. I was incredibly touched by their kindness.

Every time I visit Beijing, I always prefer to stay at the Beijing Hotel. The location is superb, and parking is cheaper than the surrounding major hotels, at 60 RMB per day. For non-guests, it's 16 RMB per hour. The service and hygiene are impeccable, but the facilities are really dated. The main control for everything is this old, rusty box next to the bed. The air conditioning is also poor, and even after maintenance, it doesn't get fixed. The bathroom doesn't have a separate wet and dry area. They really need to renovate soon.

Pros: Excellent location, right next to a subway entrance, and behind Wangfujing Street. Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City are within walking distance. The room is quite spacious, and the two beds in the twin room are 1.35 meters wide, so two people can sleep comfortably. Cons: The subway entrance doesn't have an escalator, so you have to carry luggage up and down. The room decor is a bit dated, and you have to shower while standing in the bathtub. The room is also very dry due to the heating. Overall, it's still very worthwhile for a family of three.

The Beijing Hotel truly lives up to its reputation. The room was incredibly clean, very spacious, and they even upgraded us for free to a higher floor room, just as we requested for a south-facing view. It overlooks Chang'an Avenue and has a balcony, although you can't actually go out onto it, apparently for safety reasons. The lighting was excellent, the soundproofing was great, and the cleanliness and service were also top-notch. The front desk staff were very warm and helpful. It was an overall fantastic experience! The facilities are a little dated, but it doesn't detract from the overall impression.

The room facilities are a bit old, but the location is excellent, super close to watch the flag-raising ceremony, the National Museum, and the Forbidden City. The service was also quite good, and feedback was handled promptly. The rooms are spacious, and the beds in the twin rooms are relatively large.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and although the facilities were a bit dated, the service was good; staff were quick to address any requests. The entire hotel environment is elegant, showcasing the grand luxury of a century-old establishment. The bedding could be improved. There's no need for lavish renovations; preserving the traditional style is better! For dining, perhaps they could offer some simpler meals tailored for seniors!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms are decent, though the decor is a bit old-fashioned. The facilities and equipment are well-maintained. There's a balcony, but it's locked and inaccessible, which I understood once I saw what was outside. The bed is narrow, a true single bed, and the mattress is quite firm, making for an uncomfortable sleep. A major downside is that food deliveries aren't brought up to the room by a robot.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to famous attractions like Wangfujing Street and Tiananmen Square. The staff are friendly and polite, especially the front desk team who are professional and always willing to help. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the dining service is also spot on.

The concert I booked was at the Beijing Hotel. As expected of an old-established five-star hotel, it's solid and reliable with no downsides. I'd choose it again next time; the location is excellent and transportation is very convenient.

Everything was great except for the slightly outdated facilities. The staff were all very good, and it's a decent, no-frills hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic! It's super convenient to walk to the National Museum, Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, Wangfujing, the subway, or catch a taxi.
