Thought hotel was good value both for its comfort and location. Short walk to walk streets taking you to crazy walk street to waters edge The Bund area. Do walk down in the evening- you'll enjoy the walk and really colorful skyline. Thought it was the best I've seen.
The large luxury hotel has 3 main entrances. Regular rates for 4 stars. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are large and spacious. It is very close to Nangang Street and has all the amenities.

Nice hotel, very good location. Breakfast is not great, but ok. The doormen were totally useless for getting taxis. Four of them, unable to hail passing free taxis. So, take care of your own transport arrangements if you stay here.
Pretty nice hotel in general. Two complaints, the bathroom has multiple levels increasing the risk of falling, and the process to check in and out is ridiculously slow. There are a maximum of two people there to facilitate the slow process.
An older hotel with a grand lobby but the comfortable, clean rooms have been modernized. Great location just a block from the Nanjing Road pedestrian area. Most staff have at least some English, I never had problems being understood. Didn't eat there so can't comment on restaurant. Gym is fine, you also have access to a pool at the Grand Central across the street. Wifi could be better. Would stay there again.

Friendly staff. Unbelievably they understood English. Nice food and good atmosphere. They have English menu but the details and ingredients are not written in English, so like most other places you should use google translate app so you can choose the right one.

Still shocks me as to how the Chinese have adapted famous food chains into their own! This particular Pizza Hut has an awesome menu compared with what I'm normally used to.. the decor was very elegant, downstairs feels very confined yet the upstairs is much more spacious
