The sister at the front desk was very enthusiastic and the service was very thoughtful. I will stay here again next time.
The environment is very good and the service attitude is also good. Recommended
The service is thoughtful, the environment is clean and elegant, and I will renew my subscription.
The hotel environment is elegant, the lobby service staff is very enthusiastic, the service is thoughtful and meticulous, and they answer all your questions. The room is clean and tidy. It was a very satisfactory stay.
The front desk service needs to be improved. There are not many ways to serve the guests wholeheartedly.

It was nice to stay there. We couldn’t use WiFi. We expected more options for breakfast but the rest was fine
Very clean and nice stay the location was great xiao li was very helpful at the front desk
The breakfast is variety and value for money.
We check late night and received free upgrade to deluxe room without additional charges.
Overall, the property could not claim to be four or five stars. I had made some enquiries beforehand, but their landline was not available all day (I complained about the problem at check-in, but they just said the line was busy at some time, which was not realistically acceptable). They shouldn't be accepting cheap Chinese local tours, which resulted in such a mess at the morning buffet. There was...

The room was a bit old, but still acceptable, and it wasn't too crowded, so it was pretty quiet. It's conveniently located between two subway stations. Some of the twin rooms have bathtubs, while others don't. The shower head had no place to hang, which I recommend improving; you just have to hold it. The toiletries were pretty standard, nothing special; I'd suggest bringing your own shampoo and toothpaste...
I stayed at this hotel for a week in early November. I chose it primarily for its relatively close proximity to the city center (convenient by taxi or subway), and because I wanted to avoid the crowded areas around popular attractions – which can still be packed even in the off-season.
That said, this hotel is perfect for those who seek tranquility, dislike tourist crowds, and want to experience Beijing...
This hotel is super clean and very close to Guomao, making it perfect for both business trips and family vacations. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the service is warm and friendly. Plus, there's a Luckin Coffee right there, which is super convenient! The accommodations are comfortable, cozy, and quiet.
Facilities: Well-equipped. Convenient transportation, close to the bus station, and not far from the Temple of Heaven by taxi.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Beautiful, with a convenience store downstairs.
Service: Warm and friendly. The floor attendant even helped me with my luggage when I checked in.
The price didn't increase much during the long holiday, so it's excellent value for money
I stayed here for a week at the beginning of November. I chose this hotel mainly because it’s relatively close to the city center (easy to reach by taxi or metro) and because I wanted to avoid the crowded areas near major tourist attractions — even in the low season there were still hundreds of people there.
That said, this hotel is a very good choice for those who appreciate peace and quiet, fewer...
I've been to Beijing many times with my kids, but this was my first stay at the Broadcasting Tower Hotel. Although it's a bit of a walk to the subway station, it was a pleasant stroll in the beautiful Beijing autumn with ginkgo leaves scattered everywhere. The family room is very spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom, which already makes it superior to many cramped hotels. The cleanliness...

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. I don't quite remember their names, but everyone was so warm and helpful, assisting me with taxis and guiding me to my destinations. They were all very friendly and professional! The front desk service was fantastic – so warm and efficient! The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable atmosphere and great amenities. Excellent value for money, I had a very satisfying stay and would definitely recommend it!
The hotel was very modern and the service was good. Very convenient and you can walk to Sanlitun area. Good breakfast with some western options. They leave a cute nota at your room :)
The room was a bit hot and the air conditioning wasn't working, but everything else was great.
It was near from shopping malls and other stores. Staff members were helpful

The room is spacious and extremely comfortable. I do not mind taking a taxi into the city if it means getting such a large room.
However, the gym, steam room, and swimming pool seem to be managed by an outside operator rather than directly by the hotel, so that part may not be as good.
That said, the room itself is really nice. It also has a washer-dryer, and the kitchen area is fully equipped, so...

The location is fantastic, only a 20-minute ride to Beijing South Railway Station, which is super convenient for business travelers. I used my Trip.com points to get breakfast, and the spread was great, especially the made-to-order omelets.
I usually struggle to feel comfortable in hotels because I’m very much a “homey” person, but this place truly made me feel at home. The first thing that hits you is the size – the square meters are crazy. I’ve never stayed in such a huge apartment before, and it has a real wow-effect.

The room was clean and the amenities were good, very well-maintained. The location is also great, only a 10-minute walk to Sanlitun.
An artistic hidden gem in Beijing's Northern Embassy District, perfectly balancing trendiness and tranquility.
My stay at the Oga Art Hotel during this trip to Beijing was absolutely fantastic! The location is truly unbeatable – a prime spot at 26 Dongzhimen Outer Street, directly facing the Australian and Canadian embassies. Being in the heart of the Second Embassy District provided a great sense...
The hotel is very close to Sanlitun Taikoo Li, and the nearby Dongzhimen subway station offers convenient access to the airport and high-speed train station. It boasts its own art gallery, with numerous oil paintings adorning the hallways and rooms. There's also a rooftop garden, making it a very artistic and Instagrammable spot.
Really great! The Wi-Fi is super fast, and the oil paintings on the walls are very textured. It's quiet at night, and the hotel service is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with plenty of hot water. The ART STONE restaurant on the first floor also offers great service and food at a reasonable price, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I'll definitely bring friends next time!
The hotel lobby has an underground art gallery and office buildings, which makes it very noisy! The elevators require a key card to access floors, which is great! The staff are very good, but everything else is pretty mediocre, not even as good as a budget chain like Hanting.
Pros: Great location, though I'm not sure how far it is from the subway since I didn't use it. The room was spacious with good amenities, clean sheets, and a comfortable mattress. I also loved the artistic vibe, and it was cool that a robot delivered our takeout.

This old-school hotel is truly excellent and lives up to its reputation. We had a minor issue during our stay, but the staff were incredibly helpful and even upgraded us to a better room for free. I'm so grateful! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
Convenient location and great service!
The hotel's location and surroundings are excellent, very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. The decor is a bit old-fashioned, but it is an older hotel after all. However, I'm speechless that Trip.com charged over 100 RMB more for the exact same room compared to other platforms.
Honestly, I thought an older hotel might have some shortcomings, but my stay this time was unexpectedly satisfying. Not only are the facilities complete, but the service is also excellent. Decided to try Manxin Mansion with a 'let's see' attitude, and it turned out to be a genuine Beijing courtyard hotel. My kids absolutely loved the Little Yellow Duck family suite, so we immediately extended our stay for another four nights at the front desk.

For the first two days in Beijing, I stayed near Wangfujing Street because it was closer to the Forbidden City on foot. How should I put it? The value for money is really low. I originally booked a Deluxe Queen Room for 1000 yuan, but it was incredibly small. It only had a 1.5-meter bed, and the space was so cramped I doubt I could even fully open my luggage. I ended up paying extra to upgrade to a King Room with a 1.8-meter bed. Our stay was fantastic! It was my wife’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond preparing a complimentary cake and decorating the room, which made the celebration extra special. While the hotel is older, it was well-maintained, clean, and fully functional. The gym was also decent for a hotel facility. Thank you for the wonderful service. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches!
I was on a business trip to Beijing. The CBD Hotel is indeed a bit old, but it can be seen that the hotel is very attentive in maintenance. Thumbs up
First of all, the room is large, the bathroom has a bathtub, and the details are well prepared. Especially the front desk lady is warm and generous, and the staff I saw are very proactive.
On weekends this area is quiet and uncrowded, spacious rooms, panoramic window, everything you need.
A significant drawback, in my opinion, is a very strange system of switches in the room. I will not describe in detail, for example - the light in the entrance part of the room turns on and off only near the bed, that is, you enter the room, but you can not turn on the light in the corridor, you need...

The attitude of the staff at the front desk who checked in was average, not as warm as described in the comments. The hotel is close to the road and a bit noisy. The room was stuffy and the air conditioner was useless even at full power.

The hotel's location is great, really close to the subway, so getting around is super easy and you're never far from anywhere. Even though the hotel is a bit older, it has everything you need. This is my second time staying here, and I'll definitely be back again.
Great location! It's right on the Second Ring Road but set back from the main street, offering a quiet escape while still being central. The family room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was excellent and offered great value for money. (The rest of this review seems to be filler text.)
First off, I have to commend the hotel's service. I booked several consecutive nights across different platforms, which would have meant switching rooms midway through my stay. However, the hotel staff communicated with each other and upgraded my room type, making my extended stay quite comfortable. They also provided a generous amount of snacks and drinks, which was a very thoughtful touch. I stayed...
The hotel was pretty good. The rooms have a lovely Chinese-style design, and the location is super convenient, right near Metro Line 17. The room itself felt really cozy. My only minor gripe was that the front desk was a bit small and hard to find!
1. The room type is good, but the small details are really poor. The shower door should pull outwards, not push inwards.
2. I couldn't find any evidence of a 'design hotel' aesthetic.
3. I understand a design hotel might not have a traditional front desk, but there was nobody around at all. No signs or staff to guide you to the elevators or restaurant.
4. Breakfast was the absolute worst – simply leftovers...

An outdated hotel, with old and defective furniture, smell of mold, walls that have mold around the corners.

The room was okay, and the bathroom was quite spacious. However, the soundproofing was poor. The mattress had just the right firmness. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, but the subway is a bit far.
Staying at this hotel, the most profound feeling was one of comfort, as if enveloped in tenderness. The hotel is located on the first floor of the Heidelberg Hot Springs, accessible by another elevator. They offer a variety of room types, and the beds, mattresses, and pillows are all very comfortable. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great, and being so close to the street, it can get a bit noisy at night.
