My experience at Prime Hotel was mostly pleasant. To start with, the rooms are clean enough. You get a smart TV (which is pretty cool), a mini-fridge, an AC and an electric kettle. The beds were pretty clean, however the linen is prone to coming out of the bed after a night's sleep. The Hotel is in perfect location with free booking and free cancelling. The hotel is small, the rooms are very clean. Elevator is available. I didn't need breakfast, the staff reduced the price of the hotel. 100 Gel for 1 day, this is very affordable. The entrance to the Hotel is temporary narrow, due to temporary maintenance.

We stayed at this hotel for my birthday. As a compliment, we were upgraded to a room on a higher level and treated to some excellent Georgian wine. The staff was friendly and polite. The rooms were clean, and the bed had a good mattress. The location is excellent, with plenty of options for every taste nearby. Rooms are nice, staff is like everywhere else in Georgia without a smile, the hotel has zero ambiance. It's very clinical same with the bar, not inviting at all.

The main advantage is the swimming pool at the above floor! The staff is lovely! However, the room cannot be considered more tha OK. The main problem was the smell of smoke.

Its a small hotel situated in the last floor of a mall. The staff are nice and the rooms are great. Breakfast could use a little more variety but it was good as well. They have a huge pool and a gym.

A great place for a stay. Close to the sea (15 minute walk) and to the grocery shop (3 minute walk). The hosts were really kind and helpful. There are shared kitchens on the 3rd and 4th floors. The hotel is dog-friendly! The only disadvantage is poor sound insulation. Better bring your earplugs.
