Excellent hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfasts are very good. The staff is friendly and always ready to help you with any problems.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

It's good hotel for summer holiday, far from batumi attractions you need a taxi to go to that side of the city but in a great location if you want to enjoy the beach

Excellent hotel for reasonable money

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, super clean, and most importantly the employees specially the reception worker Misha, he was so supportive, kind and good listner. He welcomed us helped us and made our stay so convenient.

When we booked our room, we were promised a sea view, instead our windows faced a construction site of a skyscraper. The room itself was small, not much space to move around. Most outlets were not properly sealed into the wall. You had to make sure to press it down while pulling out the plug. The mattress wasn't the best either, you could feel the springs. In the shower one of the tiles was loose...

Big problems with water and noise from the street. Nice bed. But there is no remote control from the TV. I don't recommend it

The hotel is beautiful and it is located close to the public beach. it takes few minutes to go there, but you should across a boulevard and it might be dangerous for some people. The room was clean and comfortable, but the room service was not good at all, you should go to the reception to ask what you need, as they didn't answer their phone, and after that it was taking time to get your requisition...

Perfect location. Owner is very friendly and helped a lot assisted with additional stuff.

All the points are because of location. It is really perfect - 5 min to the beach, alphabet tower, 3 min to piazza and all the restaurants. But the place itself reminds the students' dormitory. The balcony is so tiny that you can forget about cozy evenings with glass of wine for two of you there.

The hotel owner is incredibly attentive and the hotel is spotlessly clean... wifi worked flawlessly, hot water was always available... A fantastic opportunity for those seeking comfort and security, prices are reasonable.

The airport is right next door, the sea is 300 meters away. Transportation is easy. The rooms are safe and clean. You should see the view from the restaurant.

Nice hotel nearby main Batumi sigts. Sea is in a walking distance. Big terrace is available in a roof of the hotel. For breakfast there are variety of foods, vegetables, fruits. Staff speaks Russian and English. Rooms are wide and bright, have everything you need.

A new hotel. I stayed on the 12th of February. The rooms are clean and a family-friendly hotel. We gave 60's for 2 rooms per night. Probably they don't give these prices in summer.

Unfortunately the stay at the Admiral in Batumi didn't really meet my expectations. We had no coffee in our room, asked a few times, gave up eventually. The hairdryer wasn't working at all. The Restaurant and service there was really good.

Carpets were kinda nasty and smells funny, blankets were uncomfortable and didn't want to use the ones in the closet cause it looked like it was ran over by 5 semi trucks. closets was moving on it's own (idk if the place is just haunted or not) but breakfast is amazing.

Best choice between cost/quality

Conveniently located next to airport and aiplane spotting area. Great place with clean rooms, good breakfast and nice hosts. The lady working at the reception was absolutely amazing, answered all the questions and was very helpful, I want to say her name was Salome, but i might have misheard it.

Perfect location for a last night in Batumi if you have an early flight. 5 min walk to the airport. Spacious rooms, a pool, good reception. Wi-Fi is breaking up on the floors, plus no restaurant in the hotel.

The hotel is right next to the airport, almost within walking distance. It is a quiet, safe place. However, the hotel is old, not very comfortable, the bathroom is very old, the room door is like a normal room door. Towels are very bad. Breakfast is inadequate. The receptionist can speak English as well as (of course) Russian, it helped a lot we didn't have any hard time to communicate with them . The rooms are well cleaned and tidy, and big enough with all what you need. Some rooms have nice sea view The breakfast was a little bit disappointing. This is the best hotel I have stayed at in several years of traveling the globe as a digital nomad. First of all, the food is excellent, both in quantity and in quality. The location and the price was pretty good. However, we were there in Novemer so it was a little bit cold. First night the water was warm as well as heaters. The other two nights not. When we asked for help at the reception desk there was a language barrier and they told us “no more blankets” - we had only 1 for 5 people. The water we had to fixed ourselves.

This is one of the best Georgian restaurants I've been to while I've been in Georgia. There is a large selection of food, and everything was incredibly tasty, fresh and portion sizes were big. The staff were very friendly and the service was great (a rarity in Batumi). Prices are also affordable, the bill for 4 people came to only 125 lari (including drinks). We'll be returning very soon! :)

Went to the restaurant for food. Food itself was really nice. The service was less good. had to wait a long time for the food and even for the bill. Some of the staff were very nice though. It was very chaotic at times.

You should definitely visit this place. It is the best Georgian restaurant I have been to. We ordered two pork kebabs, khachapuri, pickles, homemade potatoes, khinkali, salad, sauce and drinks. Rooms are not cleaned Towels, shampoo and slippers are limited to guests. They say no. They don't give you your door card. They open it by themselves. Security is low. Care should be taken.

I've been to their restaurant couple of times and everytime dishes are as delicious as previous time , they have special recipe dish called Chakindzuli it's beef cooked with herbs onion and spices the most delicious beef dish in Batumi ( personal opinion) they also have mushroom Khinkali which I also recommend

We stayed at Absolut for one week in July 2021 . The apartment that we got was very spacious, clean and functional. We rested in this ABSOLUTELY wonderful hotel with a large company (6 people) in July. The hotel is beautiful, the room has everything you need, cleaning every day, everything works. Excellent hosts will always help you with excursions, PCR tests, and advice. The breakfasts are delicious. To the sea 10 minutes. Exchangers are nearby. I recommend this hotel to everyone !!!
