Hotel Aristocrat in Batumi

We were in this "hotel" last week.
The room was okay, but it was dirty. No hooks, no dryer. When my wife asked for it, the administrator answered no, we don't have it, but weird. How is that possible if you have 4**** hotel. They don't even have free water!!!

The service is bad. Reseptionsts can't speak English fluently and can't give you "straight" answers. It looks like they are interns. We don't know georgian and Russian, but other Russian guests also complain that the guy ( we don't know his name) can't speak Russian either. Be ready just to check in, payment, and checkout. At least he may recommend where to go, but nothing special

The breakfast coasts were really expensive. It's good, really, but for this price you can have breakfast at the cafe nearby + a really nice lunch. The hotel has "restaurant" but it looks like a cafe and its close during the day!!!

Location only is perfect, but also, there's no information about the construction opposite. Too noisy.

Beware!!! Our experience at the Aristocrat Hotel in Batumi was beyond dreadful. When we first entered our room, we were horrified to find a cockroach crawling around, and the bathroom facilities were completely broken. We requested a room change, only to discover a blood stain on the sheets in the new room and a shower that was broken. The rooms look absolutely nothing like the photos online; it was shocking. The service was abysmal, and the staff was incredibly unhelpful. The hotel manager was rude deceitful, promising a refund that was never delivered. Do not come near this place under any circumstances!

We booked a room for 2 nights and the guy at the reception had a swastika tattooed on his arm, and I doubt it because of Hinduism. So we automatically cancelled our night there and had to start looking for a new place to stay.

I didn't like the room at all: a tiny, cramped room without a closet. There is no service at all. The trash was not taken out, cleaning was on request. The soap, gel, and shampoo ran out on the second day. After cleaning, they didn't even put soap in. The breakfasts were monotonous. The only hot food was porridge and sausage. I don't recommend it.
