Very nice, cozy hotel in the old part of Batumi, in walking distance from all sightseeings, attractions, shops, pharmacies etc. Clean, modern rooms with air conditioning and balconies. Very attentive and helpful staff. There is a good restaurant next to the hotel with home style food and affordable prices. The best stay for me in Batumi so far.

Beware! This hotel is a scam with fake reviews. Just check the recent ones. We booked it on booking and they tried to force us to pay 4x the price and then told us it’s full.

I was sick for two weeks after my first night there. The air conditioning in the rooms isn't adjustable. On a particularly rainy day, we returned to a freezing cold room with no way to properly dry our clothes. Plus, there's no real set price. It's best not to go there unless you're good at haggling. And if you do decide to stay overnight, be prepared to endure the receptionist's loud phone conversations into the night.

Great little hotel located close to the bus station in Batumi. The rooms are clean and come with balconies. While the place about a five-seven minute walk from the center of town, there is a supermarket very close and the hotel itself sells beer and other refreshments.
