3 star hotels in Batumi

We loved everything! We stayed there in 2022 for almost two weeks, and we became close with the hostess! Now it's 2023, and we're back! We love it even more!!! 5+++++++!!!!!!! Update: we were there in 2024 and 2025. We still love it!!!

A very average place to sleep. Clean but bad neighborhood. Stayed only one night for 7$.

We lived here nelely. Paid a penny, although the conditions were not luxury. But this did not bother me much, since we only spent the night here. The owners are just super, hospitable, helpful, kind. I just left this morning, and by evening I miss. So used to them in a week. I hope to return to Batumi and specifically to the Palma 1-1 hotel

I was personally with my wife. Accepted like family. Stayed 3 weeks and did not regret it a bit. 10 min. by minibus from Batumi, 20 to Kabuleti. 150m to a nice beach.

Normal location. Reception is not from street side and it's on the second floor. If you do not know, may be will not find.

Localization is a Little bit far from the center but rooms and service are ok. Breakfast could have more veggies and coffe was not so good but in general our stay was ok.

We stayed at Absolut for one week in July 2021 . The apartment that we got was very spacious, clean and functional. The staff was very hospitable and helpful, the only problem was that they don't speak English. The location is quite close to the beach, but a bit far from the old city and best restaurants. We rested in this ABSOLUTELY wonderful hotel with a large company (6 people) in July. The hotel is beautiful, the room has everything you need, cleaning every day, everything works. Excellent hosts will always help you with excursions, PCR tests, and advice. The breakfasts are delicious. To the sea 10 minutes. Exchangers are nearby. I recommend this hotel to everyone !!!

Perfect location near boulevard, you won't have a view on the sea tho. The breakfast is delicious, only beds need improvement, at least mine, it was hard like a rock.

Charming little hotel in the center of everything. Very clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Generous breakfast. A well equipped gym and not far from the long beach where you can walk, run or ride bicycle. Affordable compeared to what you get.

Clean and well maintained room. The only downside, the street side rooms are noisy, so you have to have your windows closed and an air conditioner on.

The hotel is actually one floor in a 23 storey building. Construction quality is low, walls are thin. The location is on a main street, where there is a permanent traffic jam till 2 in the morning. The lady who introduced my room was terrible and never explained where the reception desk qhich was located at 9 th floor. Her working hour should 0900-2300 at reception. She want to go home earlier than my arrival time 2230pm. Wifi password in airbnb was not right. Later she gave me password. Generally her manner was below average level i experienced from airbnb rental places.

We rented a room at a very low price, so it's a sin to complain. But there are some flaws in the room that should be fixed. A broken bed, a crack in the bathroom, but these are minor things. We had a penthouse with a sea view! I recommend it

I would rate my experience as 3.5/5. The room we stayed at was absolutely amazing, stunning even! The curtains could be bigger though, they don’t cover the windows properly. The rest of the hotel felt very unfinished - there was a lot of construction and renovation happening here and there, and I sometimes felt there’s not enough personnel to help the guests with anything. This is a fun place to stay, the rooms are very cool. Location is removed from most eateries etc. so we were often taking taxis into town, but it is also quieter and less crowded. Great location in old town area, my room was clean yet water pressure was quite an issue. Staff were helpful (of course you have to ask them first) but sadly I didn't feel really friendly.

Unfortunately the stay at the Admiral in Batumi didn't really meet my expectations. We had no coffee in our room, asked a few times, gave up eventually. The hairdryer wasn't working at all. The Restaurant and service there was really good.

Carpets were kinda nasty and smells funny, blankets were uncomfortable and didn't want to use the ones in the closet cause it looked like it was ran over by 5 semi trucks. closets was moving on it's own (idk if the place is just haunted or not) but breakfast is amazing.
