The fastest check in experience ever. The guy at the reception was super cool and super prompt and gave us the best deal. Loved the room and the general behavior and non frills check in even when we came in without a reservation at midnight.

Clean and upmarket with lovely finishes. Bathroom is a pleasure. Location is excellent. Not expensive at all. If you you need is a clean, comfortable and lovely room with access to old town Batumi then this is it.

We enjoyed our stay here, although the receptionist didn’t seem very talkative. The room is as on pictures, the only thing I would recommend is to change the bath towels, they are very old and small size. Check out time is 11:00 am (. Nice view from the roof 👍🏻

Nice hotel. Super location. We left at 6 am and get the take away breakfast. Only disadvantage was that we had to wait until 1.30pm despite we were told to come on 12.00. Clean rooms. I recommend.

Hotel lifetime is located in the centre of Batumi, close to the Central Park and between two main streets. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. This hotel was difficult to find in the first place, even with our local driver, as it is not exactly at the mentioned address, but more in a backyard next to the street. You are pretty well located, as we did not have much trouble with outside noises, and you can go by foot to most of the Batumi's sights within 20/25 minutes. Amazing super friendly owners, sparkly clean new rooms and brilliant location. All rooms have AC and TV, there's a nice shared space and balcony to have your coffee/breakfast. I could not recommend enough!

A bit far from the center, the value for money is just perfect. There are breakfasts, inexpensive and late, buckwheat and vegetables and cheese.

Great location in old town area, my room was clean yet water pressure was quite an issue. Staff were helpful (of course you have to ask them first) but sadly I didn't feel really friendly.

Arriving by bicycle. I enjoyed a cool drink on the amazing viewing deck. The rooms are adequate with incredible vistas, down the valley to the sea and on to Batumi. I will be back to enjoy the hospitality of these kind hosts. (new restaurant opening in a week's time 4 July 2024)

A quiet and cozy place. The studios have been recently renovated, with new furniture and air conditioning. The bathrooms have heated floors and electric dryers. The kitchens are equipped with everything you need, including microwaves. The grounds are lush and furnished with sun loungers. There's a large gazebo with a barbecue. The hotel was OK, and the staff is friendly. And I was clean. The only problem my head is that I don’t think they were expecting a guest in my room. There was no toilet paper, soap or remote control for TV or air-conditioning in my room. However, a quick walk to the front desk and they took care of it all. For the price it was a great stay.

Great budget hotel. Located in the Makhinjauri district, 8 km from Batumi. The hotel has a swimming pool, a cozy street cafe. Very polite and friendly staff. Had a rest with friends in 2015, everyone was very happy, great staff! During our stay, one of us had a birthday, so they decorated the gazebo for us, and generally helped with the organization. We became friends with the owner of the hotel. Everything was great! I hope to visit there again!
