Excellent fully equipped accommodation and superb service. Ocean and city view is great from balcony. Very close to the beach and shopping centers and restaurants. Julia and Sergei treated the guest as family members at home.

Clean and quiet pet friendly pleasant staff. Unfortunately not the room with bath I expected. A very basic room with minimal facilities as advertised. eg no kettle, no safe, tiny room so no storage, like a hostel but with a seperate shower and a TV. Nice breakfast but no other facilities. 19 min walk to Grand Mall and some life. Breakfast starts (!) at 0930 and nothing served in the evening or night

I would rate my experience as 3.5/5. The room we stayed at was absolutely amazing, stunning even! The curtains could be bigger though, they don’t cover the windows properly. The rest of the hotel felt very unfinished - there was a lot of construction and renovation happening here and there, and I sometimes felt there’s not enough personnel to help the guests with anything. The cafe seemed quite overpriced...

This is a fun place to stay, the rooms are very cool. Location is removed from most eateries etc. so we were often taking taxis into town, but it is also quieter and less crowded. Unfortunately, biggest let up was service, the receptionist was completely uninterested when we came to check-in and we got almost no information about the place; when we went back to ask he was more interested in his phone...

Definitely consult Shorena before you start your trip; they gave invaluable advice on where to go, how to get around, and where to eat. The shared kitchen was well-equipped. This is a great hotel, within walking distance of a clean, minimally crowded beach. A supermarket with everything you need is a 3-minute walk away. There's a nearby bus stop for going into town, a 10-minute ride away. The room is very clean. The linens and pillows are like new. You can change them whenever you need. The experience is fantstic, all these buildings (3) have the fantastic view of mountain on one side and black sea on the other side. These apartments are equipped with modern facilities & amenities and when you do rent them make sure you return the apartment key in the same manner as you dont want to be paying for expensive furnishings or marbles due to accidental damage.

A bit far from the center, the value for money is just perfect. There are breakfasts, inexpensive and late, buckwheat and vegetables and cheese.

Room is looking good, view is okay but it was so cold during new year. Air conditioning was not heating the room. There was a little bit of dirt on the bed. We had no hand soap, it came after we asked. Location is good, you can walk almost everywhere and find food nearby.

Good option for short stay. You will survive if you want to get bed and fell down after exploring city and surroundings. Reasonably cheap, drunk neighbour discussions in the night can be heard in hallway, but participation in these discussions are in your own. Arriving by bicycle. I enjoyed a cool drink on the amazing viewing deck. The rooms are adequate with incredible vistas, down the valley to the sea and on to Batumi. I will be back to enjoy the hospitality of these kind hosts. (new restaurant opening in a week's time 4 July 2024)

A quiet and cozy place. The studios have been recently renovated, with new furniture and air conditioning. The bathrooms have heated floors and electric dryers. The kitchens are equipped with everything you need, including microwaves. The grounds are lush and furnished with sun loungers. There's a large gazebo with a barbecue. The foyer is decorated with paintings.

The hotel was OK, and the staff is friendly. And I was clean. The only problem my head is that I don’t think they were expecting a guest in my room. There was no toilet paper, soap or remote control for TV or air-conditioning in my room. However, a quick walk to the front desk and they took care of it all. For the price it was a great stay.

Great budget hotel. Located in the Makhinjauri district, 8 km from Batumi. The hotel has a swimming pool, a cozy street cafe. Very polite and friendly staff. You can play table tennis and basketball at the hotel. Across the road, 70 m, there is a good beach, clear sea. Had a rest with friends in 2015, everyone was very happy, great staff! During our stay, one of us had a birthday, so they decorated the gazebo for us, and generally helped with the organization. We became friends with the owner of the hotel. Everything was great! I hope to visit there again!
